From the greeting when we walked in, our server Matthew and the food everything was spot on. Tables were being cleaned as people left, the bartenders were wiping down the station, the food came out hot and cooked properly, the employees having a genuine smile. “My bison steak was overcooked which our waiter Joe noted immediately and he took it back to the kitchen. They cooked me a new steak medium rare which was done to perfection. The manager also came to talk to us and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. He also comped us the steak as well as a huge piece of chocolate cake for dessert in honor of our anniversary. Fantastic service and food. We will be returning often.“

She smiled and was very professional. I tip my hat to her for having to deal with entitled people and not even flinch! We always try to get out to Loveland for brunch whenever possible. The staff is wonderfully knowledgeable, food is always delicious, and let us not forget the remarkable cocktails! They even have tasty ones for those who do not drink alcohol! This restaurant was just minutes away, so decided to try. 2 police cars were parked outside, and you know they know the best places to eat. No step entry, which I appreciate. “Faith Restored hallelujah!!! I’ve been coming to this establishment for years and never had a problem I had to leave a bad review until last visit. I was angry and upset and just did it. My 80ish old Mother in law wanted to go for her birthday so I gathered the entire family and I gave it another try. So glad I did.
We actually had the same waitress as last time. She was night and day and did a great and professional job. I ordered the apps and man did I choose the right ones. The kids love the pretzels and I wanted to try the loaded Saratoga chips. When she came back with them I was beyond amazed by the quality and quantity. If you’ve never had their homemade chips you’re missing out. They should market these , sell these in stores. They are light, fresh and the taste is out of this world !! The beer is always icy cold and delicious. We all tried something different this time and everyone was super satisfied. I don’t think a visit to a restaurant could’ve been any better. I know every person and every restaurant has a bad or off kind of day. I want to apologize for being angry and giving you a bad review. Nobody is perfect. Your reply was very professional and you even offered to pay for my meal. You’re back on the map for taking my entire family out when we’re remotely in the area. “Went here for a date night and left so full and happy!! Our server, Jenny, took such good care of us. It was nice to have the menu and specials explained to us in details and got a lot of recommendations from her, too. We ordered the crab cakes, mussels, lamb rack, their steak and crab special for the night. Everything was cooked to perfection with right seasonings and temp. We really enjoyed the special-the filet mignon was soooo tender and the crab was sweet! It was cool to have a candle lit butter and Cajun spiced lemon on the side for the crab. We were so stuffed at the end but couldn’t help but get dessert to go. The crème brûlée NY cheesecake is SUCH a treat and I’m so glad we got it. Service was 10/10, would recommend everyone to go here for nicer dinners.“

“For basic chicken tenders and fries it was delicious. Light attendance day so easy to find a wheelchair-accessible table, but most seating at the eating areas is benches. If unable to find an open accessible table, there are two seating spots with a lower counter at the new bar on the south side of this restaurant that are likely open. Wish the table area had better shade. None of the wheelchair spots were completely shaded.

“In town for a soccer tournament and decided to check this place out. The staff was very welcoming, service was quick(even with being understaffed), and food was good. We will definitely be back when we are back in town for another soccer tourney.“

“We visited here on a Saturday and we had great service. I highly recommend the Pub Burger. We also were here a year ago, and I had the London Bridge fish sandwich, which was also perfect. My wife tried the KI salad. It was really heavy on the onion, which is odd for a salad with cheese crumbles, pecans, and cranberries. Also, the dressing was too sweet and they put too much on. Imagine the sweet onion sauce from Subway. It was an odd combination. Also, the only other downside was that tutor tots were the only side choice unless you wanted to pay an uncharged. Overall, the food is great, and I can't wait to try other menu options.“

Due to a systems problem, she couldn't do this, nor could they accept my gift card in payment for my meal. “Hands down, my favorite restaurant! I love the large menu and their ranch dressing is the best (made in house and I almost always get a side of it for fries). Lots of beers on tap and a large bar for cocktails. We have had graduation parties, birthday celebrations and many enjoyable conversations here. What I look forward to every year is their support each October for Breast Cancer Awareness and Fundraising. As a survivor, I am grateful for this effort. They do it for other fundraising needs as well. Silver Spring House is a little bit vacation and a lot of bit family!“
