“Always a tasty treat, I love these cookies, but hate the lack of customer service, I was waiting for quite a while and I had pre-ordered to avoid that ended up waiting almost 15 minutes to pick up my order.Parking: Watch out for traffic here it's busy.“
“Best cookie place in the area. I visit Cincy Sammys usually every Saturday and they are incredibly welcoming, and have a great selection that is always changing every week. They also carry Gluten Free cookies that aren't dry or have the typical "Gluten Free" texture/taste. They are as good as their gluten counterparts. They do more than just cookies, ice cream, shakes. Overall could not recommend this place more.Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten Free options, with the ability to order cookies ahead of time.“
“The best ice cream place ever!!! They make my chocolate malt exactly how a malt should be. I don’t even have to say extra thick! These shakes are as thick as it gets. I love their slushies and soft serve. They have a great menu for great prices. Unbeatable prices a small shake is just $3!!! Be sure to tip them too.“
“Amazing small business from a local family. Both are very down to earth and even have their kid helping out! Best prices around and you can tell the product is quality. Always changing the limited offers to keep it fun. This is the only place that competes with the others.“
“Best soft serve ice cream to have ever been made. The staff is always wonderful! The Cone is truly one of a kind!! I already tell everyone about it.. it's a need to visit. They have a cute play area and seating to enjoy your ice cream. A drive through and a lot of parking for the walk up window. If you have never been I recommend the walk up window and to try the strawberry ice cream (if you can of course!) Moral of the story.. f**king GO.“
“WOW, it smells so good inside with fresh made waffle cones. We were so excited that you had vegan and gluten-free options. My husband enjoyed vegan chocolate ? chocolate chip. While I savored lavender and cookie dough. The Lavender is amazing. ? Your taste buds explode with excitement. It really is delicious. This should be a franchise with its unique look and, of course, the ?golden ? spoon. Thanks for offering water, just like an old ice cream parlor. ?“
“I found this place at one a.m. driving Uber- frozen yogurt? 24 hours??? Yes please. They make it all themselves! And their other stuff (pastries, coffee etc) is great and available all night long. Whenever I'm in Blue Ash I HAVE to stop here. Even just to pick up a prepacked pint.Vegetarian options: The frozen yogurt is entirely meatless. The rest is mostly pastries and gas station convenience foodKid-friendliness: They provide color-changing plastic spoons. My child loves this place. Outdoor seating when the weather is nice“

“Got a specialty cookie I couldn't get anywhere else and it was delicious! Wish there was more variety tho. Says they change new flavors each week and have some regular ones. The regular ones u can get anywhere. but her speciailty ones, stand out and are worth all the 4$. Great personalities in here, good, genuine people friendly faces and service. overall, great sweets place to try out. Up there with Abby Girl, The cupcakery, and Two chicks Bakery.“
“Ice cream quality was amazing, it took a long time to get the ice cream delivered though. Lots of space for kids to run around in the grass.Parking: Few spots but freeKid-friendliness: Lots of space for kids to run aroundWheelchair accessibility: Ramp present.“
“Let me start off by saying that I was having a really bad day, just leaving the hospital & randomly found this location as I googled ice cream places for a quick pick me up. So happy I found this gem! Janet was so sweet and welcoming, and her kind gesture will have me return as a repeat customer!I ordered a dole whip & honey… it was so, so good! My partner order a sprinkle cone and he loved it, too. Just a heads up - they are cash only at this time, so bring some coins with you!“
“Been wanting to try Jeni's for a looong time. But it's hard to come by in NKY. But happened to be staying close by and decided to try it out. It really is tiny with only a counter to sit at and a few small tables, but you can enjoy your ice cream outside or head to Gatherall Food Hall to grab a seat. They have a wide variety of ice cream some of which are dairy free. You can get a waffle cup, waffle cone or simple cup. The scoops are pretty small. But the ice cream itself is so rich that the standard size was perfect. Loved it. Was tempted to take some home but no way to keep it frozen.“
“One of the best classic soft serve cones I've had in a long time. What made this taste even sweeter was the staff. I was in line behind a small family and the enthusiastic energy that was poured onto the kiddos just made my heart melt. Kinda childhood ice cream memory heaven if you ask me:) You made my day!“
“I've been going to this ice cream parlor since I was a child. It was so much fun to take my children here as well. Will definitely come back throughout the spring and summer.. To my knowledge this place is cash only, per signs. They have a QR code for their menu, for longer lines (but fast paced environment).“
“Old style charm in this classic ice cream parlor. Whether you need sweet treats as a gift from the chocolate counter, are looking for a cute spot to end a date night, or want to sit and enjoy ice cream with the family, this spot is where you need to go. Friendly service from behind the old marble counters. Enjoy the ice cream bar to go or "dine in" and treat yourself to a whole sundae. Helpful hint: for when you want a little more of experience than your average Graeter's run... plus you have to decide for yourself who has the better raspberry chocolate chip.“
“Love crumbl !! The interior of the store is so cute and inviting, and their staff is always so welcoming and friendly! Cookies are fresh and tasty, never had a bad experience!Parking: The stores are always located in areas with convenient parking!“
“Nothing beats Graeter's Ice Cream! We stopped here before a show at Ludlow Garage. It as BUSY! I guess that's no surprise. The line move fast and before I knew it we were enjoying a special seasonal Ice Cream only available dipped into a cup or cone. OMG, so good! This is not our go-to Graeter's, but I'm glad there is one very near Ludlow Garage for a sweet treat before a concert.“
“The staff behind the counter was friendly and happy. The ice cream was as delicious as always - one scoop of butter pecan and one of maple brown butter pecan - don't judge, it's the holidays - was the perfect way to finish off a busy holiday weekend.“
“?UPDATED? okay so I’ve been here several times as well as other locations and Graeter’s is hand down the best it’s absolutely incredible! The 1870 Tower is a sinful indulgence that’s not to be missed. Oh man!First time here. Came in with an open mind, thinking I wanted a banana split. But then the staff suggested the Black Raspberry Chocolate ice cream. Said it made up about 1/3 of their sales so I tried it and can see why! It’s delicious! Got a bag of chocolate malt balls to take back to the hotel. Graeter’s is a wonderful treat!“
“In the Cincinnati area, Graeter’s is king: super smooth, dense, and yet soft ice cream. Heavenly, perfectly sweet. I always do mint chip, because it comes with these thick, semi-solid chocolate ripples, but this time I also went with the new lemon meringue pie, which was superb. (Hard to get lemon right in ice cream!) This location, like every location I have ever visited, was warm and inviting. I can’t wait to go back.“
“I stopped in on my way to Lexington last week. I got four cookies to spit with my daughter and we couldn't decide which cookie was best. All of them were absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back to try different flavor cookies and a shake.“
“I came in for delicious ice cream on Wednesday Evening on March 27th and I was greeted by a girl with a welcoming smile. She was very friendly and helped me choose the best ice cream. The Ice cream was delicious, and the service was just as sweet. 100/10. Would come again.“
“Have I been living under a rock??? No idea how I've missed this place after being back in the Queen City for 7 years. This was the creamiest yet thickest and chunkiest ice cream I've had. Not sure how it can even be all 3. I had apple crumble and I was hoping no one was watching me eat my scoop as I crossed the busy street because I devoured this ice cream. It is that good. I'm obsessed.“
“Excellent ice cream shop!Growing up going to King's Island, I fell in love with their famous blueberry ice cream. Now, living in Dayton, there are a few places around us that sell it, but we spent the morning in Cincinnati, and on the way home, I was in the mood for ice cream. Our typical spots to go to were closed, so we did a Google search, and this shop popped up. We decided to stop by, and they opened up about 5 mins after we got there. We were kindly greeted by the owner Brian. He asked if we could wait about 5 mins so the machine could get ready. We paid and waited. I used the restroom while we waited. It was clean. We got our ice cream a few minutes later. Light, not heavy, smooth, not clumpy. It was delicious! Pricing was very comparable to other shops. We will definitely return!“
“Aglamesis is an under rated gem in Cincinnati ice cream. Beyond that, their chocolates are amazing. Expect relatively relaxed service (it's ice cream, and they're frequently busy), try something with chocolate in it, and you'll come to appreciate the finer qualities of Aglamesis.“
“I’m a frequent customer because Nekter is amazing! They have great bowls and juices. I always feel healthier after eating/drinking their products. Only one confusing point: they have a saying “skip the line and order online.” Well yesterday I ordered ahead online, but when I got there they were busy with in-person orders. I was the very last person served despite having ordered before everyone. I received my order 20 minutes after the original estimated time. I asked the worker and she said they prioritize in person orders. So if they’re busy, I guess it’s faster to order in person? Otherwise great place and great staff.“
“We went Sunday, early afternoon. I had an affogato and my wife had the edible cookie dough. The affogato is two shots of espresso over soft serve ice-cream. It was amazing! If you like coffee ice-cream, this is the best version you can have! The chocolate notes of the espresso really stand out with the coffee. I could have one daily to start my day! The cookie dough was sweet and the texture was great. It wasn't gritty like other edible cookie doughs she has had before. There was enough that she took half home. Old Milford Parlor is a great stop while you are in Milford and a must if you are looking for something sweet!“
“Hit all the boxes fairly priced and taste like heaven me and my friends go here in the summer and play b ball then get a heavenly milkshake 5 out of 5 stars hands down ?Kid-friendliness: Also me people real kind and fastWheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp“
“Love the ambiance here. The place look warming and welcome despite the rundown parking lot. I love that they have quite a variety of flavors, also ice cream cake and pint for convenience sake. The service was great, the employees were help with choosing the flavor. The place look clean, so the employees must be on top of cleaning duty, which is such a big plus. Love them!“
“I absolutely love this place! This is my absolute favorite ice cream place. The cones are awesome and so delicious. But the blizzards are the top hit there. They have really good flavors and different cup sizes. And like they say, their ice cream is really made to defy gravity.“
“Service is top notch and The amaezing shakes are everything you could hope for and more! We ordered the strawberry, Oreo and s'mores shakes. The kids loved them and all the treats that came with them. We also ordered cookies and other desserts that we are looking forward to trying soon.“
“I enjoy stopping by here for a tea whenever I am in the area! Teas are super fresh and not too sweet. My favorites are the strawberry oolong and mango oolong! Parking is easy, inside is cute (love the idea of the photo wall), and staff is efficient with making my tea. There is something for everyone!“
“Went in with my boyfriend and got a scoop or Oreo and Nutella gelato it was amazing!! The flavors are so amazing and mouthwatering delicious! My boyfriend had sorbet, lime, guava and strawberry cream it was delightful! Customer service was great and they allowed us to try any flavor we wanted. Treat yourself you won’t regret it!“
“We went after a trip to the park so anywhere with AC automatically got 3 stars but this place was awesome. I got Lemon Lime Oolong with Strawberry Pop Boba. The Mister got the Mango Matchs Latte with Mango Pop Boba and the little one got a Cookie Monster. All were yummy options in a promising hole in the wall. I only say promising because it's not fully setup yet.“
“I had an amazing experience at this location. I am from Indiana and my Ohio friends insisted that I experience the magic at Graeter's and magical it was... The service was phenomenal; the staff was inviting and personable. The variety was delightful. The ice cream was superb, rich, and decadent. The next time I am in town, I will visit again.“
“This place is So So Sweet!!The drinks are delightful and delicious!I dont exactly have any complaints but I do have a request or suggestion... I would Love to see more pictures of the actual products and drinks you have instead of generic art on the wall. The wall menu is lovely to look at (I wish my hand writing was that clean!) but the drink descriptions dont adequately describe the drinks to a first-timer. (We did so much googling haha)The beverages are practically art, I think it would relieve your bariatas if you had a laminated example sheet by your register with one or two pictures of each type of drink and a bit more detail. Perhaps you could even add a featured drink in the future and advertise it on your social media.I am also hoping that in the summer you could be allowed to add a few seats outside.Parking: Parking is in a plaza which is often crowded. Accessible parking is not a guarantee. Entrance separated by concrete median and pass through. Cross from the parking lot with caution.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is a bit tight next to the counter, limited seating, but the 3 low tables can accommodate a wheelchair. Maneuvering during peak hours would be challenging.“
“From the well-crafted gelato to the perfectly pulled espresso, every element of this dessert was executed flawlessly. If you are a coffee lover looking for a sublime, coffee-infused treat, I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in an affogato.“
“I went to the Peach Cobbler Factory in Hyde Park and it was absolutely wonderful. The customer service was great and the cobbler was SUPER GOOD! Sorry grandma but the strawberry peach cobbler was the best cobbler I’ve had in my life! I will definitely be returning to try the sweet potato peach cobbler!“
“Freezing cold weather and this place was super popping. After eating the ice cream I can see why it's so popular. I had the salted caramel and the person who helped me recommended, they did not steer me wrong. The ice cream had so much flavor I was sad I couldn't get another scoop. I can't wait to come back to Cincinnati in May, Graeter's will for sure be a stop for me.“
“Maybe I’ve missed talk about the mac & cheese but whoa that stuff is amazing. (And I’m picky about it cause I make great mac & cheese myself)Pulled pork & shredded brisket were both very tasty, (I’d like a little more fat with the brisket). Fries were absolute perfection. My dad was practically drinking the Carolina sauce & I love the white sauce.Four adults: a pound each of brisket & pork, with the family pack 2 sides option, with slider buns. Just the right amount of leftovers for tomorrow.Next time will definitely give the wings a go.“
“Wow! Just tried their peach cobbler which comes with ice cream. It was amazing! Also tried a brownie sample. We loved it! Friendly staff and a great selection of desserts. I want to try the banana pudding next. Bring the whole family! They will love it too!“
“I had to make a review on how good my service is every time I come to Tri county! Every time Shana has helped me in any store I’ve seen her in she is always kind and helpful! I’ve seen her go store to store over the years and I greatly appreciate her! She always provides exceptional customer service!“
“Although the ingredients of some of the protein bars and premade juices contain hydrogenated oil and extra sugar respectively, everything else about the food and smoothies is great. The juices are also highly recommended, and the customer service is impeccable. The wait time is also reasonable. I love the rewards “
“This location is an ice cream parlor with a difference. The ice cream is Mexican inspired, and I can assure you that the Mexicans do not accept pale flavored ice cream. Also, they make the ice cream on site, from fresh ingredients--and I can confirm that the fruits are fresh since my ice cream had a couple of cherry pits in it. So be careful about biting down! We arrived here in the afternoon of a brutally hot day in Ohio. The spacious store is in a little strip mall, and its decor uses the bright paint colors you'd see in Mexico. Freezer counters fill 2 sides of the facility, one containing popsicles and other frozen treats in exotic flavors, the other a wide array of ice cream. The counter clerk seemed happy to provide us with as many sample spoons as we'd have wanted, so I got to taste the cappuccino--intense! and the coconut pineapple--fruit forward but a nice toasted coconut finish--and the caramel, and do they know how to make caramel. But I settled on a medium cup with half yellow cherry and half pistachio--I just love pistachio ice cream! And this rich, sticky mound of green dairy was as good as it gets. The yellow cherry, as noted, had a couple of cherry pits lurking in it--the yellow variety is, I guess, a bit more subtle than the red. I am definitely planning on more of their excellent product!“
“I absolutely love Yagoot, and Ed is always outstanding! Such a delicious product. So happy Yagoot came to Milford. It’s the best thanks to Ed!! Great food with excellent customer service!Kid-friendliness: Ed is always ready to serve with a smile on his face and never mind my kids asking for samples every time we come in. Truly appreciated!“
“I went through the drive-through, so I couldn't rate the atmosphere. I got the codfish sandwich, which was a nice size, freshly fried, and served on a delicious bun. My aunt really liked the Culver's root bear, and I was jealous that I didn't try it myself. I only gave 4 stars because I did not try enough yet.“
“Macarons were not perfect but tastes good. The need to be a bit more hard outside. Ordered a bag of 6 macarons, americano coffee and a chocolate croissant.Tiramisu- tastes great,Belgian chocolate- great,Raspberry - good,Orange mandarin- good,Red velvet- good,Pistachio - it doesn’t taste like pistachio it is more cherry flavor.“
“Classic local town soft serve ice cream spot. Walk up windows. Friendly ice cream servers. Cash only. White, chocolate, or zebra cones. Strawberry dipped or chocolate dipped cones. You know, all the classics. They also have their version of the blizzard with all your favorite toppings. The shakes are good (but better across the street at UDF). My favorite item here is the chip wheelies, chocolate chip cookie sandwiched around vanilla scoop. This place is great. It nostalgic. Come here after a date, bring the team here after a big win, or bring your buddies with a case of the munchies. No one will be disappointed. Call to make sure its open. Usually opens late spring closes mid fall. There are occasions when there are long waits. The line moves pretty quickly but the line can look intimidating. Go enjoy! Other good soft serve in the area: Putzs in Mt airy Back the dipper in Silverton Dairy whip in Loveland Norwood delites in norwood“
“What an incredible experience having this Root Beer Stand in town! First timer and was impressed by the taste of their very own non-carbonated root beer! Their vanilla soft serve ice cream was to die for! I added sprinkles because I just felt like it! Can’t wait to visit again.“
