“A few things I noticed were: 1. If you plan on going to the establishment on a busy night you will need to make a reservation because their seating area is a little small but allows for a more romantic atmosphere. However my wife and I choose to go on a Sunday night which didn't require a reservation. 2. Their homemade dipping sauces for myself were a little plaid except for the one that was just extremely spicy.“

She was missing the foods from her home, and a true Spanish restaurant is hard to find. A friend said he heard about Sangria Y Tapas so we immediately changed our plans and headed to Westlake. She smiled the entire time we were there and spoke Spanish with the owner a mile a minute. She said it did her heart good and the food was truly Spanish. The service was spectacular! We will definitely be crossing over to the west side to visit this fabulous establishment again!“

“We went for Happy Hour, yesterday on a Friday. We were seated immediately and our server was extremely nice. The appetizers came staggered and we ordered six plus mocktails. I forgot to take a picture of the pizza! Everything was pretty good. This wasn’t our first time dining here but it was the first time coming for happy hour and we will be back. The value was definitely worth it.“

“Wonderful food is a foregone conclusion at the Cabin Club. I’ve never had a bad meal there. Today’s lunch was lobster bisque and the steak salad. Highly recommend both. But what made my lunch a truly wonderful experience was the absolutely phenomenal service. I am a senior with mobility issues. It has been awhile since I was at the restaurant and I completely forgot the front steps. Only three, but still tough for me to climb solo. When another patron mentioned my difficulty to the hostess (SO sorry I didn’t get her name!) she came out and took me around to the side door, where it was much easier to get in. My lunch companion had to duck out early, so this awesome hostess not only helped me go out the side door, she walked me all the way to my car! This sort of kindness, sadly, is in short supply these days. Thank you, Cabin Club and your fantastic staff for going above and beyond!“

“Stopped in because was craving a meatball sub and heard theirs was good. This sub hit the spot!! The daves sauce on the bottom gave it an amazing tang. Fresh out of the over the bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. Great atmosphere inside. Recommend the meatball sub!!“

“First time here and i gotta say i liked it. Decent price and good quality food. I got the bacon egg croissant sandwich and kale juice. I could barely finish sandwich it had so much stuff on it. Having drink options besides soda and alcohol reminded me of being in bali. I dont eat out much because most places just have the same mediocre food and charge too much for poor quality and bad service. Looking forward to coming back and trying something else.“

The atmosphere is mundane and dark; the service can be very slow especially carry out. I love the food, and people, but the service needs upgrading. There are things to love about this restaurant; the food, easy parking but the service is a problem.“

“Arrived 10 minutes early. Hostess couldn't log into her device to find our reservation. Got seated right away. Server was wonderful, but unfortunately, not very attentive because it was her and one other person taking care of many tables. Drinks were empty, often for a while. We were there celebrating an 11 year-old‘s birthday. Four of us got served our food while our birthday boy waited 15 minutes to receive his chicken tenders while other tables after us were served orders with chicken tenders. The runner was notified that he was missing his food and he said he would take care of it, but he did not. We had to walk towards the kitchen to let someone know because no one came back to our table after 10 minutes and by the time we were able to eat our food when he received his, it was cold. Our server was so busy and they were obviously understaffed. I had to get up and request our own boxes after waiting over five minutes.We have been here quite a few times in the past with no issue. This experience makes me question if it's worth coming back again. It was also very disappointing that in my reservation I left notes that this was a birthday celebration and because the hostess couldn't log into her device, no one recognized that we were celebrating a special occasion. And to top it off, our hostess was also our server! Now I am receiving emails from OpenTable saying that we were a no-show to our reservation and I have to take my time to explain and show proof that we showed up. Not worth the hassle! Do better.“
