“When I called I never actually expected anyone to pick up because it was 50 minutes after closing (literally 1:50am) Kaden picked up. I had a small issue with my order and I have to say the manager on duty, Kaden (hope I spelled that correctly) handled it with perfect professionalism. “I ordered my kid's birthday cake there, per traditional request. We know the flavor is always great but this year we were exceptionally impressed with how pretty it was! I'd requested extra writing and they nailed it and clearly put effort into the piping. They also did not scrimp on the fudgy crunch layer, as a different location did one year. Well done and thank you for adding so much to our celebration!“

“I was hesitant to try because I didnt want heavily loaded sugar items and was unsure of the allergen menu...so I stopped in and asked an associate a few questions and ordered a acai bowl with Nutella. It was so good. I keep going back! For the most part all the employees have been great. Its my current fixation lol“

“Might just be one of the best burgers from a fast food joint that I have ever eaten. The Pretzel Bits were almost as good as the burger. I could eat those all day long. Service was very good and the tables were clean.
I highly recommend Culver's for my overall positive experience and a sublime burger! Will definitely be back.

She had already left work for the day but came back just to deliver my order.

“First time customers. We stopped to get a fish and shrimp dinner to share and take home. Everything was absolutely delicious especially the coleslaw which I’m usually very picky about. And the service was excellent. Very friendly people there.“

“This Arby's is one of the best ones in Northeast Ohio. The staff is Findlay. The food comes out so hot. It burns your mouth. The drinks are delicious. Somehow everything from this one is just better the way that they shave the roast beef. It's ultra thin and flaky and perfect. The ojus for the French dip is actually full. It's not a quarter cup like everywhere else and they have yet to mess up my order in the entire time that they've been there. Hey plus a plus 10 out of 10“

“Great food, but the floors all around the dining room were very very oily slick. The floors need a good, no super-deep cleaning. I observed an elderly lady almost lose her footing and fall due to the oily floors. Due the customers a favor, and change out your mop heads; one for the kitchen and one for the dining room area. GREASY, GREASY, GREASY!!!“

“The Italian is my absolute favorite. Unfortunately the customer service has diminished. Went out of our way to go here instead of Subway, spent almost $50 for 2 meals and the sandwiches were not made correctly. No bacon and the sandwiches were soggy. Called and of course no fixing it. Driving back was not an option. Smh well it's too bad. We really enjoyed their sandwiches but the rude service will not be getting any more of my money!!“

I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“

“Ordered from Uber Eats. Excellent service. Very good food and nearly packed. Bag was tamper sealed with a sticker and closed so people couldn’t access the food. Tasty grilled cheese burrito, excellent grilled technique and cheese was properly melted, with a neatly made cheesy potato. You could tell the people actually took the time to make it well and put care into how they assembled and packed everything. Great job! 👍“

“Of the big chains this might be the best one I don't know. The subs are really good but if you don't need it soon the vinegar makes the bread soggy and the texture then just is mushy and kind of gross. But when you eat it fairly quickly they make the best Italian sub of all the chains I think.“
