“The Grape Leaf is a favorite of my wife and I, so this is a great option for getting the same food near where we work. Service is always friendly and the food is always tasty. I recommend the Beef and Mushroom Sauté and the Lemon Rice soup.“
“Visited for Valentine's day. We were seated promptly and the waitress came around for drinks quickly. She looked busy, resulting in short snippy service at the table. The pita bread at the table was excellent. We ordered the chicken parm meatball sandwiches, which were delicious with a little bit of spice. The beef marsala left a lot to be desired. There was about 10 little pieces of meat and the rest was undercooked rice and soggy vegetables. Overall, the occasion may have made the service slump a bit, so I would try again just to see what it's like on a less busy day.“
“One of the next downtown restaurants. They were able to get us in on opening day. Everyone's food was spectacular and service was excellent, especially considering how busy they were.Very nice wine list with some interesting old world wines, all reasonably priced. Nice cocktails and desserts.Menu has something for everyone. The lobster roll was delicious.“
“The people are very nice and knowledgeable of their store's products. Love the hummus, tahjeen, rice, and their ( don't remember the name) salad - Fatoosh? Then theirs the desserts!!! Dried fruit and rose water Turkish Delites. Yummy to all they have. Pitas are so soft and fresh!!! Great choice of tea's.“
“First time trying Mediterranean and this place did NOT disappoint. Excellent service and the food is divine. Run, don’t walk and try this place. Be sure to get an order of grape leaves wraps, delicious. And hubby said that the chicken noodle soup was the best he’s ever had.“
“Good food and even better service. The man who made chicken gyros meal with lentil soup and kafta gyro with salad showed lots of care in making and packaging my to go order. The photo doesn’t do it justice, you’ve got to give them a try.“
“I live a distance from here, but always make it a point to come here when I am in this part of the city. No matter what I buy its always great tasting. Their prices are reasonable and their employees are friendly.Parking: In front of store.“
“4.5, rounded up due to great food and overall outstanding service. Our book club met here for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant is situated in the Spring Meadows strip mall. I would describe the ambiance as bright, clean and with a welcoming diner type of casual atmosphere. The service was top notch. Three of us ordered the Chicken Tawook and all loved it. One person ordered a Greek Salad that was seriously beautiful. Two others ordered a hamburger with fries. There was something for everyone, though I personally love Mediterranean food. Our server was very accommodating and friendly, not to mention patient as we were there for a good two hours. The only thing missing is that our iced teas and sodas weren't refilled, which was minor in the scheme of things. I must point out that this restaurant received 100/100 on its most recent health inspection report, so I felt good about eating there. Absolutely recommend!“
“Had a large group dinner. The food I ordered was ok, not great. The fries and rice were excellent and hummus was good as well. But my shish kabob was chewy and a little overcooked. I would most likely try something different next time. Others at the table enjoyed lamb chops, lobster linguine, and meat rolled with ham and something else, which I can't remember the proper name for. So all, in all it was good and they accommodated all of us. Recommend for sure.“
“Good Food and plenty of parking/seating. Out side seating is shaded if you come after noon. Very nice people. The biscuits and gravy is one of a kind. Fast service. Good old fashion American cafe with a twist of international specialties like baklava.Parking: Room for a Tractor Trailer to park alongside trees in the back. No Overnight Parking“
“Always good had the Beef Ghalaba tender beef tips and fresh vegetables. Had the Sautéed beef tips and onions with a salad humus and rice for 11.99. The beef was tender and flavorful and the onions were cooked perfectly. Two in my group had the Greek salad with Gyro meat. The salads were large and fresh. The Gyro meat was very good tok. Very good service too.“
“Stopped in for breakfast last weekend. I had the usual fair, over easy eggs, sausage, potatoes and toast. Everything was made to perfection. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the Mexican food while I was looking at the menu. They have eggs and chorizo, huevos rancheros, migas, etc. The guys sitting behind me ordered the eggs and chorizo and couldn't stop talking about how great it was. I had to spin around and take a look. I asked them if they come to the place very often and they affirmed they're there every Saturday. The food is great, it's clean, reasonable, staff is friendly, and service was really quick. Can't wait to go back!“
“Man oh man! This place is a 10 Star ⭐️The food is legit as close to mom’s home cooking than anywhere else. The hummus is heaven sent, the best I have ever had. The fresh bread is soft and fluffy. The food has so much flavor! The tabouli was okay too. The beef shawarma sandwich was delicious. The beef grape leaves, come on, insane how they melt in your mouth. The grapes are second to Moms home made recipe. No doubt the best true Arab restaurant I’ve visited. The baklava and Jordan Almonds are on point. I bought the Turkish coffee to go. Wooooooo!“
“This place is definitely a gem for the best hummus and garlic spread and pita chips!! I wish they served everything hot instead of making you microwave it and warm it up yourself with food they made the day before. (Makes it dry) If it wasn’t for this, they would sell out every day Guaranteed!. If you’re lucky enough and you stop in, they might have the hot bar loaded with stuff made fresh that day if they do get it!“
“We don't get there very often, not close to home, but the same great waitress is always there and such a variety on the menu! Like to try different foods! Had greek salad, grecian Burgers and chicken noodle soup. Got pleasantly surprised when we went to pay! Some very nice young couple paid our bill, the waitress said that they hoped they could be like us when they get older! We'll be Married 64 yrs, Oct. 1st. If they see this, we'd like to thank them very and wish them as many years as we've enjoyed together! Ron & Donita“
“This place has just been added to my weekly stop list. ZaZa's is probably the most unique pizza place in the city. The woodfire taste is amazing and the food is 100% quality! Full Mederterain menu. Check them out. I promise you won't be disappointed.“
“Went today. For whatever reason, I hadn't been there in years. The physical plant could use a refresh, but the food's still very good. I remain surprised that such a good place exists on a moribund campus of a largely commuter school. I've always liked their veggie delight wrap (one of only two or three places in town with that offering), and my wife was very pleased with the fay salad (good, seasoned chicken; fresh, crisp lettuce). All told, a good place, esp. if you're on or near campus.“
“The staff is here is so friendly and helpful. They've been warm and welcoming to my son when he's been there without me and have been accepting of my food allergy questions, making me feel comfortable. The food is fantastic, I mean, MY son keeps wanting to go back there and he's kinda hard to please ?Dietary restrictions: They do have wheat free options“
“Love zingos! Good selection, nice portions, great for vegetarians, and complimentary hummus and pita bread.Just had their quinoa bowl with their homemade dressing..very tasty! Their almond rice salad is my favorite! Will be back and would recommend to anyone. Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean.“
“I'm giving this 4 stars for the food only because I have a small sample size to rate it from. My wife got grape leaves that she was not impressed with. We both got desert and drinks that we were more than satisfied with. Will rate again once we've tried more of the actual menu.Bar service was excellent. The decor was simple and I think they were trying to achieve elegant maybe but it doesn't quite get there. It felt like someone trying to pass off a nice food cart as a restaurant. Simple, cozy maybe, but it's more like eating lunch in a nice breakroom of a family business.I was not blown away but I was not disappointed, so that's a solid 'A' in my book.“
“I come here often when on my lunch break. You can count on them being fast and the food always coming out fresh. The gyro meat was juicy and tasty and the fries were crispy. Food is reasonably priced too. There isn't many places in downtown to get fast casual food so this is great “
“I wish I'd have taken pictures of our food, but the chicken wings were huge and tasted great. My husband was a little upset that his large gyro salad only had two small pieces of tomato in it, but he said it tasted good enough that he'd order it again.“
“Looking for authentic Mediterranean food while visiting the are and Rumers came up when we i Googled. The first post I read said "best Greek food, hands down" so we tried it out. Was not disappointed at all. Rumers is a low key unassuming diner. Nothing fancy or flashy. Fast friendly service and great food. We had the sampler platter and greek salad and were stuffed. Highly recommend Rumers for your Mediterranean or Greek food fix. We will keep this place in mind when we return to the area.“
“Have been wanting to try this place for a while and it didn't disappoint! My son got the Kafta Cheeseburger Zingo, I got the chicken gyro, and my husband got the original, "Zingo Style" and we loved it! Also tried the soup of the day, could have been a little more hot as it was just warm, but the taste was great!! The pita chips were delicious along with the hummus. The staff was absolutely amazing! So helpful, attentive, and so sweet! 100% making this restaurant a place we visit very often!“
