“The baristas are so kind and welcoming when you walk into the space. I ordered a caramel latte and it was the most delicious coffee I've ever had, and I experiment a lot with various coffees. I told them my preference of how I like my coffee, and they were happy to cater to my needs, and also the caramel latte I ordered was BUTTERY!!! I could taste the rich caramel flavor, and the next few days after I went, all I could think about was that latte. “They always get my order right and we get through the drive through fast. The menu is super long and I can’t imagine how hard it is to memorize the items. It’s a very small store and usually only has one or two people working but they are able to multi-task taking orders and helping at the window. The lady with blonde hair and glasses was very nice today.

“I came up from Tennessee for a marathon, and since we don't have Tim's back home, I make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in the North. It was super busy around 11 a.m., but the line moved quickly, the staff remained friendly, and the coffee and donuts were fantastic.

Fingers crossed we'll get a Tim's down south someday!“

“I love the owner , typically this is a fantastic restaurant but lately the service has not been up to their normal standards and the food and latte s have not been up to their typical standards. I hate leaving a bad review as I am a restaurant manager but they can’t fix what they don’t know. I have had 3 cold grilled cheese, an employee that gave me the wrong order and expected me to take it and pay for it and was rude. We are all going through a difficult time getting reliable and good employees , and keeping our standards where we expect them to be so I still recommend this location, I m simply posting so the owner knows there are areas that need to be addressed.“

“We have been going to the englewood tim hortons more than once a day for several years. The people that we have encountered were very nice and polite. We always have our dog with us and they always gave him a doughnut or a pup cup. Recently they closed down the moraine location and we were told their manager was coming up to englewood along with some of their crew. Since that time after they arrived we have had terrible and rude service from these new people. We were also told that their manager said absolutely no treats for our dog because of their policy. If that's how they feel about our pets I can assure you I have notified other customers and they will be losing some if their customers because some of us feel that if that's how they feel about our pets then they are to petty to be getting our business.“
