The staff was so helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were wonderful, and the space is so special. What an incredible gem Wadsworth has in Dolce! Thank you all for a beautiful experience! “My family has grown up visiting Durbins- ever since my mom was a little girl. I live in Kansas City and viait every time I make a trip to Ohio. Sometimes you love a place for nostalgic reasons- while that is true here, it is also DELICIOUS. I took my husband for the first time and he couldn't stop talking about how yummy his sundae was. Best hot fudge and thankful they sell it in jars so we can take some back home to KC to enjoy. L“

“I always give a place 5 stars if the person behind the counter is nice and goes above and beyond what’s expected. Michael is incredible. She made me a custom coffee that I have to say was way beyond delicious. She has what is missing in many of today’s service oriented businesses. She has kindness. Believe it or not, you don’t find that quality too often. As always the gelato was delicious but the service is what keeps me coming back.“

“The way they treat their customers is by far unmatched. My grandmother lived around the corner from here, my mom grew up here. It was a hot summer day in 2019 and I decided to take my daughter here. In highschool I became allergic to milk, so my options were two sorbets. Every time I took my daughter here I would ask if they had non-dairy ice cream already knowing the answer. The next season I was extremely shocked that they started serving non-dairy ice cream and the strawberry banana is by far my favorite.“

“Quaint little ice cream shop. It was a little difficult to find as it is on the back lower level of the building, but it's very popular. The staff was friendly, quick and efficient. The ice cream was delicious and the pricing was very reasonable.“

“🍦 Sweet Frog Visit – A Fun Treat for the Kids 🍓
Stopped by Sweet Frog for a casual dessert outing. The concept is simple and interactive—customers grab a cup, choose their favorite frozen yogurt flavors, and top it off with a colorful assortment of goodies. Once assembled, the final creation is weighed and priced accordingly.
The yogurt was tasty and the kids enjoyed the freedom to build their own combinations. They offer what appears to be a ~16 oz cup and a larger container for the more ambitious. That said, pricing felt a bit above average, especially if you’re not careful with portion size.
All in all, it’s a fun concept and a decent treat—likely best enjoyed a couple of times a year as a novelty stop for the children. Nice way to add some variety to their dessert experiences.“

“Amazing ice cream, but that woman with the red hair and the attitude needs fired. She was cursing at machines in front of all of us and acted extremely confused when a customer asked for a speciality flavor that was on the wall. One minute after taking my order she handed that same ice cream to a different customer...😅 Maybe she was having a rough day, but get it together girl.“
