We had to wait a little longer for food to be served this time, but they were packed. Wait staff here are the best! We've been going here for years and definitely highly recommend them. “Really enjoyed our Saturday night dinner celebration for 9 of us celebrating my grandson’s UC graduation. From the appetizers to the desserts, the food was outstanding! The short ribs special was very good and we all agreed that the bay scallops and shrimp risotto is an outstanding dish! The entire staff is very friendly and for a busy Saturday night, we enjoyed excellent service! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant in downtown. “The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was so cozy, comfy, and just really nice. The atmosphere alone would make me want to try this place again. They vary the menu a lot I see with lots of fun offerings, but I think it would be nice to keep a couple more staple items on the menu. I would have really liked some sort of salad with my meal or maybe a French onion soup and they did not have any soups or salads. Espresso martinis were really great! I got a pasta dish. Loved all the components of it, but do feel the sauce felt unfinished. The sourdough toast app was great. My wife got the pork with collards and grits. Would have been great if the pork was cooked more. The grits and greens were great, but texture of the pork made us cringe. I know not fully cooked pork is more common these days, but typically we’re asked how we want it cooked and it was an after thought to mention we wanted it fully cooked. We now know for next time! Free dessert was provided for our anniversary and that was really nice!“

“It is a very nice place, service and food was excellent. The main area is a little too loud for us (music), we asked to be put in a calmer spot and were kindly accomodated right away. “I recently ordered breakfast from Four Seasons Kitchen. I had the Sausage Egg & Cheese Burrito and home fries. The home fries were very good. The burrito was fine, but could have used more flavor. It was mostly egg and potato, with too little sausage to really be noticeable. I wish I had had some hot sauce with me to at least give it some kick. Still, I'd eat there again.“

“we were visiting Columbus and went to the Paearl based on reviews we had seen and read. It was a nice atmosphere. Our server Jacob was outstanding - attentive, but not overbearing. The food was delicious. We spilt the beet salad, and it was a nice portion for splitting. My husband had the salmon and I had the red fish. Both were very tasty and well prepared.“

A common mistake restaurants make with vegetarian/vegan dishes is not making it filling/hearty enough but I always come home with leftovers here! The artichoke hearts are another staple dish here that can not be missed.“

“It's been a while since we've been to The Rossi and we are so glad we dined there yesterday. First, they have one heck of a Happy Hour both for their food and beverage offerings were fantastic, I mean how often do you see French 75s and Palomas on a Happy Hour menu. Second, their staff, front of the house, bartenders and servers all have the impeccable timing as far as knowing when to check-in which made the whole experience relaxing & leaving us truly happy! Finally, the restaurant itself has character in a good way... the rays of sunlight dancing thru the windows and the sparkle off of the lighting fixtures leaves patrons with the impression the owners of this bar care about the ambience! The dressing did not seem like a Caesar dressing and the presentation was not good. I would rate it a 2 out of 5. Other than that everything was really good! “If I could leave more stars I would. My child was recently diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and we haven’t had the easiest time finding restaurants that have reasonable accommodations. The staff was so patient and kind while I asked our list of questions to ensure they eat safely. Our server even went to the back to receive confirmation from the back of the house on all ingredients. Thankful to have found a Crohn’s friendly restaurant!“

Rum runner was very good too. Wife had the grilled cheese French dip, she did give me a bite and it was probably the best grilled cheese I've ever eaten. I got the barbacoa tacos, they were equally amazing! Finished up our dinner with the tres leche, nothing like a great desert to close out our meal. Thanks for the great dining experience!“

I am constantly dreaming about the deviled eggs and the chocolate cake, you don’t want to miss out! “I recently visited Flip Side in Easton and had an excellent experience. I came alone and sat at the bar, where I was greeted warmly by multiple staff members. Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

The bartender chatted with me about my taste in beer and offered a few samples—the lager stood out as excellent. For food, I let her decide and she recommended Shawn’s Burger with truffle fries. The burger was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the fries were fantastic. She even brought a couple sauces to try, which were delicious, though the fries really stood on their own.

Beyond the food and drinks, the staff’s attentiveness stood out. The bartender was friendly and welcoming, and I loved the touch of greenery throughout the restaurant. Everything was very clean, and paying my bill on my phone was quick and convenient.

Overall, Flip Side is a gem. Between the outstanding food, excellent service, and great atmosphere, I would highly recommend stopping in if you’re ever in Easton.“
