“Walked in before the first time, the gentleman working behind the counter was talking to me and found out that it was my birthday in a couple days and gave me a beautiful Sunday for free. Couldn't ask for nicer people and a beautiful place to get your sweets and treats. PS it was one of the best Sundays I have ever had in my life.

“Whit's in New Albany, OH is my favorite Whit's for frozen custard & Pies. I go there often and enjoy the friendliness of the owner & the staff. The freezer's are always filled with so many varieties. It's hard to make a choice. I buy several of my favorites & take them to my family, out of town - who are not lucky enough to live close to a Whit's. I still don't know if they are excited to see me or the Whit's custard :-) but we all enjoy it. Family I'll be bringing some to you soon!“

“Ice cream was delicious. Best part: my wife has a sever peanut allergy and they were nice enough to get a fresh scoop and tub of ice cream. She didn’t have to worry about cross contamination for which we were very thankful. Would recommend to anyone!“

“For the past week Ive been seeing the cookie ad, tonight I gave in! Hopped in the car and got cupcakes and cookies! Got the stuffed french toast cupcake...YUMMY! So far have tried the cinnamon roll cookie and I will definitely be back for more! Better than Crumbl!!!“

“The food was quality, but could have more flavor. The service was friendly, but could have a bit more forwardness by welcoming you as you come in the door and asking if you have ever been there and offering assistance with how everything works, rather than the customer feeling confused and having to ask. The atmosphere is clean and seems well managed, it just needs to be a bit more polished. It is a bit pricey, however, in the correct demographics it will do well. If the flavors of the week were posted in the window with a large bold font, so it can be seen while driving by it would bring more traffic through their doors.“

“I visit my family in Columbus Ohio and live in Boston. And every time I arrive, I cannot come without eating several mangonadas. I want to tell you that if you want to try something good, visit this place. Everything is delicious, but especially the famous mangonada. It's my favorite, I love that mango flavor and I haven't been able to find a flavor like it. And in fact I had the opportunity to meet the very kind owner of the place. I told her how much I liked mangonadas and I asked her to sell me some plastic containers so I could bring fried mangonadas to Boston. And it arrived in excellent condition. He gave me a good and fair price. Thank you!“

“Look this was a no-brainer for me y'all to check out my view know I'm honest this can be if you like ice cream this is absolutely the best hands down freaking ice cream place ever in the whole world man people's awesome service is awesome the ice cream is out of this world how to get into chubby thinking about it no really ice creams great try it hands down.
Parking: It's a huge parking lot there's no way you can't get a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: Dude kid friendliness hands down it's awesome they even sing to you when you give them a tip.“

This review goes from 1 star to 5 stars in a very professional and simple manner to turn something negative to positive. The area manager Alex reached out to me after I had a issue with a lady that I spoke with over the phone and rectified my issues. He was very understanding and nice enough to offer free food which I greatly appreciate.
I fully understand some days are rough and people have emotions, but working in a restaurant or anything related with customer service you have to show nothing but smiles and be happy even if your having a bad day. And the fact Mr Alex Ferrero reached out shows me he values his customers and is a great individual. Thank you for reaching out and resolving the issue.“

“My daughter is working 3 jobs and is a mother of 4 and since we all like dairy Queen we had a belated Xmas there because we love the food and environment. So it was nice to be able to have that option since her busy work schedule doesn't allow for much else“
