“Haven’t been to JT’s Diner for about two years. Thought we’d give it a try as we remembered it being good at their previous location. We were very disappointed in our breakfasts. My crisp bacon was burnt to a crisp with burnt taste upon first bite. Our home fries used to be excellent “sliced” potato’s, but yesterday came as mush and the scrambled eggs were not even cut….just folded like an omelet. Coffee was good and hot, as in the past. For $20.53 I expected better. Don’t think I would return.“

“Great breakfast. Be sure to get their App, deals will arrive. Their $5 take homes are always welcome on busy days. If you are there for a late lunch or dinner try their super large hamburger or pork chops. As a plus the wife loves going through the store looking for deals.“

“I’m new to the area and the serving staff is very friendly and helpful. Had meatball sub which was very good. They make their own hoagie rolls. Salad was crisp and fresh. Breaded chicken wings crunchy and delicious (hot sauce and blue cheese)“

“Fantastic lunch with a great friend! couldn't decide between a couple items so the waitress suggested their Toofer - basically a soup and sandwich. I got the Seafood Bisque cup and a half Ruben sandwich. Both tasted great and waitress was spot on (there when we needed her and not there when we didn't need her). “We had the best day watching The Buckeyes at The Wild Goose! One of our sons lives in Willoughby & the other son & his wife live in Shaker Heights. Fav spot for our kids but our first time. The pizzas, onion rings & buffalo dip were amazing! Outstanding selection of beers. Loved the atmosphere. Charming but lots of TVs as well. Can’t say enough about the staff!!! Outstanding service & so friendly! Cant wait to come back!“

“Love this place the spicy garlic parm wings are fantastic and we come here often for prime rib and burgers. Its always really good food. The wait time for service can vary depending on when you go but they are usually pretty on top of things and take really good care of their regulars.“

“Please go here. Don’t read anymore reviews, don’t compare it to any other places. Get in your car and start driving to Freshleys. I am going to stay healthy and fit so that I can live longer so I can eat more freshleys. I would eat my gyro if I dropped it on the ground. I would pay $30 for the gyro I just ate if I had to. I would walk to buy one if I could. I don’t even look forward to eating gyros anywhere else because I know they can’t possible compare to these ones. The angry gyro should be renamed the happy gyro, because that’s what it truly makes me feel. I would choose this as my last meal if I was getting sent to the electric chair and I’m dead serious. I want to fly the workers of Freshleys to Greece so they can show them how it is done. I can keep going all day, but that’s just time I would be wasting instead of working to make money to buy more freshleys. “Went here for a birthday party—a private affair, if you will. Hulk Hogan had just died. Steve Miller and the J. Geils Band was blasting and the Yuenglings were flowing. The ten TV screens were showing a variety of horse races and the Tour de France (this was in LATE July, so you can’t really blame them). Parking was adequate. This was a pickleball and slide-on shoes crowd, and it was spectacular. Would return for the 60th birthday party if it’s held here.“

They were so easy to work with, communication was excellent and the catering was great! I 10/10 recommend them for business events or pleasure!!!!!“

“American comfort food restaurant with lots of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices for the whole family. One of the best turkey sandwiches I’ve had. Real sliced turkey, not lunch meat, on whole grain bread with all the trimmings. Service is always good, and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Diner-style meals in a comfortable setting.“

“We are new to Ohio and have tried different restaurants.Our waitress today was amazing.Her name is Jayla.She greeted us today with a smile.It never left her face.The food was also very good.The restaurant and bathroom were very clean.There is an Applebees closer to us but not as clean and lacks in customer service.We will return to Willowby.Keep serving your customers With care and great service.“
