“The Omakase experience was everything I had hoped it would be. Each course was beautifully prepared, inventive and delicious. With a seat at the counter, we were able to watch the food being prepared, and the chef gave us descriptions of every piece. The ambiance was nice and quiet. It was like the three of us were having dinner alone. I recommend adding the premium tour course. Five additional, memorable pieces that were worth it. Put Haru Omakase on your must-visit list.“

“Went here yesterday on a business trip and it was exactly what I needed. The ambiance and steak were fantastic, but what really made this worthwhile was the service. My server Natasha was so kind, took genuine interest in what brought me to Columbus, and treated me like the most important person in the room. While I never expect that, it meant the world to me to be treated with such kindness- like I wasn’t a customer but a friend. Next time I come back to town, I will be back!“

“I can't say enough about our incredible experience tonight at Kona Grill. I just got diagnosed with cancer, had my first chemo last Friday and finally felt well enough to get out. I've loved Kona since the first time I came in 2003 yall. So for me it's one of my favorites. Jacquelyn and Juan could not have made my first outing post chemo/newly bald more memorable. This before they knew I had just experienced a very challenging week. That aside the food was phenomenal, I had the macadamia nut chicken and holy Hannah the dessert! Made in house and absolutely incredible. I simply can't say enough. The environment, the service, the food. Worth every moment.“

“We have never seen a bigger or better Gluten Free menu! Dedicated and serious about allergies and the food was unbelievably good. My daughter hasn’t had sushi for years because of fear of cross contamination. This place got everything right. From the calamari appetizer to the firecracker beef to the coconut shrimp to the apple ginger tea. Perfection! Do not miss out on this place.“

“They are located in s food court. There is plenty of seating. You go to the counter to order and they give you a beeper to bring your order to you. The portions are large. It was very good. They have bottled/can drinks avaliable (coke products).“

“I always get sushi here and it’s delicious but today I was feeling sick and wanted some soup. I ordered a large miso soup and a small tom yum both soups were so hot and fresh and delicious so grateful for our neighborhood sushi restaurant. They’re always awesome“

“We were blown away by the quality of the sushi and the exceptional service at Sushi Factory. The staff were friendly and very attentive, and the food was truly exceptional. We will be recommending this spot to everyone we know! We have been going here for years but things have gotten EVEN better and the food was beyond delicious. Highly recommended!!! 10/10!“

“WOW… House of Japan near Polaris Mall in Columbus, Ohio was absolutely packed for Mother’s Day, but they still had us seated in about 30 minutes which was impressive with how busy they were.
The hibachi experience was phenomenal. Watching the chef cook everything fresh right in front of us made it a fun experience instead of just dinner. I ordered the filet mignon cooked medium and it came out perfect. Great food, great atmosphere, generous portions, and the staff kept things moving smoothly even with the crowd.
If you’re in the Columbus area and want a fun dinner spot, House of Japan at Polaris is definitely worth checking out.“

“Enjoyed my birthday dinner, our Chef Isaiah did a great job, food was delicious! Could have used drink refills a little more often especially with the price of drinks. It’s on the pricey end but with my birthday coupon it helped for sure. Fun special occasion dinner!“
