“Always have had a good experience. Tonight, the worker went above and beyond. My dad was on the line and started slipping into a diabetic issue. His sugar was low. I ran inside and told the worker. I didn’t get a name, but she didn’t hesitate. She got my dad some gummy worms, and didn’t even think twice. We had to rush home, cause the issue was getting worse, but she really helped out, and you’ve earned customers for life! Sorry we had to leave, but this is our ice cream place! Thanks you to whoever was working 5/17 night!! I really appreciate you, and we will be back!!! Btw always have had a 10/10 ice cream experience, tonight just cemented it!“

“I have been going to Packos since I was a kid. I first came because of Kilnger from MASH always talking about it. It is about 2 hours from my house, but well worth the drive. I like how after all these years the food is the same.“

“I had them drain the meat before putting it on the chili mac and it has greatly improved the taste. Before that I would spend a ton of time on the toilet. The same goes for their chili dogs. The buns are not soggy anymore. I have no idea why this just isn't a thing but I feel like a lot of your other customers would benefit if you would do this automatically.“

“Solid Toledo classic. As I'm not from toledo, I'm fairly indifferent. Decent coneys with chili, onions, and mustard. My wife, who is from toledo, loves the cherry slush. Has that nice nostalgic hot dog stand feel, which is certainly a plus.“

“Happen to run into Rudy's didn't even know it was there. The food was very good. Customer service was awesome and it didn't cost that much. I must say I enjoyed myself there. And the good food was a bonus. Definitely will return.“

“Best chilli dog's in the city! It has a rare old school vibe you don't see anymore. The rest of the menu has a lot of delicious options, and their shakes are so good 🤤!! I've been eating at Rudy's since the 80's and will continue to be a loyal customer for life!! I just wish we could get one in Oregon“

“I think Rudy's is good and amazing and the son used to come into my gas station every day I worked, he still comes in, I just don't work there no more, but he was super friendly the reason for the four is because the sauce is super greasy. Other than that it's good, I do hope they get casing hotdogs one day!“

“let's be honest. who doesn't love ice cream. the staff is the sweetest ever! make sure to tip!! they deserve it 😁. but, it really is a great lil spot for fam time. they have drive thru and a sitting spot. careful. the lines can get long. but, worth the wait 😁“

“The place was a bit difficult to find but the well lit parking lot and generous spaces were a welcome sight. The menu and offerings on the various posters were a bit overwhelming. The quality and flavor could have been better. I went with my go to chocolate peanut butter shake and it was not really what I hoped for. The chocolate since it was only from the ice cream was muted. The peanut butter flavor was not the full richness and expected saltiness of a Reese's or Jif. The tables and patio needed a good scrubbing. Service was pretty fast and fairly friendly. We appreciated finding a local place open late on a Sunday evening.“

Vegetarian options: things aren’t directly labeled vegetarian but a huge part of their menu is just ice cream
Dietary restrictions: i’m not sure if there’s any vegan options since basically everything is either ice cream and hotdogs. since half of their menu is ice cream though there’s a lot of vegetarian options
Parking: parking is very easy to find and it’s free
Kid-friendliness: very kid friendly“
