They use good steak to begin with and they know how to cook it! extra crispy home fries are a must: so good! excellent chef, excellent service, best coffee. Great local people. There's nothing but love to experience at this place. Also, just go ahead and ask for a box when you place your order, trust me!“

“I haven't had a bad meal yet but once a month 8 of us call in for reservations for Saturday. I called for reservations for tonight and they said hold on one minute please and never returned to the phone. I waited 5 min then hung up. not the way to treat a group of paying customers“

“We had lunch this afternoon at the Tin Goose Diner, first time visiting it came highly recommended from my friend Jeff Rahla. We both had smash burgers with iced tea. Our food was very good came out hot. It was a huge bonus getting to watch all the aircraft takeoff and land just outside the diner. The cleanliness of the restaurant was very impressive. Absolutely spotless. Our server, Jacob was very friendly and provided us great service .“

“Saw the sign for Big Boy from the highway and did a hard exit to see if it was the tastes I remember from childhood. I had a great experience. Water front dining at casual food prices. The server was wonderful (?Anton?). The restaurant, parking lot, and bathroom were all clean. My coffee cup stayed full and hot and the hot fudge ice cream cake was delicious and loaded with warm, smooth fudge; it indeed brought back childhood memories. I will go back if I'm in the area again. I would only ask that the outside windows be cleaned to have an even better water view.“

“We are local and seasonal on Catawba. So glad we found this gem. Dined there Friday evening outdoor patio. BEST Walleye we have had. Lightly breaded and not greasy like the famous one next door. we choose this place all day long over the J Rogers one. Wait staff was so exceptional. A wonderful experience all around. “My husband ordered the Lake Erie perch sandwich and swears it was some other fish. Size of the filet was much larger than a Lake Erie perch. After reading other reviews, we see that there were complaints about this issue recently. The menu says “Lake Erie perch sandwich”. Nothing about an up charge for Lake Erie perch.“

“Stopped here for dinner a few evenings ago. We're regulars in the area and were looking for somewhere new to grab food. This was our first visit here. We ordered the Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Hand Cut Fries and Homemade Egg Rolls. Everything was very good. The pizza was surprisingly tasty for it's size and crust thickness. The Egg Rolls were delicious. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was breaded and it had a bit of old-time nostalgia with how it was cooked compared to fried chicken sandwiches that have too much breading, making it flavorful and juicy. We ordered our food to-go so we could eat at their Tiki Bar by the water. The pricing is inexpensive and we paid under $40, not including drinks. The views were nice and we were able to watch a lovely sunset. We will definitely be back to try some of the other items off their menu!“

“Stopped here on our way from MI to NY and truly stumbled upon a gem. Yes, they were a little short staffed and the food took longer than expected, but hey that’s because it was cooked with care. Best omelette I’ve ever had! My friends who got burgers loved their food too. Staff was super friendly and welcoming.“
