“Chicken was good . . .nice and crispy. It has a little spice to it. The biscuits were excellent. They had like a honey glaze. I would definitely go back for those. I did not try and of the sides or sauces. This is take out only so you don't need atmosphere.“

“I never knew this spot was here until after seeing them on the news recently. My family and I stopped in to try it out and we were so impressed. The food was great and the staff was not only friendly but patient with my grandchildren as well. I have two that are extremely picker eaters and the devoured the tenders. I can not remember the owners name I think it was Phyllis please forgive me if I'm wrong but she was such a class act. She personally came out to check on everything and make sure we glad everything we needed. In a world full of the art of customer service being lost this place made a lasting impact on myself and my family. Our youngest is teething so as any parent or grandparents know with young children it can be stressful when they aren't feeling well in public. The owner made sure we felt welcome and just over and beyond what I would of expected. the atmosphere had a home town feel. Not sure if you will ever see this post but thank you for having a place that family's can enjoy.“

I'd appreciate a sign that has their hours on the drive through so I'm not sitting there before they open waiting for an answer.

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. I am uncertain if there is an option to request minimal or no oil, but the oil content was almost overwhelming, to the point where I considered not consuming it. Conversely, the fries were exceptional and cooked to perfection. I would recommend requesting a lighter application of oil for those who prefer a less greasy sandwich. I also ordered a salad with chicken salad topping, which unfortunately was overly salty. I would not recommend this option, as the saltiness was overwhelming, even when mixed with the salad. The chicken tenders, on the other hand, were far superior.“

“This place has improved so much since a couple years ago. I stopped coming due to the rude employees they had which also led to bad food.

I am happy to say this place has turned around. They fired all those people and hired employees who actually say my pleasure.“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“Best fried chicken in Cincinnati - juicy, very tender and not overcooked. The perfect fresh flavour of the Lemon Pepper dust they season it with! The aroma is deadly perfect! My whole office smelled like my lunch. I also had the Zucchini straws which were very crunchy and a good portion. The Mac and cheese was disappointing as it was very watery and only used cheese sauce and not actual cheese. 10 minute wait time and priced fairly. Service was minimal but close to my office! “I do Door Dash and deal with 3 different CFA's. The ones in Florence and Newport are amazing and the one in Union makes me feel bad for ever having an evil thought they are SO nice! I hear in DD FB groups that some markets have slow CFA's. OURS ROCKS. Ok ok... the one on Huston could use some help some days but Union CFA makes me feel bad for saying that.“

“Great chicken, great sides, great drinks, and a great staff here at this location! The spicy tenders were hot, thick, crunchy, and juicy. Definitely hit the spot. Potato wedges are my favorite at Lee's. The mac & cheese was decent overall. I love their Monday Family Special for $7.49 - 3 tenders, 2 sides & a biscuit! LFRC is one of the best around this area. The employees were so nice there and quick to serve up my food. I was a happy camper with a full belly by the time I left dinner. Keep up the great work guys. Yummo 😋!!“
