“If you’re craving a hearty pizza experience, East of Chicago in Seville, Ohio, is a must-try. They serve some of the best pies I’ve ever had from any pizza chain. Their deep-dish pizzas are particularly impressive, and they truly deliver a satisfying meal.

The classic offerings—pepperoni, sausage, and cheese—are outstanding. Each pie is generously topped with an even layer of cheese that melts beautifully, creating a perfect balance with the savory toppings. The dough is just right—not too doughy, not too dry—making for a delicious crust that holds everything together.

I did have one disappointing experience with their taco pizza. It was packed with an overwhelming amount of lettuce and sour cream, making it look unappetizing and far from what we expected. Unfortunately, it was so off-putting that we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat it. I felt bad for wasting a whole pizza, but I just couldn’t get past the sight and smell of it.

Despite that hiccup, East of Chicago has consistently impressed me with their deep-dish offerings. My wife often picks up our orders, and I’ve noticed that the pizza boxes are well-designed to keep the heat in and the food warm, with tightly sealed lids that ensure freshness.

One thing to keep in mind is that I’ve had some issues trying to place orders when they’re open, as there have been times when nobody answered the phone. While I understand that they might be busy restocking, it can be a bit frustrating.

Overall, I highly recommend trying the deep-dish pizza from East of Chicago. It stands out as one of the best in the area, and despite the minor setbacks, it’s definitely a pizza experience worth indulging in!“

“I have been there a few times and it never disappoints. The homemade lasagna is to die for . The spaghetti was the proper proportion and just wonderful in taste and texture. I have been there for a couple breakfast and everything was really good. I do also want to add about the atmosphere, and the people that work there they are funny attentive to our needs and pleasant to everybody. This is a must go to restaurant.“

“We were gifted a meal from a family member who lives out of town and she read the reviews and order us a wonderful delicious meal of chicken Alfredo sausage peppers onion's and pasta, spaghetti and meatballs, pasta, breadsticks, salad! We live in Wadsworth and hadn’t heard of this place well I will tell you their food is amazing! I loved it very tasteful! I have found a new place to get a good meal from! “We've been in this area for 1 and a half years and this is, hands down, the best pizza we've found! We didn't care for the white pizza sauce but the red is perfect. Good prices, accurate orders, friendly workers, and the perfect pie. What more could you want? We'll be trying other meni items in the future.“

“Romeo's, you are my new favorite pizza place!! I've lived in this area over 20 years and had your pizza for the first time a couple of months ago at my son's house. Wow, I was stunned by how good the pizza was! You are now my go-to without question! I love the sweet sauce you use on your pizza. Yesterday, we ordered bone-in wings. When my hubby got home with them, we realized they were boneless. We were floored that they were not your normal dry, hard boneless wings! Will be ordering boneless again! Your sauce, I got barbecue, was delicious. Great little Gem we have in our small town! Thank you!!“

“We get slices of pizza and sit in the restaurant all the time . A single slice is delicious and an XL New York style pizza all pepperoni, half meatball is the best pizza I have ever had forever. I’ve been having pizza since I was a teenager going to my local shop by myself 50 yrs ago.

“We loved the East of Chicago Pizza in Brunswick Hills & we finally gave the Medina East of Chicago a try since we moved to Medina. I had the best pizza since we moved here 2 years ago. It was PERFECT!! I was worried that it wouldn't be like where we use to get it. OMG it was!!! My son ordered the Taco pizza and I wish I took a picture of it. The pizza was loaded with items and my pan sausage pizza was good too!! just a few pieces needed sausage on it. I went to bed stuffed!! keep up the good work and we'll be ordering again soon!!“
