“I want to apologize for leaving a 1 star review on here yesterday. I had actually visited a competitor of yours after your facility was closed. Your competitor had coffee sleeves with your name printed on them and we were from out of town. When we had a bad experience at your competitor I looked at the cup and left my negative review based on the name listed on the cup. Only later did I realize my mistake. I’m sorry for the incorrect feedback and have since deleted my rating and comment. I did however want to mention it since I found it odd that your competitor was using coffee sleeves with your name printed on them. Best wishes to your establishment as your competitor was very “slow” which was fitting for their name.“
“I absolutely love Slow Train! It is one of my go-to spots for a creative workspace out of the house. The vibe in the coffee shop is so energizing! Plus, they offer delicious coffee and treats. The Macha Latte and cheddar chive bagel are my absolute favorite items on the list, but everything is great ?“
“To all of the staff working tonight 5/1 at 10:30pm I want to applaud their professionalism and staying calm when an extremely rude female customer came up to the drive thru and interrupted my order to complain about having to park and wait for her order. They all handled it very well and they were very busy, I could tell they were all working hard. The staff stayed calm and I cussed out the terribly rude customer so they didn’t have to ? the whole staff deserves a raise.“
“First off, it is a tiny place. When they say small business, they're not lying. Extremely fresh food, ingredients. The Chilli is bland, needs salt, pepper, and spice, however it is packed with meat and cheese. The soup flight is a novel approach. Some of the soups are a hit or miss, but very good overall. The Chicken club is excellent. This restaurant has room to grow, but that's a good thing. Great and friendly service.“
“Cute location in downtown elyria, decent amount of off the street parking, baristas were great. I had a maple latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese..the bagel was sooo soft and fresh I could've eaten 6! Latte was good too. I wish they had more sugar free options, the chairs to the tables were a bit low/small compared to the table so it felt like being a kid at an adults table ? but overall a good experience and we'll be back!“

“I always love to meet friends here. It is a cozy little coffee shop. Great food. Their coffee is always hot and delicious. I get the vegetable sandwich. Their chicken paprikash is really good. “This is a neat little place. We've been here once before on a lazy day and had a few apps and a libation. It has taken us too long to get back considering we only live a mile away. Today we went for the Bloody Mary bar. I liked how they did this...fill out your card and the drink is made to order - perfectly made and spicy; just how I like it.They were busy. The Browns were on TV and we were hoping to see the game. Unfortunately the one table without a view was the only table available. Guess what? As soon as another table opened up, the server asked us if we wanted to move. She did this without us saying anything. How awesome was that?Our food was tasty. Great burger. I didn't care for the sweet potato fries as they were a bit soggy, but that was my choice. I could have ordered regular fries. The pretzel was great, too.We will definitely be back and encourage others to stop by to have a drink, food, and nice times.“
“Wow! This was an all around great experience. My almond milk latte was nicely foamed. The 1/2 amount of vanilla flavor was perfect. Our sausage, egg bagel was made to order- even including my request for vegan cheese on it. It was hot and tasty. My husband’s dark roast coffee was made fresh for him and is hot and powerful. “A delight for all your senses! I was looking for a bakery that could satisfy that need for a mid afternoon pick-me-up and wow, have I found it. I’m partial to the cakes, but you can expect a lovely variety of treats each time you walk in. I can’t wait to see what they bake next! First visit getting a drink, and I’m happy to report the chai is refreshing. The shop itself is charming, staff is friendly, it’s just a downright nice place.“
