Took a while to order, though, because the guy in front of me (we were the only two in line) ordered 8 subs and the worker walked away after making his sandwiches and I had to wait while the other worker called him to come back before I could order. Ultimately it is just a sandwich shop and its not fancy inside. It is a great place to takeaway from although I have eaten inside several times and it works well enough for that.

The food is excellent in terms of price to performance but some options are greasy. The fries are excellent.“

“We have come to love Penn station subs this is our closest location so obviously our most visited. Never have we been disappointed, maybe wondered why this time the mayo is in excess or is there hardly any lettuce etc.. consistency could be worked in. Sammich are always good and craveable enough to be back. Like that we can order in a salad to help with keto meals when that’s our goal.
They are always busy and perhaps that’s the why consistency lacks from time to time.“

“The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. “I love this location and most of the employees are great and extremely friendly. On occasion there is one young lady that makes me feel like I'm a nuisance for being a customer and tells me they can't do basic things that other employees do gladly, like a bit extra toasting is taking up her time. The store is generally well kept and clean and items are always fresh but lately lacking in variety they once had. I hope this doesn't mean change. Subways been a favorite since I was a kid and I love the nostalgia and that they stay true to their original values rather than changing with the times like so many other chains have. It makes it personable! Great store and great team, better than other locations.“
