“Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! It would really well!“

“I was here Saturday around 4 pm give or take, a young male was working, i ordered the big carl, order of fried zucchini and a grilled chicken salad. The food was really good and hot, was a long wait but im sure that's cause they were cooking my food, no problem. The boy was rude, he handed me my food and walked off, I'm used to hearing a thank you when I get my food, so I waited cause I thought my order wasn't complete, he comes back to the window and just looks a me without saying anything, I said was that it, as I looked in my bag, realizing that it was all there, I drove off. Having good food is just part of getting return business, you also need to have good service, this may be why Carl's Jrs are closing and never have anyone in the drive thru, this one was actually out of my way, they closed mine down on SW 74 in Penn but I haven't had Carl's Jr in a while a kind of missed those burgers.“

“The gentleman at the window was very nice. He up sized my drink to large just because I had to wait 1 min on my tenders. I told him he didn't have to do that he replied to me that customers should not have to wait for their food. He would make a great manager.“

Despite hours posted online in various places and posted at their own front door, they appear to close at other times. Everything (including their own door) says lobby open until 10:00 but they closed more than hour early today. Not first time. If short staffed, post a note; people can be understanding but to just let people encounter inconsistency is not right.“

The poppers were amazing and I basically ate them all on the way home. The service was fast, everything was fresh. “I had a good and bad experience at this location i was greeted by a cashier that was polite but very scripted like and exhausted i ordered a combo for $16 and didn't know it came with mushrooms on it i get my burger it was a bit cold like it was sitting for 5 minutes or longer after that i sat down and someone came up to me and asked how everything was i told them about the mushrooms and she just walked off then came back with a $10 coupon and i really appreciate that the cook also felt bad and offered me a large drink so all in all not a terrible experience with the staff they are doing great the food is still overpriced“

“I had rid myself of the Chick-fil-A temptation for about a year. In my last few experiences from some locations the chicken nuggets (my go to) weren't the same as I had come to love. Im a texture person, so if I'm getting something fried it has to have a crisp. Well for some time that along with the taste has been disappointing with me. Low and behold I endured up at this Chick-fil-A on an outing with my son. When seeing the line he insisted that we just head home and grab something from the one closer to our destination. Me on the other hand made the decision that going ahead and staying where we were would be best. For one we had be out to try a local spot but it was closed so I was hungry. Reasoning 2 was even if we went to the other one it's Chick-fil-A there's still gonna be a line but what if for some reason I miss out on an opportunity to get good, hot, crispy nuggets. I was willing to take that chance here since I've had the latter. We'll to sum it up my gut feeling did not disappoint. The food was so fresh and hot. As soon as I open the box of nuggets I was so amazed at the beautiful 12 crunchy delights in front of my. OMG they weren't burned nor soggy with soft breading. I sincerely thank you guys for sticking to a quality standard that didn't make me regret spending money which is always my ultimate goal when eating out. For all the fails I faced that day that meal was a big highlight for me.“

“The customer service is nice, fast and friendly. The area is fairly easily accessible. The sandwiches when cut in half have about two third the fixings on one half and a third on the other half. Steak nuggets are an awesome idea and they taste pretty alright, I just wish I didn't get a pure fat nugget in almost every order. That's likely not specifically on this store. It's probably more a thing for distribution to figure out, fat from steak is not steak. Steak is steak regardless of the fat content, however fat is not steak when the nugget is only fat with no actual meat fibres. My go to order is a five piece steak nuggets with a Turkey Ranch Bacon Club, no fries no drink. Totals around $12“

“I travel quite a bit for work and every time I have stopped in at this Del Taco Not only has the food been great but the attitude of everyone working has been very welcoming and happy. No matter how busy they are they always try to make you feel like you are welcome. I grew up in the southeast and we didn't have any Del Taco restaurants so I am glad they are branching out more to that area also. It's hard to beat a staple like a crunchy taco with meat, lettuce, cheese, tomato, sour cream and taco sauce and they do a great job. I always make sure to thank the staff for a great job. “What can I say? I’m a Cane’s girl but one rainy day I pulled into Chick-fil-A and I was fascinated by the systematic efficiency. So I went back a second day and the level service mirrored the level of service of the previous day. Feeling that this couldn’t happen again, I continued to go back. I was greeted by the most courteous and helpful young people.

They run that place like the TSA at the airport. I have only been there once and no one asked me what sauce and then in the end, I saw that all the attendants were running back and forth for sauce for all the cars. I assumed that was a training day, as I saw some new faces. Everyone is allowed one of those days.

The waffle fries are always a pleasure and I guess my biggest complaint is looking at what color they decide my car is. It is always says “Tina black sedan.” “Tina gray sedan.” “Tina brown sedan.” It’s made me want to research exactly what shimmery brown/gold speckled color is called again 😂“

We only ordered fries and a sauce but were treated SO well. Usually it’s a seat yourself environment, however, yesterday the kind girl behind the counter pushed a high chair for my littlest one to our table. After we got our food and sat down. She came back and let the boys pick a toy. It was so sweet and made their day! Canes usually is a pretty good place to go. However, this lady went above and beyond what was expected of her! “Chick-fil-A has good chicken. I prefer the grilled over the fry but other than that the chicken is good. It doesn't make a difference if it's in a salad or if it's between two pieces of bread, it's still good and full of flavor. I can sit and drink their lemonade almost all day it's really delicious, anyway you have it it's still good.

The one thing that I do admire about the Chick-fil-A is that I appreciate their stance. I believe that their Christian stance is far beyond admirable and I support that.

I've never had an issue with their customer service nor have I had a reason to complain about any of their food or their service. I enjoy the food I enjoy their service and I enjoy returning.“
