I can see how this location would be hard to order at if you don't understand how to use the ordering Kiosk because the register is unmanned.“

“This place is a hidden gem! We stopped here before our sons hockey game. Servers were on top of it. I got the chicken Caesar wrap and fries. One of the best wraps I've ever had. “Drove almost an hour to come try this place. And it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious! We got 2 Impossible burgers that were great the onions and pickles were delicious on the burgers, 2 loaded fries which were incredible they were our favorite part of the meal, and 2 chocolate shakes which were also very good! Very friendly staff and the food came out quick. Would definitely recommend trying and will be back again!“

“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. “Some friends and I meet once or twice a year and share a meal at a place most or all of us have never been to. RH Rooftop was chosen this time. There are 5 of us. 1 person chose the burger with Truffle fries, 2 people chose the Lobster Roll, and 2 of us chose salads (The Gem salad with salmon and the Ceasar salad with salmon). The restaurant is stunning! The service was excellent. The food was good (pricey, but good). Overall, I was pleased and would definitely recommend.“

And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). “First time here and it won’t be my last. Don’t sleep on this place folks. From gyros, Philly cheesesteaks, chicken, fish & shrimp. They have it all! Amazing delicious gyro!! I also had the garlic fries. I saw “boom boom” shrimp advertised too. Can’t wait to go back and try that. Super friendly staff. Great prices. It’s not a huge place. 3 stools to sit and eat if you choose. But , don’t let that stop you. Just don’t miss out on this gem if you’re in Mayfield Heights.“

“This location is the best to me I have 2 different other Mr Hero's near me on is not even a mile away in Shaker his the other is on Miles rd about 2 miles I will never eat there ever again the taste is not how I remember it but I was leaving work and decided to take a chance on this location North Randle and me and my wife was NOT disappointed love it and well worth the drive“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“
