I didn’t see her name tag because I was taking my items and then giving something in return. She really did have a genuine kindness to asking me about my day and helping me, I just had to point that out. Great service 👍. The bacon and sausage wrap was very good too.“

“Be still my heart! We loved Heartwood!! While visiting the area to camp in Cuyahoga, we fell in love with this coffee shop. We went every day for five days! The service was flawless, even when they were super busy. We got pastries and each day they were fresh and tasty. I got the iced pumpkin spice latte and it was heavenly. We wish yall were in Cincinnati! Can’t wait to come back one day.“
