“Unlike “Mac’s”, or the “King”s”, they serve Very Hot, Large Crinkle Cuts, Hot ‘n Fresh Burgers, and their Shake Machine(s) work. Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

“Great food, Salmon, Striped Bass, and Creme Brulee. Bold beverages, Black Diamond and the Margaritas are delish! Service.was very hospitable! Thanks Ms. Charlie for the excellent service for our birthday celebration. You did a great job getting orders for 15 people. The Resturant had a private room with came in very handy.. I suggest that management hire and try to keep good staffing, so the restaurant can't continue to thrive, function at a high level and keep great people that want to working and help you stay successful !“

“This place is a vibe! Great atmosphere, great service (our server was Laura) and the food was amazing. Everything was very good. We had the Churrasco, Steak and Chicken Skewers, and Reina Pepiada. The chimichurri was excellent. The chefs Carlos and Andres crushed this meal. We'll definitely be back!“

“Wow! What an absolutely wonderful place to celebrate our 25th anniversary! The staff was so kind, especially Michael and Genevieve!!!!! Loved talking with both of them! The food here is incredible and very creative. Every single thing on your plate serves a purpose to the overall taste. Superb wine selection as well! We also loved its overall ambience and elegance. Hope to return someday!!!“

“Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “We had an amazing meal at Fresh Start Diner. The corned beef hash was absolutely outstanding, perfectly seasoned, crispy on the edges, and packed with flavor. You can tell it is made fresh, not the canned stuff you get at other places. Every bite was comforting and delicious.
And the pancakes… wow. They were not just big, they were ginormous! Fluffy, golden, and melt in your mouth perfection. Easily some of the best pancakes we have had anywhere. Pairing them with the corned beef hash made for a truly unforgettable breakfast.
The service was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food hit the spot in every way. If you are looking for a breakfast that leaves you full, happy, and eager to come back, Fresh Start Diner is the place to go!

“We held a wedding rehearsal dinner there on June 27th. It was a party of 16 in The Porch area. Our waiter, Neil, was extraordinary, the food and drink was exceptional. My only regret is that we live 10 hours away so going back and sampling all the other menu choices is problematic. Highly recommend!“

“We recently hosted a lunch for ten in the party room at Mad Jack's in Aurora, and it was a fantastic experience.
The room was perfectly sized and comfortable for our group. The food was good, but the service truly stood out: it was prompt, friendly, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful.
We highly recommend Mad Jack's for groups and look forward to returning soon for a typical lunch or dinner in the main restaurant/bar area!“

“Food was all perfect - love the blue cheese dressing on the romaine wedge salad and Branzino and other guests were very happy with their meals - lamb shanks, salmon, and seafood tortellini. Waitress Mandy was excellent. Really appreciated that we could reserve a table for a regular time rather than specific New Year's Eve seatings and it was no problem to be out of there before their 1 3/4 -2 hour time limit for the special night, even with dessert and apps. Multi-racial clientele and good jazz over the sound system.“

“If you want to sit there and wait 30 to 45 minutes for your food to come and for it to be cold and then the owner tells you that if you can't wait that long then you shouldn't eat at a sit down restaurant that's very pitiful carry out business to go business is more important than the people that sit in the restaurant. you see other people's food being delivered and yours not even coming and their excuses not to sit there in a restaurant that takes 30 to 40 minutes because of poor service not even asking you for refills if you would like on a drink I would never go back there again arrogant Thai Owners I went here from out of state because of reviews never again on a visit. Owners are obviously arrogant and can't take comments that are true because business is so good“

Seating is communal, so if you are a small group (2-4), expect to share a table with another small group.
