“Came in here the morning of September 3rd, 2026, and words are not enough. The store was clean and organized, but that was not what truly impressed me. I needed to buy breakfast for my crew, but I had no idea how to use their kiosks, and the kiosk did not offer what i wanted. Nicole came over, and helped me with the kiosk, and the Manager Mathew got involved, helping me get the good I wanted. I cannot describe how impressed I am with these two Rockstar employees!“

“We were in town for a soccer camp at TQL stadium the place is super neat located on the corner in an older buidling. Rated food 4 I got the 5 way, three coney dogs and a fry those were very fresh and crispy. I have heard a lot about this place I was not a huge fan but it was not bad. Service was a 2 for me because being the first impression the gentleman was kind of snappy as we walked in he said dine in or to go quickly demanding us step aside. He was not very pleasant to deal with. Maybe as a restaurant owner I expected the face of this establishment to be more personable. Over all I would try a coney dog in the future just at another location.“

“Finding a nut free bakery is almost impossible! This bakery is amazing, I have a peanut treenut allergy and I was sooo excited to find this donut shop. Even my boyfriend who does not have allergies absolutely loves this place. They do so many different flavors and are 100% nut free. I would recommend them again and again☺️“

“Our first time there. Driving across Ohio and had to try this famous Cincinnati staple. We sat at the bar. Hard young workers and friendly team. If I were to offer one little tip - the chili should be steaming hot. Ours was ok but not as hot (temperature wise) in my opinion. Very clean store! We’ll be back for sure.“

“Went in for lunch this last week and both the waitress and food made my day. Ordered a BABC (Big @$$ Bowl of Chili) and a regular garden salad, a single loaded cheese coney and a lemon water. I was not disappointed. The aroma of the Skyline chili filled my nose when she brought it out, and the cheese coney with onions and a strip of mustard may sound funky, but it makes the taste buds happy. In fact, I had the salad first (with ranch) and was very pleasantly surprised at how FRESH the vegetables and lettuce were. I would give the food and service experience 5 out of 5 for the pleasantness and friendly demeanor. I was traveling solo, but was still treated like I was a large party and important and that says a lot about customer service and the wait staff. Keep it up!“

“Very casual place with good, different foods. If you don't feel like browsing through a large menu, and you have a hankering for chili, this is the place to go! At this location, parking was not the easiest to get to, but there was plenty available during the lunch rush. It was seat yourself with friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and good hometown feels.“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. “went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

Can’t remember her name but we were pretty hungry after a day at Kings Island and she was very patient and attentive! “I visited Cincinnati and knew I had to try the famous Skyline Chili! After reading so many reviews, I decided this was the location I had to check out while I was in the area. The food was surprisingly good, and I'm glad I gave it a try. The service was alright, and the portions were decent. Overall, it's definitely worth experiencing at least once if you're visiting Cincinnati!“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

Orders are freshly made so there is a bit of a wait time but it's definitely worth it. It's a bit hot inside as the kitchen area is open and doesnt have great ventilation“

“Stopped in before the Reds game to try AJ’s. I mean, I’m a Philly guy and my name is AJ and I love cheesesteaks. So, we gave AJ’s a try. “I was in Cincinnati for a convention. So I had to try authentic skyline chili and had the 4-way. Spaghetti beans, cheese and of course their signature chili. For me it was worth it. I enjoyed it and now I am a fan of Cincinnati chili. The staff were friendly and attentive, and that made it an even better visit.“
