Ive dined here for many holidays, special occasions, last minute dinners, or “just because” at brunch, lunch, and dinner for years and have never ever had a bad experience. They’re creative with their menu options but also have dishes for the pickier eaters - they definitely know how to make a dish their own and every bite is full of flavor. One of my personal favorite dinner options is the salmon and/or their grilled chicken with the tzatziki but my NEW favorite is the bourbon peach glazed pork chop 😍 SO flavorful and the portion is just right, extra good with sweet potato fries and their honey glazed carrots. They’re always improving and curating cool dishes. Cocktails always hit just right, wide variety of local beers, etc. Staff is always accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Playlists always hit, vibes are always high, and the atmosphere is cozy. They keep the place super clean and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable to enjoy myself - no matter if I’m there 45 minutes or hours. Love it here!“

“We love going by here on a weekend to take a break from errands and shopping. Everything I've tried has been delicious. My favorites are the Almost Heaven Dog, the beef slider (which is top notch flavor for a slider), and the chicken wings. And you can't beat crisp drafts in big frosty mugs. Kyle behind the bar always makes for a fun time.“

“We were there celebrating my retirement. We were quickly seated and our waitress was quick and friendly and polite. We got our drinks quick and then ordered. Crab cake appetizer was good but I’m not a fan of Crab cakes my husband ordered them. Spicy Bloody Mary for me perfect!! Husband had a beer. I had wedge salad and husband had garden salad both very good. Husband had ribeye and I had prime rib both were very good.. we had baked potatoes which were good but then I wished I would have ordered something different just to try something new. I got Ketchup Puppy and West Virginia dogs, my four-legged adventure partner got a dog of her own that she joyfully consumed. Mine were awesome as expected. “Allow me to gush about this place for a bit because it's become a staple of my Huntington experience. I haven't had a single bad meal here. The Kale Caesar! is one filling salad, y'all. Great dressing, add some yummy grilled chicken, and you're filled up and satisfied. Seared Tuna Salad is off the CHAIN. Perfect acidity in the dressing, and the combination of that tuna and the sharp/sweet pineapple is so nice. The duck fat fries are perfectly crisp and flavorful on their own, and I always get the harissa aioli for dipping. It's sweet with the tiniest bit of delicious almost-spice. The Brat Burger is the definition of savory. I'm not a kraut fan, so I got it without, but that brat patty is tender and juicy, the mustard has the right amount of bite to it, and the caramelized onions are sweet and velvety. The Brass Monkey is the only thing I've ever not been over the moon about, but that's totally a matter of personal taste. The Thai peanut sauce on it was absolutely delicious, but I'd just maybe ask for lighter on the cream cheese next time. The Californication (minus the black bean corn pico because corn mixed into other stuff is texturally challenging for me) was another savory, almost smoky delight. That runny egg just sauces it all up once you bite into it. I saved my all time favorite for last, which is the Ay Caramba. Y'ALL. For me, it's like the ultimate burger. The patty itself has just the right amount of pink in the middle, the chorizo melted in with the pepper jack cheese punches you right in the mouth with flavor, and the blistered jalapeno with the cilantro and spicy kewpie mayo crowning the glory all combines for the perfect spicy, flavorful kick! Bar tender (sorry bro I don't know your name!) is top notch and gives honest, informed advice on foods and is super friendly and cool and welcoming. Also, Boogercat Brown Ale is one of my absolute favorite brown ales of all time. LOVE The Peddler!“

“This was by far the absolute WORST Waffle House my family & I had ever been to. We stopped here for dinner on our way home from a family outing & I really wish we had not. We sat at the booth for well over 15 min. before anyone would acknowledge us or even come to our table. When the waitress with the pink hair finally did come, she was rude and complaining of other customers. It took her 10 min. just to bring our drinks, which she gave us no straws & my coffee was cold & tasted old. We never seen her again. She was to busy flirting with a group of guys. Eventually another waitress brought us our food 30 min. later & the order completely wrong. Guests who came in way after us received their food first. My husband & I were finished eating by the time our kids even got their food. Not one time was we offered a refill, ask how the food was or anything. BTW, the bacon was extremely burnt, the eggs were cold as well as the grits & they forgot half our order. What a mess, very unprofessional, the cook was not wearing gloves as he was preparing food & the bathrooms & restaurant was dirty. The worst experience dining out EVER!!! Save your time & money & do yourself a favor & just go to a different Waffle House.“

“We always enjoy Waffle House. Breakfast is our to go food. There are two waffle Houses in our area. I like both but the one on 29th street in Huntington WV is my favorite. There is a young waitress there. I think her name is Shanti but I’m not positive. I have a 13 year old grandson who has had trouble with bullying and has difficulties with making friends. She teases him and is extra friendly to him. She calls him Mr. Long Hair because he like a lot of teenage boys has long hair. He loves going to Waffle House and his mental attitude has changed so much. We are very appreciative of her. She is what Waffle House is. Going home where you feel comfortable and eating a good meal with family and friends.“

“Steak n Shake, the burgers are delicious. We haven't had a disappointing meal at Steak n Shake. Their fries arw the shoelace fries. Didnt really care for tbem (they are cold when you get them). I prefer another side. Their chili is very good

“The most comfortable welcoming bar in town. This place feels like home. It’s the one bar I can go to that I know I’m safe, it’s clean and the staff is amazing. Karaoke daily, amazing drink specials, variety of craft beers that rotate, wine, ciders, seltzers and the best selection of tequila I’ve ever seen. Also the food is great too!“

“I only came in for the arcade and can not review the food or dining service. I had a really good time inside, and my thoughts are as follows.

The games are fun to play, but they are very expensive. There is a big variety of themed games that should entertain most visitors. Some games are a bit complicated to try out, which can throw off some patrons. Play times were also very short, considering what I had to pay.

It is very loud in there. When you first leave and go back into the mall, your hearing will need a period of time to readjust. It is very hot inside the arcade. Do expect to see large crowds on weekends. Moving around the arcade floor can be somewhat difficult.

I had a good time here. Unfortunately, with the price structure on food and games, Dave & Busters may only be a "special occasion" place to go to. Check the website for the best deals before you make your trip to Dave & Busters.“
