I had my heart set on and was looking forward to trying the food (especially the eggs, bacon and has browns).The order went from being prepared to locating a driver, to a driver picking it up and then cancelled. It is a good thing I could quickly fix something to eat. Still pretty disappointed, I didn't get a chance to try the food.Edit :I gave them another try. This experience was much much better. I have been to a lot of sushi restaurants in several states, but this far surpasses the pretensious waiting for a month for a table, overpriced, normal fair... “We used Cozumel Brunswick for our daughter’s graduation party this past Sunday and everything was delicious!! We got the taco bar with half ground meat/half shredded chicken. Everything was ready on time and looked and tasted just as expected. A special shoutout for them also remedying an unexpected situation we ran into once the party started. We had placed all of the meats in crockpots to stay warm and when a guest lifted the lid on the shredded chicken the glass shattered everywhere into the food. Cozumel was contacted to place another order for more chicken and when we arrived to pick it up and pay for it they said it was no charge!!! Great customer service especially for something that was not even their fault, highly recommend!!!“

“The food was amazing! Service was a C. Slow - we were the only ones in there. I asked for our bill & the waiter brought a credit card machine. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. Make sure you take cash or they charge you an additional 3%.“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“Oh my goodness! So hot, fresh and good!!! Love their fish and chips. I grew up eating this and it’s so good. Anytime we come to Cuyahoga Falls we stop and get this. Amazing food. Brings back childhood memories. It was down the street in Barberton growing up and we had it often.“

“My wife and I just had dinner at Bianca's. The owner was working pretty much by herself. She only had someone working with her in the kitchen. The gentleman at the next table jumped in and was seating people, giving them menus and silverware. It turned out that it was like one big happy family, fellowship and chipping in to help each other. “They get Mexican food right! I've visited many Mexican and Latin restaurants in the greater Cleveland area. I've been disappointed most of the time. I wish this one was much closer to home. It was so good I would be a regular if I lived nearby. I certainly will stop there when I'm in Parma. I try the tacos at every place I go as a standard. I don't know why the beef never tastes right. To be fair, I moved here from Los Angeles which has the best tacos in North America. I've been in search of a really good place. I had the steak street tacos. This restaurant nailed them perfectly. The flavor of the steak was delicious. All of the vegetables were fresh and flavorful. The servings were plentiful. I should add that the service was excellent. Those guys really made me feel at home. Hope to be back soon.“
