“as a cuban i had such an amazing experience here!! the chef and waitress were so kind and came out to chat a few times, i felt right at home. :)) the restaurant plays classic cuban music and the vibe is so authentically cuban, it made my heart so full to see a restaurant of my culture!! the food was delicious and authentic, tastes just like my mom's cooking. i recommend the yuca en mojo and congri, the pollo asado was honestly delicious and my boyfriend got a pan con lechon that filled him up after only eating half!! great prices, great service, great people! patria y vida“

“When I called I never actually expected anyone to pick up because it was 50 minutes after closing (literally 1:50am) Kaden picked up. I had a small issue with my order and I have to say the manager on duty, Kaden (hope I spelled that correctly) handled it with perfect professionalism. Their service is always on point, friendly, helpful, clean, organized and hospitable. This location has always been consistent in every aspect. She had already left work for the day but came back just to deliver my order.

“This Arby's is one of the best ones in Northeast Ohio. The staff is Findlay. The food comes out so hot. It burns your mouth. The drinks are delicious. Somehow everything from this one is just better the way that they shave the roast beef. It's ultra thin and flaky and perfect. The ojus for the French dip is actually full. It's not a quarter cup like everywhere else and they have yet to mess up my order in the entire time that they've been there. Hey plus a plus 10 out of 10“

“Great food, but the floors all around the dining room were very very oily slick. The floors need a good, no super-deep cleaning. I observed an elderly lady almost lose her footing and fall due to the oily floors. Due the customers a favor, and change out your mop heads; one for the kitchen and one for the dining room area. “I’m a brand new mom of a 2 month old. He hates his car seat, so I have him out of it carrying him around as often as I can. I walked in to pick up my order with baby in hand when a young man with dark curly hair lit up at the sight of my baby and went above and beyond by opening the door for us, carrying my order out to my car, and putting it in the passenger seat for me. He wasn’t weird about it, was just very thoughtful and seemed genuinely excited to help a young mom. I was floored at this kind of service from a restaurant like Papa John’s (we have had less consideration at nicer restaurants) and even more so from a young man! Please consider him for a raise and promotion. The food was as expected, but we will be returning here just because of the kind employees.“

They forgot to give me my frosty and one of my fries And they were also out of sweet-and-sour and instead of just substituting it he came to the window was polite and asked me if I wanted sweet chili instead, but I Substituted with honey mustard when I asked for my frosty, he gave me no issues. He was not rude and I felt bad because I realized I was also missing a fry and he hooked me up with no hesitation and was very apologetic. I would eat here again, and I will continue to eat here at this one’s provided that this kids still works here you were real one dude thank you again“

“Of the big chains this might be the best one I don't know. The subs are really good but if you don't need it soon the vinegar makes the bread soggy and the texture then just is mushy and kind of gross. But when you eat it fairly quickly they make the best Italian sub of all the chains I think.“

On this occasion went to a Taco Bell on Oberlin Avenue to get a Taco Bell Grande the beans were dry the sauce was eerie and the cheese was cold.
