“I’ve been coming here for a few years for breakfast and lunch. They provide the true American diner experience. Staff is very friendly and attentive, even when usually very busy for lunch service. Very menu option I’ve tried has been great. The country fried steak is delicious and a fan favorite with our group. Their knockout burger is phenomenal as well. You can taste the quality of the meat and ingredients they use. Do yourself a favor (and a laugh) and tip the kitchen! Keep up the great work.“

“My husband and I tried this for the first time today and would both highly recommend! The sandwiches and fries are delicious and the staff/management were so nice and welcoming. The sandwiches are customizable so being a picky eater wasn’t an issue for me :)“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

“The red headed black male chef that served me today was condescending and rude. I was expecting great service since he was the chef and only two people in front of me. He was too busy correcting me on menu item names to make my order correctly. This location needs better service from the chef. No napkins and 2 forks left at the drink station that needs cleaning as well.

Went back 12/11 and had a wonderful experience with a different chef, Chef Geovanni. He was kind and efficient. I’ve updated my review based on that!“
