Don't buy items online when you can get them here and her pricing is beyond good. If there is something what you want that she does not have talk to her about it and she will research it and if it is a healthy product she will probably stock it, and if there is a reason not to she will inform you as to why.“

“I've been working in tip city for a couple months I always c stopped in about every mornings breakfast was good.coffee was ok until cut go a little cool.over all every thing was good .except I notice there several tables were very messy from nite before and notice out in the play was a mess seen badly diaper throw on floor by trash cans.them on my last two weeks in may wen I came in in the morning it was a big turn around. Musta got a good janitor the place and bathrooms were spotLess .If I ever come back to tipping city ill be back to MC donalds.I hope so ever was ding the cleaning is Wii there.the was the flames MC consoles around II gig you a A PLUS.“

“I wasn't sure what to order the first few times I came to cafe 19, but now that I've found my favorite drinks (French toast iced latte with maple cold foam or the witches brew iced latte) I'm here 5 times a week. Sometimes more. The staff is super sweet and I look forward to stopping by after doing school drop offs! 😊 If you aren't sure what to order they will talk you through it! I promise you'll find something you will love. Today I got a s'mores iced breve with marshmallow cold foam and it's pretty amazing!“

“The baristas are so kind and welcoming when you walk into the space. I ordered a caramel latte and it was the most delicious coffee I've ever had, and I experiment a lot with various coffees. I told them my preference of how I like my coffee, and they were happy to cater to my needs, and also the caramel latte I ordered was BUTTERY!!! I could taste the rich caramel flavor, and the next few days after I went, all I could think about was that latte. It is high quality coffee and for me, a traveler looking for a quick caffiene break, it was the perfect pick-me up.“

The chai that I got was THE best I have had locally… not from concentrate like many other shops offer, but actual loose leaf. The flavoring was cozy and hit the spot. “Place is good but don’t come here if you’re on your way to work. Sat in the drive thru for 30 min for a drink and sandwich I ordered ahead online. Either hire more people or provide a reserved spot for people to sit until their stuff is ready so the rest of us aren’t stuck behind them.“
“This place is great and I’m always greeted with a friendly person. I got a “behind the scenes” look at the place this morning. The ladies working there were very efficient and calm under pressure and appeared to be having a great time. The manager there, Abby (ie?) was very professional and top notch. This is a great location and the drinks are excellent!!!“
“I love the owner , typically this is a fantastic restaurant but lately the service has not been up to their normal standards and the food and latte s have not been up to their typical standards. I hate leaving a bad review as I am a restaurant manager but they can’t fix what they don’t know. I have had 3 cold grilled cheese, an employee that gave me the wrong order and expected me to take it and pay for it and was rude. We are all going through a difficult time getting reliable and good employees , and keeping our standards where we expect them to be so I still recommend this location, I m simply posting so the owner knows there are areas that need to be addressed.“

“I came up from Tennessee for a marathon, and since we don't have Tim's back home, I make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in the North. It was super busy around 11 a.m., but the line moved quickly, the staff remained friendly, and the coffee and donuts were fantastic.
Fingers crossed we'll get a Tim's down south someday!“

“We are from Central Ohio and excited that DB is finally in Ohio! My wife is from the PNW, and DB is our favorite when we go back to visit.
I happened to be in the area for a conference so I thought I’d stop by for a couple drinks to bring home to surprise my wife she hasn’t had Dutch Bros since in a long time.
It’s been snowy and cold and the sign said they were only taking orders on the app at the time. The broista came out and she was awesome. She joked that I really messed because I had actually made a walk up order not a drive though. I think her name was Maddy or Katie but can’t remember. She is a west coast transplant and was excited to see a DB here and said she just had to work here!
The only bad part was that the line was long and slower than the stands out west that I’m used to. I had to wait about 35 minutes…. At one point I looked behind me, the cars were out to the street. But I understand they just opened recently, and are still trying to manage. I think the frigid cold didn’t help either.
I had to make a loop around the block to get back to the freeway and when I drove back by there were only a couple cars in line. I think additional staff had just gotten there.
I cant wait for the stands closer to home in Columbus to open up.“

“If you want to throw some doughnuts in a box to take to work, on your way to work, this is the place. Other than that, their hours are a bit inconvenient. I'm pretty sure 1 lady runs the whole thing, so I'm not upset, but I would check their hours before you go. A smaller selection, but there's never a wait, and they're pretty good doughnuts. Normally there's plenty of parking. And the doughnuts are normally a pretty good variety too, unlike some places with trays and trays of the same thing.“
