Even after the onion rings were slightly overcooked on the last visit, she replaced them with absolutely no question in an instant and though it took a while to get the replacement order, it gave me a chance to enjoy a meal while talking to her a bit longer. She was very sweet and I have been back a couple times since!“

“Fries were cooked well... staff was kind .. the staff needs to pay attention to their surroundings and what they are touching.. i saw a gentleman go from front to back through a silver metal door 3 times while I was there, and not once did he change his gloves.. he's "hands" may have been clean, but his gloves were not clean enough to touch people's food .. gloves give a false sense of cleanliness and sanitation. “Nice Raising Cane's. Food was good and the service was fast and friendly. I went during lunch time on a weekday. And I always appreciate that their bathrooms are clean and functional. Soda machine has always worked properly as well. They might be a little pricey for chicken strips, but it's worth it to have friendly service, everything done correctly, and the facility not looking like a mess. I frequently visit this Cane's and will continue to do so.

Parking: Decent parking lot. Can be difficult to turn left out of it though. Plan your exit accordingly.“

“This was my first time eating there. The chicken was tender. I did not get a sandwich. The chicken fingers are very small especially for the amount you pay for them. My wife and I could have ate at Applebee's cheaper than what we paid. French fries or waffle fries and they're nothing to write home about. There are sauce they have is very good. The booths we sat in very comfortable but be careful getting out because they will slide across the floor.“

“We just live down the street and have been going here for years. Had a bad experiance with over cooked burgers earlier in the summer and quit going. Today we decided to give it another try and we are glad we did. Our burgers were cooked to perfection and huge, very juicy and tasty. The value is the best I've seen anywhere we've been lately. Definately will be back soon. The young man who waited on us was super also, very polite and fast!“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“Solid, filling food. You really get what you pay for. It's got a friendly overall atmosphere, and it's never crowded or packed. Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).

There should be a different spot for people are standing for orders to eat in they should have a spot where people who order food should be on a different rack and should not stay in line to wait for it that is why people order on the phone online to pick up and go not stand in line and wait.“

“It’s refreshing to see a fast food restaurant actually give you food when there is a special like a two for seven for instance. I got two regular roast beef sandwiches and they actually added in more mozzarella sticks all for $11 not bad I appreciate when people go out of their way to make a sandwich right instead of how everybody is cutting corners and you get small portions, but have to pay a bunch of money, thanks again Arby’s for making my sandwiches with some meat on them and the extra mozzarella sticks

Parking: They have a decent size parking lot no complaints“

“I had to be up very very late at night and I hadn't eaten. There's a Taco Bell in literally in my backyard, on Graham road, but I've had bad experiences there so I went to the Kent location by the airport which was several miles away. The person I dealt with at the window and for the order was Zachary. What a nice young man. I was working really late in the 3:00 a.m. hour. He is just the nicest and sweetest person. This is what customer service is all about. Nobody knows what people are going through and he's just such a nice person and did such a great job on my order. I can't say enough about it. This young man needs a raise and a promotion. They actually care. Whenever I want Taco Bell this is the location I'm going to be going to from now on because it's better than all the rest of them and I've been to many. “I had about 6 items, all requiring several modifications. Food was prepared quickly and every item was correct. The potatoes were cooked perfectly (most locations overcook them) and the lettuce was crisp. Great Taco Bell!

“They've pretty rarely messed my orders up which is great because I est there more than I'd like to admit. I think if they didn't get the new "loud AI lady" thing at the drive-thru, they would have figured out the difference between chicken and steak last time. I hope they put up a camera for reaction videos when that thing yells at the customers because it is quite jarring and I got a good laugh at myself last time. Staff are always friendly, amicable.“

“The food is good and the service is mostly good. However… The soda machine has tasted terrible for almost two years, especially the Diet Coke. It taste like straight carbonated water. We’ve told the staff each time we go in and they just shrug their shoulders. Fix it, or get a new machine! Also, with everyone in the world complaining about fresh water shortages, you would think they’d repair the mens bathroom sink hot water spigot. Like the soda machine, its been broken for two years. It is a constant stream. I would’ve thought the owner would repair it to save on his water bill…heck it’s only a $10 valve! But, just like the soda machine, the staff just shrugs their shoulders as if its no big deal. After telling the staff about both issues many times over the past two years, I thought posting it in a public forum would help motivate the owner in his repairs.“
