“Clean bathroom for starters, lady named Porsha made a great sandwich bread was I thought large like old days and she made a great sub. Fountain was out of my fav Vitamin water and soon as she was done w customers in the store she changed it out AND let me know!“

“Good food and food and good atmosphere but please train your servers to check on their customers. I sat there waiting a long time for her to come back. She never checked on me and never refilled my drink and I really wanted to order dessert but no longer had the time to wait. So no dessert for me. Guy across from me got star treatment and he got to enjoy dessert. She brought me more ketchup as one at table was empty then I never saw her again until I walked up to counter to ask for check and that worker was messing around on her phone and did not notice me standing there. I get I am not a regular but certainly never deserved to be treated like that. was considering recommending this place to friends and family. Please talk to your staff about paying better attention and checking on the customers. You were not busy today when I was there and it does not take much to bring someone a refill or to ask how things are or see if they need anything else. Thank You. Guess I will have to give rest of my business to another bakery today.“

“Meatball sub was ok and the Reuben was very good! Mac n cheese not so much!Have to go back to try the pizza. Place your order at the counter and they deliver the food to your table. Not much on decor and atmosphere but had a good time.

“Solid, filling food. You really get what you pay for. It's got a friendly overall atmosphere, and it's never crowded or packed. Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).
Honestly can't go wrong coming here for solid grub.“

“I came in maybe 4 months ago and one of the employees said to the others "I don't know how the f you guys' can stand people watching you while you make food." One of the employees replied it didn't really bother him and the guy went on, "I can't f stand it. Really I can't stand it. I hate it."

I was standing near the register but I wasn't watching them and it still made me uncomfortable.

Fast forward to a few days ago, Barbara was working, and man, she just has the best personality I've seen in a while in an employee and it seemed so genuine. For her I leave this good review.

“Thank you for offering gluten free bread!! This place was very good and decently priced. It is rare to find somewhere that offers GF anything so this made my day. The workers were very nice and helpful when placing my order. I ordered the original and it was delicious! I would definitely stop by again if I am in the area.

Update: Went back and order the cajun fries, super good!! They stated the fries were also gluten free so another +1 at this restaurant!

“The food is good and the service is mostly good. However… The soda machine has tasted terrible for almost two years, especially the Diet Coke. It taste like straight carbonated water. We’ve told the staff each time we go in and they just shrug their shoulders. Fix it, or get a new machine! Also, with everyone in the world complaining about fresh water shortages, you would think they’d repair the mens bathroom sink hot water spigot. Like the soda machine, its been broken for two years. It is a constant stream. I would’ve thought the owner would repair it to save on his water bill…heck it’s only a $10 valve! But, just like the soda machine, the staff just shrugs their shoulders as if its no big deal. After telling the staff about both issues many times over the past two years, I thought posting it in a public forum would help motivate the owner in his repairs.“

“I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section. No empathy, no concern. Jimmy John’s came to the rescue! The service was so well, these girls really know customer service skills. I had asked the girls their names and it was maddie and bella. Will definitely start coming in more often if the service continues this way.“

“Ordered online, was ready when I got there, food was good. I'm happy with it. I always stick to the roman burgers and wafer fries with cheese. It's one of those franchises that still tastes the same as when I was a kid. Prices are way too high to eat there often though, even with a discount it was still expensive, but can't blame them, that's everywhere now, but seriously look for coupons in the paper before going. The guy there was nice and friendly and this seams to be a clean location, didn't dine in but wouldn't hesitate to eat there. One negative is the Mr Hero App is awful, there should be an easier way to find your order. Next time I'll print the email I got so I don't have trouble finding the order number next time.“

Picture this: you wander over, drawn in by the promise of sizzling onions and the distant dream of cheesesteak perfection. But what you get is a sandwich that's about as memorable as that B-list movie you watch on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I received excellent service and the food was prepared promptly, it just wasn’t very good.

The sampleman standing in front of the restaurant was probably aware of the food’s lack of taste because he was making no effort to hand samples to potential customers or mall walkers. I’m used to samplemen and samplewomen aggressively trying to hand me a sample by sticking it in front of my face. While this is annoying it also shows a commitment to hard work.

While this restaurant has the convenience of being sandwich place in the food court, it doesnt have a whole lot else going for it.“

However, at this Northfield Road Bedford location, I have not had a bad experience. Some of the new sandwiches, I may not like, but overall the food is consistent and tasty.“

“Been here several times since I moved to Parma Heights. Always good service and food. This morning there was a customer having an epic meltdown over this location not accepting coupons. The employee called the owner on the store's phone and let the customer speak to the owner. The customer would not calm down, but the employees handled it as gracefully as they could. Yes it would be nice if they honored the coupons but I still think this location does a good job.“
