“White Castle is special. I appreciate having this chain in my city because I know they're not everywhere, and I know people crave the sliders or are very curious about them if they've never tried them before.

This location in Reading does such a great job of making flavorful food served fast and with a smile. My fave White Castle in Cincinnati!! Cheers to the hard-working staff here who fill bellies and make people happy all day long ❤️“

“I stopped in, honestly, just to use the restroom. It was occupied. The fella that came out didn't look embarrassed, but he should have. There was piss all over the toilet seat, and the toilet was so full I didn't dare try to flush it. I went out and asked a crew member, and she was fantastic! Her name was Nora, and she and Scotty got right on it and took care of business. They were so friendly. I wish they worked at my local McDonald's! I also spoke with Patti, the manager, who was also great. I did buy food, because I don't like just going in for the bathroom, no matter a restaurant or a gas station... I'll buy something. After I got my food, there were a could of apple pies that I didn't order! Again, such nice people!“

“Finding a nut free bakery is almost impossible! This bakery is amazing, I have a peanut treenut allergy and I was sooo excited to find this donut shop. Even my boyfriend who does not have allergies absolutely loves this place. They do so many different flavors and are 100% nut free. I would recommend them again and again☺️“

“Went in for lunch this last week and both the waitress and food made my day. Ordered a BABC (Big @$$ Bowl of Chili) and a regular garden salad, a single loaded cheese coney and a lemon water. I was not disappointed. The aroma of the Skyline chili filled my nose when she brought it out, and the cheese coney with onions and a strip of mustard may sound funky, but it makes the taste buds happy. In fact, I had the salad first (with ranch) and was very pleasantly surprised at how FRESH the vegetables and lettuce were. I would give the food and service experience 5 out of 5 for the pleasantness and friendly demeanor. I was traveling solo, but was still treated like I was a large party and important and that says a lot about customer service and the wait staff. Keep it up!“

“A group of 5 of us from the UK tried Chick-fil-A for the first time here. Chicken strips and waffle fries were great and we had fabulous service from a lady called Kelly I believe. Very friendly and kept our dips and drinks topped up, thank you!!“

“Our first time there. Driving across Ohio and had to try this famous Cincinnati staple. We sat at the bar. Hard young workers and friendly team. If I were to offer one little tip - the chili should be steaming hot. Ours was ok but not as hot (temperature wise) in my opinion. Very clean store! We’ll be back for sure.“

“One of my favorite skyline locations! Our server was so sweet to us and really took great care of us. Can’t remember her name but we were pretty hungry after a day at Kings Island and she was very patient and attentive! We live out in Anderson but chose this location to eat because the food is better and the service is the best!!“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. “Had a fairly large order for myself and my family. (What I deem as a large order anyways). I was the third car in drive-thru and waited less than a few seconds to be acknowledged. To pay and receive my order was maybe 7 minutes, if that. And they were a little busy inside as well. Also, for reference, I showed up 30 mins before closing time.“

“I ordered a 5 way to go. I love that they put the onions and cheese separate from the chili so that I can put how much I want on it. It was more than I could eat so I froze it and brought it home with me to Tennessee. It reheats well. Next time I’m in the area I’ll buy more to bring home.“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“I wasn’t sure if they opened at 10:30 or 11 and usually I check but I was out running errands while my kids were in school. I wanted to get a cake for my sons 3rd birthday and I got there at 10:45. The lady told me just to pull ahead when I got to the speaker. I pulled up and she said they were closed but could help me. She was more than happy to help me with a cake and they wrote on it for me 😊“

“Very casual place with good, different foods. If you don't feel like browsing through a large menu, and you have a hankering for chili, this is the place to go! At this location, parking was not the easiest to get to, but there was plenty available during the lunch rush. It was seat yourself with friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and good hometown feels.“

“Ive made chili with spaghetti before myself, but I've never been anywhere that does this. And they do it well. You get plenty of food for the price! While not the best, they offer a great selection of options that you may not be used to if you have never been to Skyline! Definitely worth trying a few times to see if this is your style!“

“I was in Cincinnati for a convention. So I had to try authentic skyline chili and had the 4-way. Spaghetti beans, cheese and of course their signature chili. For me it was worth it. I enjoyed it and now I am a fan of Cincinnati chili. The staff were friendly and attentive, and that made it an even better visit.“

We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly.
