“Unlike “Mac’s”, or the “King”s”, they serve Very Hot, Large Crinkle Cuts, Hot ‘n Fresh Burgers, and their Shake Machine(s) work. Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

“Great food, Salmon, Striped Bass, and Creme Brulee. Bold beverages, Black Diamond and the Margaritas are delish! Service.was very hospitable! Thanks Ms. Charlie for the excellent service for our birthday celebration. You did a great job getting orders for 15 people. The Resturant had a private room with came in very handy.. I suggest that management hire and try to keep good staffing, so the restaurant can't continue to thrive, function at a high level and keep great people that want to working and help you stay successful !“

“Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “Didn't know this place was there and I pass by all the time. Searched for breakfast place and my friend and I tried it. Not disappointed at all. Had sausage and gravy, it was very good. My friend had the breakfast burrito and said was great. Will be back. All the servers were great, they filled your coffee all the time.“

“First time here and we were very impressed!! Not familiar with area but my husband and I were spending the morning with our son and his significant other at Patterson’s Farm. “My family and I were vacationing in Ohio this week. We wanted to visit a local restaurant so we did some research and found so many great reviews. We decided on Thai and I'm so glad that we did. The food was amazing and the woman working the counter was hard working and so friendly. “I went here twice in the three days I was visiting. Everything was great. The place has an old fashioned diner vibe. Food was freshly made and no matter how busy they were, and they were definitely busy, the food came out so fast! The food was very good for breakfast. I recommend the pancakes and western omelette! Not cash only anymore!“

“We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!! The food was PHENOMENAL and our server Ty… HE DID THAT! The staff prepared each meal perfectly and not one of us had any complaints!! Thank you all for being so accommodating! And Mr. King ( the manager) he was totally hands on as well as I think her name was Renee another manager . We will so be back!!!“

“Very nice place the first time I had Seafood Stoner Fries it was so delicious and hot & fresh. Next week, I had Seafood 2.0 Philly sandwich was also delicious. But today, I had Seafood Stoner again with extra lobster saying your a gourmet food place which cost me $27.00. Then as a Gourmet Chef you should NO BETTER! not to service cold and old Fries or food this is why I rated it a 1 star today very disappointed 😔😔“

“We held a wedding rehearsal dinner there on June 27th. It was a party of 16 in The Porch area. Our waiter, Neil, was extraordinary, the food and drink was exceptional. My only regret is that we live 10 hours away so going back and sampling all the other menu choices is problematic. Highly recommend!“

“Had a really amazing time at M Italian tonight. Food was fabulous and our server Theresa was such a joy and attentive and felt like a friend -thank you Theresa! “First time and went out for my mother-in law’s birthday. Highly recommend this place. Food was amazing and things I normally do not eat but was great trying new things. We had the salmon stuffed with crab special and the lamb with mushroom risotto. Both were amazing. Nicole our server was great and made sure we had an amazing evening. Sat on the patio with live music from a guitarist and harmonica player. For drinks, we recommend the Cherry Bourbon Smash and the Moroccan Mint Tea.“

“I haven’t had authentic Italian food in too long. Our salad dressing was to die die! The zucchini appetizer was divine and the dipping sauces perfect. Our main courses were perfect and to top it all of there was warm bread and olive oil with herbs to dip it in. Highly recommend!“
