“White Castle is special. I appreciate having this chain in my city because I know they're not everywhere, and I know people crave the sliders or are very curious about them if they've never tried them before.

This location in Reading does such a great job of making flavorful food served fast and with a smile. My fave White Castle in Cincinnati!! Cheers to the hard-working staff here who fill bellies and make people happy all day long ❤️“

“I stopped in, honestly, just to use the restroom. It was occupied. The fella that came out didn't look embarrassed, but he should have. There was piss all over the toilet seat, and the toilet was so full I didn't dare try to flush it. I went out and asked a crew member, and she was fantastic! Her name was Nora, and she and Scotty got right on it and took care of business. They were so friendly. I wish they worked at my local McDonald's! I also spoke with Patti, the manager, who was also great. I did buy food, because I don't like just going in for the bathroom, no matter a restaurant or a gas station... I'll buy something. After I got my food, there were a could of apple pies that I didn't order! Again, such nice people!“

“We were in town for a soccer camp at TQL stadium the place is super neat located on the corner in an older buidling. Rated food 4 I got the 5 way, three coney dogs and a fry those were very fresh and crispy. I have heard a lot about this place I was not a huge fan but it was not bad. Service was a 2 for me because being the first impression the gentleman was kind of snappy as we walked in he said dine in or to go quickly demanding us step aside. He was not very pleasant to deal with. Maybe as a restaurant owner I expected the face of this establishment to be more personable. Over all I would try a coney dog in the future just at another location.“

“Finding a nut free bakery is almost impossible! This bakery is amazing, I have a peanut treenut allergy and I was sooo excited to find this donut shop. Even my boyfriend who does not have allergies absolutely loves this place. They do so many different flavors and are 100% nut free. I would recommend them again and again☺️“

“Our first time there. Driving across Ohio and had to try this famous Cincinnati staple. We sat at the bar. Hard young workers and friendly team. If I were to offer one little tip - the chili should be steaming hot. Ours was ok but not as hot (temperature wise) in my opinion. Very clean store! We’ll be back for sure.“

“My husband went through the drive thru pretty close to the time they close and placed an order when he got home we realized 2 of the coneys we ordered were not in the bag so I called to let them know and the manager I believe answered and asked if I wanted to come back that night or be mailed coupons I decided to go back since the order was for my hungry children lol but anyway he was the sweetest I had ever dealt with in fast food I felt bad because they close at 10 and I knew I would get there after that time but he told me to come anyway and that he would be more than happy to stay a little later for me when I got there around 10:15 not only did I get the 2 we paid for but he gave me 2 extra plus a piece of blueberry cheeses which was very good by the way and also a $10 gift certificate he was absolutely wonderful wish I would’ve gotten his name but anyway he was there (6/23/26) closing time so if whomever is over him sees this just know he’s the best!!“

“Awesome food! But these people don't admit wrong doing. Ive had some weird instances with their food and when you call them its a big deal to hop through their hoops just to get denied on a replacement order or anything comparable. After spending $30 its a let down but deal with it I guess.“

“Had a fairly large order for myself and my family. (What I deem as a large order anyways). I was the third car in drive-thru and waited less than a few seconds to be acknowledged. To pay and receive my order was maybe 7 minutes, if that. And they were a little busy inside as well. Also, for reference, I showed up 30 mins before closing time.“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. “went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“One of my favorite skyline locations! Our server was so sweet to us and really took great care of us. Can’t remember her name but we were pretty hungry after a day at Kings Island and she was very patient and attentive! We live out in Anderson but chose this location to eat because the food is better and the service is the best!!“

“I visited Cincinnati and knew I had to try the famous Skyline Chili! After reading so many reviews, I decided this was the location I had to check out while I was in the area. The food was surprisingly good, and I'm glad I gave it a try. The service was alright, and the portions were decent. “Everything was great, but my only concern was that I felt rushed by the girl that build my customized pizza. I felt like she was just throwing the toppings on my pizza and moving quickly so she could get back to/be on her phone with another girl that was behind the counter with her. I was the only person in line. The guy that rang up me and cooked the pizza was great.“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

Orders are freshly made so there is a bit of a wait time but it's definitely worth it. It's a bit hot inside as the kitchen area is open and doesnt have great ventilation“

“Couldn't say too much on the Atmosphere cause I totally stopped in through the drive-thru, however, scooped up a Crave Case w/ Cheese for the long Ride Home back to Indiana, after working a Reptile Expo in West Chester ...super satisfied with the speed and the hot food I got, made for a great ride home.“

“This place has improved so much since a couple years ago. I stopped coming due to the rude employees they had which also led to bad food.

I am happy to say this place has turned around. They fired all those people and hired employees who actually say my pleasure.“

“I was in Cincinnati for a convention. So I had to try authentic skyline chili and had the 4-way. Spaghetti beans, cheese and of course their signature chili. For me it was worth it. I enjoyed it and now I am a fan of Cincinnati chili. The staff were friendly and attentive, and that made it an even better visit.“

“We moved away from Cincinnati about 7 years ago and stopped off at this location on our way out of town recently. It’s set a bit back off the road so use a directions app or you’ll have to go looking for it. Absolutely the nicest staff! We started chatting with them about the new chicken chili and they offered my boyfriend a free chillito to sample! We told them about living out of town and on our way out the door they gave us this gift bag! This will definitely be my stop from now on on my way out of town!“

“Founded by Firemen...cool. A little slow when crowded during certain parts of the day but if you call ahead they'll have it ready for you. Well worth it. I challenge you to find a better steak & cheese around for $6! The italian is awesome too. Also, 120+ drink choices! Just Try it.. you'll be coming back for more.“
