“We will not be returning to eat there. Soft serve chocolate hasn't been available to customers in 2 months. we were told the machine has been broken. Hotdogs, hotdog sauce and cheese very low grade....Vietti, would've been better! Although, I'm Pretty sure it was Vietti. Fried mushrooms that were burnt, dried up mushroom inside of all 6 of them. Ranch dressing tasted old or stale. Husband's ice cream, Butter pecan, had an eye lash it!! It also tasted freezer burnt as well. We want to support local business, but this is not acceptable anymore.“

“First time eating inside the restaurant. 10/10 from the time I walked in the door. Greeted by the friendliest gentleman who helped me decide on baked steak, mashed potatoes, kale & cornbread. Everything was delicious, hot & fresh. Took home the best piece of red velvet cake. Server was knowledgeable, helpful and very polite to everyone who was in there. Will definitely go out of my way to eat here more often.“

“Had dinner at Pappy's Cookin' today for the first time. Pretty awesome place. I had fried shrimp and fries and Heather Hoptry-Queen had blackened chicken breasts. Food was great as was the service. Staff was friendly, attentive, and accurate. The portions. Wow. Neither of us could finish the whole thing and boxes were needed. Will def go back and def recommend it. “Hi there! We tried to leave a review on the website, but it kept rerouting to another location. This is for the Rt. 60 Ashland, KY location. Our daughter loves Waffle House and we make a point of it to go once a week. Kay has been our server each time we’ve visited and we wanted to say that she is a shining light. She is friendly and kind to us and other customers. She has made a point of it to leave a beautiful, encouraging note on our ticket each time & I’ve observed her taking a moment to write other customers a kind note as well. I’ve attached a picture of said note. There is so much tearing down & negativity around us, and I believe that we rise by lifting others. Kay is a special example of this & the world could use more people like her. I hope someone in management or corporate sees this & acknowledges her in the best way. “So we came for my husbands’s birthday. The service was wonderful, everyone is incredibly friendly. When it came time to order food I will say this. The soup was amazing. Unfortunately the fish and chips was inedible. I don’t want to place blame. I understand it’s sometimes difficult to acquire fresh fish and to hand batter said fish. Having said that if it were my restaurant I would take fish and chips off the menu if I was unable to produce a pub staple. I’ll say this. Order the Celtic knot, the bangers and mash and the Boston cream pie, and you’ll be more than satisfied.“

“We were visiting from Cincinnati and our hotel was right across the street. We came in for the video games, and I'm so glad that we did! I didn't get to try the beers, since I had to drive, but our food was fantastic. Delicious, good-sized wings... huge sandwiches... addictive fries. Our server was ridiculously patient with us (various members of our group kept wandering away to play arcade games, so it took us a WHILE to decide what we wanted). We'll be back next year🤞“

“A little unorganized but that's expected on a Saturday night. The only real complaints were the floor is dirty, the table decor had a lot of dust build up, the bathroom need some attention, and the there was so much butter on the food I had to use the serving plate to dump it on. I thought at first it was water from the broccoli. It was unreal. Food was good after that. Sat in the bar area and probably won't again. I've never really had bad service at this location and the food is usually very consistent and cooked properly. I'll keep coming back.“

“The food is delicious and although the prices have had to be raised they still offer happy hour on drinks and milkshakes. We usually use the drive through and they are fast and friendly. The times we have went inside have been the same. You go up to the counter now instead of being seated and waited on but they will bring the food to you once ordered.“

“Alright, SO. The higher stars I gave this are for two reasons. One, the sandwich I ordered was so good, my husband who isn't a big sandwich guy ate half and loved it. Secondly, the waitress was amazing. We were there with 3 rowdy-ish kids and it was a little chaotic at our table, and she was so kind and attentive and considerate and patient with us. “went to Buffalo Wild Wings and I have to say the wings are absolutely amazing. I tried the combo with traditional and boneless wings, served with fries and coleslaw, and everything was delicious! Each wing was perfectly seasoned and juicy, with the sauce just right. I paired it with a cold beer, which went perfectly with the spicy wings. The service was fast and the atmosphere was lively. I definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy a great wings combo and beer with friends or family.“
