“The ordering process was PAINFUL. I almost hung up but I was extremely invested, plus he knew my name and phone number (caller ID). I ordered 3 large pizzas, all were fantastic but one was supposed to be pepperoni and mushroom and it was pepperoni and sausage instead. But overall a good experience.“

“I'm a sucker for Donatos thin crust, I adore the founder's trio, the sausage is incredible, I crave it. We tried the $5 pizza pals. Whoa, a great addition to the menu. The chicken bacon ranch sub was delicious, the Asiago garlic cheese bread was perfectly toasted. Shout out to the $5 pepperoni pizza, yummy (it's a small pizza loaded with pepperoni, usually $10. Order a large pizza and choose as many $5 pizza pal deals you like. 😋“

“I ordered a pizza and it took 100 minutes to deliver when the estimate was 55-65 min. When the pizza got here, it was lukewarm at best. Now, why am I giving it 4 stars? Because the delivery driver told me that tonight, there were supposed to be 3 drivers but 2 didn't show so it was only him hurrying along delivering pizzas. The store can't be blamed for this, rather the economy of cleveland as a whole. The bottom line is, I asked for extra sauce and unlike Pizza Hut on chagrin (which closed down), papa johns at this location actually gave me extra sauce on the pizza. They might not be on time, and it seems like it's out of their control, but at least they respect your wishes on your pizza and listen to your instructions.“

“Despite the terrible reviews, I decided to give this location a chance. The inside of the store is quite run down and could use a good scrub. I ordered online and was given an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. There was a long line ahead of me when I arrived, but my food was ready when I reached the counter. The woman at the counter was less than enthusiastic. When I thanked her and told her I hoped she had a nice night she responded with a gruff “mmhmm”. Might have just been having a tough day. The personal pan pepperoni pizza I ordered was tasty though. It was hot and had a good amount of both pepperoni and cheese. I also liked that she was thoughtful enough to put my pizza in a bag with napkins.“

“Tried Valley Pizza for the first time tonight.Supreme Pizza. Wow.reminds me of the neat little mom and pop Pizza parlors from back it the day 1970s.Lots of flavor, even the dough tastes good.cant wait to try the other sauces.Very well done.Ill be back soon.“

“Awesome pizza!! And their salad is also very good with their homemade italian dressing. We go quite often to the Brecksville or Northfield location. When I brought my grandkids they said it was the best pizza they ever had. Highly recommended!!!“
