“What a pleasant night crew this McDonalds has. After having an issue with Wendy's down the road it was amazing to see such a great group of kids working. They seemed to be short staffed and that didn't stop them. The individual who took my order has awesome customer service. I dont care for McDonalds food but the customer service they presented was worth more to me than quality of the food. These guys deserve a raise! Bravo 👏“

I went through the drive-thru at Brewed Awakening tonight and had such a great experience thanks to Shannon and Brook. They made the best coffee and honestly brightened my night. Even through the drive-thru you could feel how friendly and positive they both were. The service was quick, the coffee was perfect, and their energy made the whole stop awesome.
Huge shoutout to Shannon and Brook for going above and beyond — great customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. I’ll definitely be back! ☕🚗“

“I first want to start off by saying how great of a job Maggie did! Line was full of people but she made sure to greet and take the time to listen to each customers order with full attention to detail. I got the strawberry matcha with a blueberry muffin and was PHENOMENAL!! Boyfriend got a lemonade and the bacon egg and cheese bagel with avocado and tomato and was so glad he got two! Atmosphere is beautiful and gives off an authentic modern coffee look. Amazing staff and even more amazing coffee“
