“Ginger is the best waitress ever!!“

“So anybody that knows me knows I love good customer service and hate bad customer service. With that being said I only waited about 5 Seconds from entering the door before the young lady at the drive thru let me know that someone would be with me in a moment. That moment was 30 seconds later when Miss Brianna approached me and started taking my order by asking me what she could get me. I got a bigger plate with orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and beef and broccoli. I made a joke that I was allergic to all the other stuff because it had onions in it and the other young lady Tanisha let me know that there was a possibility of there being green onions in the fried rice. Good catch!!! She asked the cook and it was then that we realized that there wasn't green onion in there and that I was able to order my food but I did thank her for her concern. Now I have been in Panda Express several times and I'm not going to say that the customer service was horrible but today's customer service was top tier. My cashier Ms Brianna let me know about the different flavors teas that they have and offered me samples. I considered it over and above yet, nice to experience. Glad I made the stop. Lunch was great... keep up the great work ladies“

We got the Stirred Fried Water Spinach, spicy beef dry pot, scallion pancakes, beef tripe with chili sauce. Lots of parking outside. Came during lunch on a rainy day so we were seated immediately. Ordered for two people and there was enough to take home for dinner.“

“Saturday evening dining brought a loud and crowded environment. Server was trying to do the best he could but it was obvious they were short staffed. Long wait in between courses and disappointed with the crispy green bean appetizer which came saturated in grease. The tempura was not tasty. Filet Entree was just ok, nothing special. Kudos to the bar tender as he kept the much needed $8.99 cocktail specials coming!“

“I came in around 2:30. I've been looking for a new go to Chinese restaurant for 2 years. The employees were very nice and the restaurant looked very clean. The food was nothing special. There wasn't enough sauce on the cashew chicken and lomein. However the veg was very crisp. I am unsure of the freshness of the veg. I may try it again.“

“Crab Rangoon - 10/10. Best I have found in the Columbus. Traditional shape, six in a order, filling is a wonderful blend ( but not blended/pureed), seasoned, overall filling size was prefect. The wonton was fried evenly, tasted fresh and did not taste as if it was fired with other menu items. This was a to go order and they did travel, about 10 mins, and held up well.

“The food is always done within 10-15 minutes of us ordering. They're good at taking orders over the phone, and polite when we go in to pick it up. The order is never incorrect, no matter what we end up getting. I absolutely love this place because the food is always consistently good and fresh. Some places aren't consistent or their rice is dry and we've literally never had a problem with this place. The best Chinese food around and highly recommend to everyone.“

“Great food, generous portions, and excellent service!

I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai and was really impressed. The portion was very generous and packed with flavor. The shrimp were fresh, a really good size, and there were plenty throughout the dish. The noodles were flavorful and well prepared, with a nice balance of ingredients that made every bite enjoyable.

I also ordered the Orange Chicken, and it was just as good. The chicken had a great flavor, and I especially liked that it included pieces of real orange, which gave the dish a fresh citrus touch. It came with white rice, and once again, the portions were very generous. You definitely get a good amount of food for your order.

The service was another highlight of our visit. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and welcoming, and they made sure we had everything we needed without making us feel rushed. The combination of flavorful food, fresh ingredients, large portions, and great customer service made for a very enjoyable experience.

Overall, I was very happy with Mr. Wok and would definitely recommend giving it a try. I’ll certainly be coming back to try more items from the menu!“

“Coming from New York I’ve been looking for a great Chinese food restaurant. The hospitality here is great. The food here is great. The shrimp fried rice reminded me of the shrimp fried rice from the Chinese restaurants in New York. It took me 2 1/2 years to find a Great (Chinese) restaurant. Ping is a great host. She was amazing. Thing brought us out free vegetable rolls and crab Rangoon’s.“

This little hidden spot for most folks turned out to be some of the best Chinese food that I have eaten in my life and I have eaten Chinese food all over the world. “1st miss for this place in a long time. I ordered Gen Tso chicken. What I got was not good at all. There was virtually NO sauce - just a bunch of pre formed balls of some non descript protein. Rather underwhelming and not the first hint of spice.“

“It’s always the “hole-in-the-wall” places that are the best and that’s the case with Eastern Wok. They make their dumplings in house and they are SPECTACULAR!!! I haven’t tried anything here that I didn’t like. Everything is stellar and the staff is top notch! They always make sure my kids are enjoying the food (they should know based on how often we come in that they do). Highly recommended and will continue to come back until I move or they close. Which I hope neither happens.“

“Not the most appealing appearance on the outside and not the best location but.....HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN COLUMBUS. I have eaten here since I was 9 years old. I have TASTED every Chinese restaurant in Columbus and this is the BEST,in my opinion! My family and friends also agree. My absolute favorite place in Columbus been going there since I was about 11 years old and I’m 39 now Family goes there. My children have grown up loving it don’t get it wrong. We go all over and try every Pl., Reynoldsburg Pickerington, Westerville, Arlington, Dublin, West Side, Columbus Hilliard, any place we can find Chinese food we have tried throughout the years and still believe Golden House is 💯#🥇🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“This was seriously the best place I have been to since moving to columbus. The restaurant serious felt like home. They provide free water and dishes to eat with your friends and the music is beautiful.
The food itself was incredible, the Mapo Tofu's temperature was perfect, I felt healed as I ate it.
The owner himself is an incredible guy and really made an effort to make the place feel safe and welcoming. He protects his customers, as we are healing from the beautiful food.

“Today we tried Golden China Express for the first time. We loved Hunan Lion, but it has been closed so long after a terrible fire. Golden China Express is very much nearby for us, but we didn't know what to expect.\nWe could not have been more pleased. The Lo Mein and War Sue Gai were delicious and with generous portions. We split a large WonTon Soup which was also delicious.\nIt was a rather large order, as we included friends, and enjoyed the meal together. The online order was easy to complete and it was ready for pickup when promised. There were absolutely no mistakes in the order and we were all pleased with the taste of all the menu items. They whipped me up an off-menu speciality on the spot. And it was terrific! Huge shrimp in a delicious sauce, big chunks of green pepper, etc. Their egg rolls were also nice and crunchy which I love and that seems to be harder to find anymore at places I try. The woman working was watching soap operas or something at full volume but I had earbuds in and was too distracted by the tasty meal to mind. Pepper steak was very tasty rice was cooked perfect green peppers were cooked perfectly as were the onions and every part of the pepper steak was proportioned evenly, some places will throw an abnormal amount of onions in the mix to try and save a buck.

“I am from out of town and in Columbus on business. Typed in Chinese food on the way to my Air BnB and landed at Great Wall. The place is not fancy and when you walk in tge staff if friendly and helpful. I got some of the best fried dumplings and egg rolls I have had in a long time. They both tasted freshly made and the filling on both were wonderful. I got General Tso which was great too!. I will come by again the next time I am in town… possibly my favorite Chinese food now. Great job Great Wall. Thank you!“
