“The best ice cream place ever!!! They make my chocolate malt exactly how a malt should be. I don’t even have to say extra thick! These shakes are as thick as it gets. I love their slushies and soft serve. They have a great menu for great prices. Unbeatable prices a small shake is just $3!!! Be sure to tip them too.“
“Good stuff, good service. Never a terrible wait......the staff is pretty efficient. I can see why they have been there forever and a day.Parking: Limited number of spaces and not the greatest of neighborhoods. Not sure about handicap parking, even though the shop and lot are handicap accessible.Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop. If that isn't kid friendly I don't know what is.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all at ground level. There isn't a step or even an incline to traverse. So should be handicap friendly. Not sure about handicap parking though.“
“Amazing small business from a local family. Both are very down to earth and even have their kid helping out! Best prices around and you can tell the product is quality. Always changing the limited offers to keep it fun. This is the only place that competes with the others.“
“I found this place at one a.m. driving Uber- frozen yogurt? 24 hours??? Yes please. They make it all themselves! And their other stuff (pastries, coffee etc) is great and available all night long. Whenever I'm in Blue Ash I HAVE to stop here. Even just to pick up a prepacked pint.Vegetarian options: The frozen yogurt is entirely meatless. The rest is mostly pastries and gas station convenience foodKid-friendliness: They provide color-changing plastic spoons. My child loves this place. Outdoor seating when the weather is nice“
“I love the cone. I have been here many times and the caramel is amazing. The service is always wonderful. Mostly high school aged people but they are all wonderful. This place is the perfect stop for soft serve if in the area. I highly recommend it.“
“Let me start off by saying that I was having a really bad day, just leaving the hospital & randomly found this location as I googled ice cream places for a quick pick me up. So happy I found this gem! Janet was so sweet and welcoming, and her kind gesture will have me return as a repeat customer!I ordered a dole whip & honey… it was so, so good! My partner order a sprinkle cone and he loved it, too. Just a heads up - they are cash only at this time, so bring some coins with you!“
“Love this place!! The drive through is ridiculously quick, I had three cars in front of me and they were slammed with people on foot and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The ice cream itself is also awesome, the employees are super friendly, and the prices are good too.Extra points for the drive through speaker being really loud. I have hearing loss and struggle with drive throughs a lot of the time and that helps me a ton.“
“Huge portions...Try the sandwich: 2 brownies with a scoop of the most amazing ice cream in-between...2 cookies and a scoop or even a brownie and a cookie with ice cream in between. I promise that no matter what you select, you'll leave wanting to come back very soon!Vegetarian options: Vegan options too!Dietary restrictions: Well labeled for those with concernsParking: We found a spot out front. Ample parking by the park around the corner. May be harder to find during events in the parkKid-friendliness: Something yummy for the entire family“

“Got a specialty cookie I couldn't get anywhere else and it was delicious! Wish there was more variety tho. Says they change new flavors each week and have some regular ones. The regular ones u can get anywhere. but her speciailty ones, stand out and are worth all the 4$. Great personalities in here, good, genuine people friendly faces and service. overall, great sweets place to try out. Up there with Abby Girl, The cupcakery, and Two chicks Bakery.“
“Graeters is the BEST ice cream we’ve had anywhere! Black raspberry chip is our go-to flavor. Double chocolate chip is my other favorite. It’s a bit expensive, but so worth it! Try a sample of a few flavors before you find your favorite!“
“2001-JANUARY 2024I grew up around this store, and am always delighted to see that some things never change and his spirit continues to live on.I once had the great pleasure as a teenager to work with the man himself: Mr. Aglamesis. To this day, out of all of the places I've lived and worked, nobody can take the place of this man in my heart. He was pure love and a healthy dose of magic. He taught me kindness, compassion, caring, and showed me all of the machines to make ice cream. I also enjoyed working the chocolate line upstairs and would mark each piece. He once whispered in my ear that I could stay there forever and always, but I had to go see about the world. I would return many times over the years, and he spotted me immediately, and would shuffle over and open my hand and put a few candies in it, and whisper something kind to me. Mr. A also never met a kind and honest child he did not like. No pocket money? No problem for well-behaved children. And he also had a way of dealing with the spoiled ones that was masterful. To this day, I still like to pop in sometimes to pick up a gift for what I like to call "bonus grandparents" and always in his honor.Looking for a gift to delight a loved one? This is the place to go. Want to reward a child with a banana split after a major achievement? This is the place.Want to watch another Willy Wonka remake and then see it in real life? This is the place.Kid-friendliness: It's a beautiful place for children.“
“One of the best classic soft serve cones I've had in a long time. What made this taste even sweeter was the staff. I was in line behind a small family and the enthusiastic energy that was poured onto the kiddos just made my heart melt. Kinda childhood ice cream memory heaven if you ask me:) You made my day!“
“I've been going to this ice cream parlor since I was a child. It was so much fun to take my children here as well. Will definitely come back throughout the spring and summer.. To my knowledge this place is cash only, per signs. They have a QR code for their menu, for longer lines (but fast paced environment).“
“Been wanting to try Jeni's for a looong time. But it's hard to come by in NKY. But happened to be staying close by and decided to try it out. It really is tiny with only a counter to sit at and a few small tables, but you can enjoy your ice cream outside or head to Gatherall Food Hall to grab a seat. They have a wide variety of ice cream some of which are dairy free. You can get a waffle cup, waffle cone or simple cup. The scoops are pretty small. But the ice cream itself is so rich that the standard size was perfect. Loved it. Was tempted to take some home but no way to keep it frozen.“
“Ice cream quality was amazing, it took a long time to get the ice cream delivered though. Lots of space for kids to run around in the grass.Parking: Few spots but freeKid-friendliness: Lots of space for kids to run aroundWheelchair accessibility: Ramp present.“
“Love crumbl !! The interior of the store is so cute and inviting, and their staff is always so welcoming and friendly! Cookies are fresh and tasty, never had a bad experience!Parking: The stores are always located in areas with convenient parking!“
“We came in just before close, and they were awesome. The Stuckey bun was out of this world the most amazing concoction of flaky crust and buttery carmel with fresh pecans. I would buy again in a second. The wedding cookies are the best I have ever had. If you are in the area, this a must stop.“
“I came in for delicious ice cream on Wednesday Evening on March 27th and I was greeted by a girl with a welcoming smile. She was very friendly and helped me choose the best ice cream. The Ice cream was delicious, and the service was just as sweet. 100/10. Would come again.“
“In the Cincinnati area, Graeter’s is king: super smooth, dense, and yet soft ice cream. Heavenly, perfectly sweet. I always do mint chip, because it comes with these thick, semi-solid chocolate ripples, but this time I also went with the new lemon meringue pie, which was superb. (Hard to get lemon right in ice cream!) This location, like every location I have ever visited, was warm and inviting. I can’t wait to go back.“
“Excellent ice cream shop!Growing up going to King's Island, I fell in love with their famous blueberry ice cream. Now, living in Dayton, there are a few places around us that sell it, but we spent the morning in Cincinnati, and on the way home, I was in the mood for ice cream. Our typical spots to go to were closed, so we did a Google search, and this shop popped up. We decided to stop by, and they opened up about 5 mins after we got there. We were kindly greeted by the owner Brian. He asked if we could wait about 5 mins so the machine could get ready. We paid and waited. I used the restroom while we waited. It was clean. We got our ice cream a few minutes later. Light, not heavy, smooth, not clumpy. It was delicious! Pricing was very comparable to other shops. We will definitely return!“
“Aglamesis is an under rated gem in Cincinnati ice cream. Beyond that, their chocolates are amazing. Expect relatively relaxed service (it's ice cream, and they're frequently busy), try something with chocolate in it, and you'll come to appreciate the finer qualities of Aglamesis.“
“Evan, Elijah, Miranda and Ben are legit the nicest people ever!! They are funny and nice and always willing to laugh with their customers. I need them to always be here making everyone smile like they made me smile tonight!! Thank you so much to them tonight for giving us great ice cream and a wonderful end to our night here in Ohio!!“
“I’m a frequent customer because Nekter is amazing! They have great bowls and juices. I always feel healthier after eating/drinking their products. Only one confusing point: they have a saying “skip the line and order online.” Well yesterday I ordered ahead online, but when I got there they were busy with in-person orders. I was the very last person served despite having ordered before everyone. I received my order 20 minutes after the original estimated time. I asked the worker and she said they prioritize in person orders. So if they’re busy, I guess it’s faster to order in person? Otherwise great place and great staff.“
“Been going there for at least 39 years, never had an issue, today went and ate in at the bar, got a foot long, when it came out there was absolutely little chili at all, I mean I had to can the girl over and open it and ask"where is the chili, usually it's perfect. Not sure if there cutting back or what, ama also maybe it's me but the mugs are alot smaller than before.“
“Delicious, affordable, and awesome staff. My partner and I love the dip! They have a bunch of flavor options as well as menu options in general - they even have food like hot dogs or burgers if you need something filling before your sweet treat!!“
“I absolutely love this place! This is my absolute favorite ice cream place. The cones are awesome and so delicious. But the blizzards are the top hit there. They have really good flavors and different cup sizes. And like they say, their ice cream is really made to defy gravity.“
“I enjoy stopping by here for a tea whenever I am in the area! Teas are super fresh and not too sweet. My favorites are the strawberry oolong and mango oolong! Parking is easy, inside is cute (love the idea of the photo wall), and staff is efficient with making my tea. There is something for everyone!“
“Went in with my boyfriend and got a scoop or Oreo and Nutella gelato it was amazing!! The flavors are so amazing and mouthwatering delicious! My boyfriend had sorbet, lime, guava and strawberry cream it was delightful! Customer service was great and they allowed us to try any flavor we wanted. Treat yourself you won’t regret it!“
“They have some items that other creamy whips don't have. The service there is always good. Prices are good. There are lots of picnic tables in a grassy area, and people bring dogs. Also, 4 tables are under cover. Has drive-thru and takes credit/debit csrds.“
“From the well-crafted gelato to the perfectly pulled espresso, every element of this dessert was executed flawlessly. If you are a coffee lover looking for a sublime, coffee-infused treat, I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in an affogato.“
“This place is So So Sweet!!The drinks are delightful and delicious!I dont exactly have any complaints but I do have a request or suggestion... I would Love to see more pictures of the actual products and drinks you have instead of generic art on the wall. The wall menu is lovely to look at (I wish my hand writing was that clean!) but the drink descriptions dont adequately describe the drinks to a first-timer. (We did so much googling haha)The beverages are practically art, I think it would relieve your bariatas if you had a laminated example sheet by your register with one or two pictures of each type of drink and a bit more detail. Perhaps you could even add a featured drink in the future and advertise it on your social media.I am also hoping that in the summer you could be allowed to add a few seats outside.Parking: Parking is in a plaza which is often crowded. Accessible parking is not a guarantee. Entrance separated by concrete median and pass through. Cross from the parking lot with caution.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is a bit tight next to the counter, limited seating, but the 3 low tables can accommodate a wheelchair. Maneuvering during peak hours would be challenging.“
“I had an amazing experience at this location. I am from Indiana and my Ohio friends insisted that I experience the magic at Graeter's and magical it was... The service was phenomenal; the staff was inviting and personable. The variety was delightful. The ice cream was superb, rich, and decadent. The next time I am in town, I will visit again.“
“I went to the Peach Cobbler Factory in Hyde Park and it was absolutely wonderful. The customer service was great and the cobbler was SUPER GOOD! Sorry grandma but the strawberry peach cobbler was the best cobbler I’ve had in my life! I will definitely be returning to try the sweet potato peach cobbler!“
“This location is an ice cream parlor with a difference. The ice cream is Mexican inspired, and I can assure you that the Mexicans do not accept pale flavored ice cream. Also, they make the ice cream on site, from fresh ingredients--and I can confirm that the fruits are fresh since my ice cream had a couple of cherry pits in it. So be careful about biting down! We arrived here in the afternoon of a brutally hot day in Ohio. The spacious store is in a little strip mall, and its decor uses the bright paint colors you'd see in Mexico. Freezer counters fill 2 sides of the facility, one containing popsicles and other frozen treats in exotic flavors, the other a wide array of ice cream. The counter clerk seemed happy to provide us with as many sample spoons as we'd have wanted, so I got to taste the cappuccino--intense! and the coconut pineapple--fruit forward but a nice toasted coconut finish--and the caramel, and do they know how to make caramel. But I settled on a medium cup with half yellow cherry and half pistachio--I just love pistachio ice cream! And this rich, sticky mound of green dairy was as good as it gets. The yellow cherry, as noted, had a couple of cherry pits lurking in it--the yellow variety is, I guess, a bit more subtle than the red. I am definitely planning on more of their excellent product!“
“Love that you went back to not having coconut oil in your peppermint ice cream! I can safely have it again. Also your staff didn't get mad when I asked if I could have it as the holiday milkshakes knowing that they would have to clean the blender first. He even double checked all ingredients to make sure nothing had coconut in it for me. This is service that I have not had at Graeter's in a long, long time.Dietary restrictions: See comments above. Thank you for making it safe to have an old holiday treat again.“
“I am so glad I found this place! They’re open late, and they probably have the best ice cream in Cincinnati. I got some scoops of the Buckeye Blitz, and it was so rich it was almost like eating frozen custard. I’m glad Dairy Queen’s dining room was closed, because if it weren’t, I would’ve never found this place.“
“I had to make a review on how good my service is every time I come to Tri county! Every time Shana has helped me in any store I’ve seen her in she is always kind and helpful! I’ve seen her go store to store over the years and I greatly appreciate her! She always provides exceptional customer service!“
“Although the ingredients of some of the protein bars and premade juices contain hydrogenated oil and extra sugar respectively, everything else about the food and smoothies is great. The juices are also highly recommended, and the customer service is impeccable. The wait time is also reasonable. I love the rewards “
“GREATERS is always top notch . Can't go wrong , to many flavors to make, to many to taste . Even though I can't have even a single lick anymore ( I'll get sick ? ) , I still enjoy bringing out if towners, kids, family, every one .- the staff is amazing , especially at this location.- parking was tight , but easily found some across the street- clean,- fun .- friendly- it's GREATERSParking: Across the street, time might be limited, but easy to get in, get out.“
“I went through the drive-through, so I couldn't rate the atmosphere. I got the codfish sandwich, which was a nice size, freshly fried, and served on a delicious bun. My aunt really liked the Culver's root bear, and I was jealous that I didn't try it myself. I only gave 4 stars because I did not try enough yet.“
