“Unlike “Mac’s”, or the “King”s”, they serve Very Hot, Large Crinkle Cuts, Hot ‘n Fresh Burgers, and their Shake Machine(s) work. Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

“Great food, Salmon, Striped Bass, and Creme Brulee. Bold beverages, Black Diamond and the Margaritas are delish! Service.was very hospitable! Thanks Ms. Charlie for the excellent service for our birthday celebration. You did a great job getting orders for 15 people. The Resturant had a private room with came in very handy.. I suggest that management hire and try to keep good staffing, so the restaurant can't continue to thrive, function at a high level and keep great people that want to working and help you stay successful !“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “Didn't know this place was there and I pass by all the time. Searched for breakfast place and my friend and I tried it. Not disappointed at all. Had sausage and gravy, it was very good. My friend had the breakfast burrito and said was great. Will be back. All the servers were great, they filled your coffee all the time.“

“Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.“

“I got the 1/2 pound bacon BLT and the Chicken Tenders with French toast. Lots of quality food, and fast, friendly service. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants quality at a fair price. For a small sit down/carry out restaurant, I thought the place was super clean and new looking with white quartz counters and white wall tiles. Looks very new inside.“

“First time here and we were very impressed!! Not familiar with area but my husband and I were spending the morning with our son and his significant other at Patterson’s Farm. SO glad we chose Rise & Dine for our breakfast/lunch! The food was absolutely amazing and the service we received from Maddie was just as good!! “We held a wedding rehearsal dinner there on June 27th. It was a party of 16 in The Porch area. Our waiter, Neil, was extraordinary, the food and drink was exceptional. My only regret is that we live 10 hours away so going back and sampling all the other menu choices is problematic. Highly recommend!“

“I went here twice in the three days I was visiting. Everything was great. The place has an old fashioned diner vibe. Food was freshly made and no matter how busy they were, and they were definitely busy, the food came out so fast! The food was very good for breakfast. I recommend the pancakes and western omelette! “A bit loud, but not beyond what you would expect for a beer hall. The food was excellent, and the variety of brews was great. Also appreciate that they have some NA options.
Seating is communal, so if you are a small group (2-4), expect to share a table with another small group.
Overall I highly recommend checking this place out.“

“Our very first visit to Mad Jacks. Denise, our server, was wonderful! Fun, engaging and made an amazing Manhattan. We enjoyed the goat cheese salad and spare rib sandwich on a pretzel bun and perfectly cooked fries. Overall just a fun lunch experience. We will be back!“
