“I am from Louisiana and came up to help my company. Staying at the home2 Hilton right next door. I visited them and have to say, there are nothing but smiles from the staff. A very pleasent atmosphere and the service is amazing. I was speaking with a nice gentleman as I was sitting at the counter. I ordered what he was having. In a couple sentences, the food was in front of me. It was excellent and the price was very fair. I would highly suggest if you are near there and hungry, stop in. I promise you will not be disappointed. 5 stars for sure.“

“The food here is always solid and the servers are a lot cuter than days of past. Go to the north hill location and ask for Brooke n I bet she won’t let ya down! Even after the onion rings were slightly overcooked on the last visit, she replaced them with absolutely no question in an instant and though it took a while to get the replacement order, it gave me a chance to enjoy a meal while talking to her a bit longer. She was very sweet and I have been back a couple times since!“

“Fries were cooked well... staff was kind .. the staff needs to pay attention to their surroundings and what they are touching.. i saw a gentleman go from front to back through a silver metal door 3 times while I was there, and not once did he change his gloves.. he's "hands" may have been clean, but his gloves were not clean enough to touch people's food .. gloves give a false sense of cleanliness and sanitation. “This was my first time eating there. The chicken was tender. I did not get a sandwich. The chicken fingers are very small especially for the amount you pay for them. My wife and I could have ate at Applebee's cheaper than what we paid. French fries or waffle fries and they're nothing to write home about. There are sauce they have is very good. The booths we sat in very comfortable but be careful getting out because they will slide across the floor.“

“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. They definitely provide top notch, customer service & are wonderful human beings at the Macedonia location. Thank you for providing such great service everyday!!“

“We just live down the street and have been going here for years. Had a bad experiance with over cooked burgers earlier in the summer and quit going. Today we decided to give it another try and we are glad we did. Our burgers were cooked to perfection and huge, very juicy and tasty. The value is the best I've seen anywhere we've been lately. Definately will be back soon. The young man who waited on us was super also, very polite and fast!“

“Throughout the years, this is the only fast food where the service is consistently friendly. I'm not claiming I come here a crazy amount of times but each visit, in a span of over seven years - I can't deny the people are always friendly no matter who takes the order/is working at the time.“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed.
They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure.
I felt bad.
But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches.
The manager should give those guys a raise!!

“Solid, filling food. You really get what you pay for. It's got a friendly overall atmosphere, and it's never crowded or packed. Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).
Honestly can't go wrong coming here for solid grub.“

“It’s refreshing to see a fast food restaurant actually give you food when there is a special like a two for seven for instance. I got two regular roast beef sandwiches and they actually added in more mozzarella sticks all for $11 not bad I appreciate when people go out of their way to make a sandwich right instead of how everybody is cutting corners and you get small portions, but have to pay a bunch of money, thanks again Arby’s for making my sandwiches with some meat on them and the extra mozzarella sticks

“It's a typical Arby's. They remodeled the inside, so it was pretty clean when I went. The service was pretty slow the day we went, but the food came out okay. The staff seemed friendly. The parking lot is a little different because of the drive through layout, but nothing crazy. I'd try going here again in the hopes that the service would be faster.

“I had to be up very very late at night and I hadn't eaten. There's a Taco Bell in literally in my backyard, on Graham road, but I've had bad experiences there so I went to the Kent location by the airport which was several miles away. The person I dealt with at the window and for the order was Zachary. What a nice young man. I was working really late in the 3:00 a.m. hour. He is just the nicest and sweetest person. This is what customer service is all about. Nobody knows what people are going through and he's just such a nice person and did such a great job on my order. I can't say enough about it. This young man needs a raise and a promotion. They actually care. Whenever I want Taco Bell this is the location I'm going to be going to from now on because it's better than all the rest of them and I've been to many. “I had about 6 items, all requiring several modifications. Food was prepared quickly and every item was correct. The potatoes were cooked perfectly (most locations overcook them) and the lettuce was crisp. Great Taco Bell!

“I have a toddler and she loves the play place. She has autism and she loves the tunnels that they have a smaller area for little babies and then a slide and some tunnels to climb and stuff for the little bit bigger kids. But she says McDonald's all week long and she's pretty much non-verbal but she knows McDonald's. It's not for the food. It's for the play place but I appreciate them that you can just get a soda and let your kid play and they don't give you a hard time. So kudos to management“
