“The food as always was so good and fresh. I had the subway club on wheat. The service was phenomenal , the lady , making the sandwiches was very cordial and professional as she prepared my sandwich. The atmosphere was very clean and well taken care of as well as being well stocked.“

They keep their service are clean and I really appreciate the use of plastic gloves while they make my food. I wish more restaraunts required their employees to use gloves while preparing food.“

She washed her hands and changed her gloves, even though she had a line! The way that she took my order and the people in front of me was fantastic exceptional customer service. We usually visit in the evenings for dinner and the restaurant is always clean and usually has someone cleaning either the floor, the drink dispensers or tables. “Y'all, I've been LIVING on Jimmy John's for the past year (my love affair began far earlier,) but I cannot emphasize how much joy the store at NW 23rd + Penn in OKC continues to bring me.
Dante and the team are absolutely attentive, kind, and absolutely delightful.
They also go above and beyond —leaving a sweet note, maybe a cookie, and I can't say enough good things about how much it has eased my convalescence.
