I enjoy simple black coffee and creamer. I asked for help with a simple coffee and the staff couldn’t really help me. My coffee was bitter and they don’t carry creamer.

All in all the visit was very productive and pleasant. Not too loud and we didn’t feel rushed.“

“If you prefer your coffee without politics, this is the place! Kindness seems to be their theme. Tons of options without a 20 minute (or more) wait in a drive through. So excited to have a place that I don’t dread having to wade through “all the stuff” that we’ve accepted as typical. Customer service in a coffee hot spot? Yeah, I learned it still exists. “I had Nobilitea for the first time the other day and got the XOXO and it was really good! Went back the next day but inside with my SIL and niece and the girls there were AMAZING!!! My niece wanted to try the cotton candy with boba and nerds and she loved it. They were very interactive with us and checked ingredients on the drink I wanted to make sure there was no coconut! (Allergic) definitely will be going back to try more!!! The only thing I would say is I wish they were open at 6am since I have to be at work at 7 and don’t work in Owasso so can’t have it delivered.“

“The coffee is already very expensive here. I don't like how the employees shove the credit card machine in your face and want you to touch it so they can get a tip. The tip amounts are like 15 20 and 25% which is ridiculous I guess I might wouldn't mind using it if one I got good service here. The service is never good here. I don't tip of the drive-thru because there's no point in no interaction with the employees other than them trying to speed you out of the drive-thru and get the next customers tip. I don't like feeling obligated to tip them when they have not done any service for me other than hand me my coffee which I paid for. Also if you are going to make customers touch that nasty keypad it would be a good idea to clean it off every now and then.“

“The BEST donuts and sausage rolls in Oklahoma! Also, customer service is top tier. Whenever we go in, whomever is working front counter gives our kids a few donut holes while we order. My kids love visiting. Mr Chun is a wonderful human being. One day, they were very busy, my son wanted to chat with the owner (just share a story about a hike we’d been on) but there wasn’t time. We ate and left, by then the rush had slowed down, Mr Chun flagged us down out front and took a moment to talk with my kids and let them tell their story. A few high fives later, we were on our way and my son was beaming. Great place!“
