“I usually go to the subway on Market st. in Canton.The young man and also a woman who I'm guessing is the manager are great! They are quick , efficient( great at multi- tasking) and friendly. Never had a bad experience there. The spicy Italian is what I usually order and is always good.“

“Food is often great, and for the most part, staff at this location were polite for the past 5 years.However, we had a bug where the Subway website and app didn't work properly. That bug lead to us being charged 2x for an order which was never fulfilled (no food given).That would be coporate's fault, rather than this locations. However, the handling of the problem by the manager and owner of this specific location were definitely less than ideal.The manager was quite rude, and the owner didn't seem to be in a hurry to make it right with the customer. In addition to taking more than a week to get a refund, we never received an apology.That interaction makes me heistant to give this location a 5-star review, even though the food has generally been "good".“

“Really enjoyes being in there most of the time as most of the workers are quick on there feet. Some worker seem odly silent. Cathy is an outstanding employee that works there. The fastest working one ive seen and effectiveness on making the food. Anytime i come in and see her she always asking how i am and ask for my order. She brings a pleasant smile to the place as she introduces friendly conversation. Overall good service. Never had anything made wrong or was treated poorly.“

“I have to say, the staff, while maybe not being the most oriented to a more formal customer service, are very easy to connect with and help make sandwich dreams come true. Seriously. I had an amazing sandwich here. I GASPED when I saw they put together the perfect sandwich, exactly what I had been craving for days. I still am thinking about it. I have heard that they do sometimes seem to try to close early, it seems this is a theme for a number of Minerva "fast food" spots. The store has been clean and the food has been good when I have dropped in. I am greatly looking forwards to my next visit“

“I stopped coming to this location (in my hometown) a while back due to its poor service. I walked in today because it was the closest and they were swamped. Someone ordered three sandwiches in front of me, there were about four online orders, and a woman behind me. I was amazed at how the two ladies working cracked down and busted out those order so quickly. You could tell they were flustered, but handled the rush so well. My service was amazing and quicker than it would with empty restaurant years back. I wanted to get on here and praise the two ladies working today for their great service, kindness, and resilience shown when things got busy. I’ll most likely start giving this location another chance.“
