“The onion rings and bbq chicken nachos were great. The french fries were so hard they wouldn't bend. They took them off the bill. We saw a lot of plates as we were leaving with all their french fries left on them. Burger were good.“

“We are from Texas and had to visit Columbus for my husbands job. We came here for dinner this past Thursday evening and the service was amazing. I had a very cranky baby and several of the waitstaff offered to get her a variety of different things to make her happy. I really appreciated that. I ordered the fried pickles and the fish and shrimp. The pickles were SPEARS which made me very happy as I love me some fried pickles but I can’t get spears anywhere around here. The fish and shrimp were hot and fresh and so crispy. Beer was ice cold and I left fat and happy! Thanks again for being so kind and understanding with my baby girl!“

“We live on the east side of Columbus and have 3 Dairy Queens close to us, but we often make the drive to go to the Westerville Dairy Queen. The staff is always so nice and cheery and the service is quick! I love that it is locally owned and has that "family feel". Highly recommend!“

“I had a fantastic experience this morning. The hostess was kind and got all four of us seated quickly. Our server was attentive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The coffee was fresh and hot. My omelette was cooked just right with fresh ingredients. And my husbands pancakes were fluffy and absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to come back!“

“I live close to the BK on 161 but will drive all the way to the Schrock Road location every time. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and very seldom is an order wrong, but no one is perfect and mistakes happen. Keep up the good work!“

“Friendly staff, fast service, hot food, best McDonald's I've been to in Columbus in a long time. I work in home health so I'm often in various parts of the city and this is definitely the best McDs in the city in my opinion! General manager Shaniqua was particularly pleasant and you could tell her staff has a lot of respect for her. I will definitely come back to this McDonald's over and over again!“

“Dominic was amazing. We were having issues with the prepay machine. My kids were getting frustrated and he realized that technology was not being our friend. He was also delivering food to the tables and acted so nice and calm. Give him a raise!“

“Went through drive thru for lunch. Very quick, efficient and personable. Actual people running the drive thru and not robots. Pleasant experience, food was fresh and hot. My order was correct. First time at this location and I would definitely come back.“

“My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch and was able to see all of the Smashburger workers band together and fill a to-go order for 196 people. They did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend Westerville Smashburger.....with these people, you won't be disappointed! 😊“
