“Another Road-Trip pizza review!! Ordered an 8-cut pepperoni and sausage. Took 40 mins on a Friday night (pretty normal). The pizza sauce was savory, the dough was tasty and the crust was crunchy, sausage was normal, the pepperoni was their downfall in the rating... I think the whole pizza had 16 prices (not joking with 2 each slice). But the atmosphere was spectacular!! I don't think you can take it all in with one visit!! We will be back, but they really need to work on that pepperoni issue 😁“

“Absolutely delicious gluten-free/cauliflower crust pizza! I love it. The sauce is perfect - not too sweet, and just the right amount of savory & spice. My daughter and husband enjoy the traditional pies, as well! Highly recommended!

Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower crust is yum! And the sauce is absolutely perfect. I also appreciate that the size is slightly larger than what you get at other locations.

“The food and service is always top notch! Last time I was there I got their seasonal Harvest Chicken Salad and have ordered it 3 times since for delivery! It is always fresh and the quality of all the ingredients are perfection! The chicken doesn’t have an ounce of fat! Last time I ordered I also ordered the steak salad for my daughter and she absolutely couldn’t say how delicious it was. “I have worked in the Garfield Hts area for almost 8 years now and anytime I think of having pizza for lunch or dinner, I think of East Coast Pizza. Their pies are always hot with fresh ingredients. Delivery service is great however, if I order pickup the parking has never been an issue. My staff and ladies at the group home love them.“

“There are a lot of great, independently owned pizza joints in the Cleveland area. Romito's is a prime example. I would place them in my personal top 5. The sauce has great tomato character and is not too sweet. The cheese is ample and well baked. The sausage is hand pinched, and the crust is nice and hearty. I would suggest Romito's to anyone I know.“

Online they have deals and twice I've tried ordering the '16" xl 1 topping pizza and 6 Pepperoni rolls for $25.99'. After 5 minutes of being on hold because nobody knew what deals they had, i was finally able to redeme the online deal. This last time ordering, we got home and realized they gave us a 12" pizza.... i thought the pizza looked small when my husband got home but we were hungry. it wasnt until the next day, i noticed the bottom of the box says 12". soooo, instead of getting an extra large, we got a small? either update your website and deals, or educate your staff on the deals you have!! $26 for a small pizza and 6 skimpy Pepperoni rolls??? “Service has gone down hill in recent years. Biggest problem with poor service is that it shows in the food. This was once an excellent establishment for quality delivery, not any longer. There is zero consistency between orders other than something is always missing from the orders. Completely different from when this location opened up several years ago.

Edited for follow-up: Owner reached out after our latest mishap and was more than understanding, even giving us a generous and unnecessary gift card/credit. Customer service from the store manager and owner was fantastic. If nothing else, try them out based solely on the customer service from management and beyond.“

“I love this location!! After moving to this area 5 years ago i have had little good/positive experiences with most businesses. Whether it's the employees bad attitude or the food being not worth the money. The few times I have ordered from here, every employee has been respectful, kind, patient and has a great work ethic. And the food is always fresh and exactly what we ask for. I live very close to a little ceasers drive thru, but will drive past it every time to come here.

“We have been patrons of The Courtyard for many years.
We hadn't been there for several months over the summer, but I am happy to say that dinner this evening was right on par.
Cheddar burger cooked perfectly, fries hot and fresh. Teriyaki chicken flavorful, veggies perfectly al dante. Not to mention the garlic cheese bread! Always a favorite.

I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! All the staff is friendly when I enter and the individuals by Steel collectively help with my order, bag my drink and open the door for me.
