“Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! It would really well!“

“I was here Saturday around 4 pm give or take, a young male was working, i ordered the big carl, order of fried zucchini and a grilled chicken salad. The food was really good and hot, was a long wait but im sure that's cause they were cooking my food, no problem. The boy was rude, he handed me my food and walked off, I'm used to hearing a thank you when I get my food, so I waited cause I thought my order wasn't complete, he comes back to the window and just looks a me without saying anything, I said was that it, as I looked in my bag, realizing that it was all there, I drove off. Having good food is just part of getting return business, you also need to have good service, this may be why Carl's Jrs are closing and never have anyone in the drive thru, this one was actually out of my way, they closed mine down on SW 74 in Penn but I haven't had Carl's Jr in a while a kind of missed those burgers.“

“Ordered breakfast through the app at 10:27am only to get to the restaurant at 10:31am and be told they wouldn't complete our order. When I asked why the guy in the drive thru line was incredibly rude and just stated the cooks were done with breakfast. So it begs the question why did the app let me order. Extremely disappointing considering chickfila's motto“

“The gentleman at the window was very nice. He up sized my drink to large just because I had to wait 1 min on my tenders. I told him he didn't have to do that he replied to me that customers should not have to wait for their food. He would make a great manager.“

“Good flame grilled burgers, not greasy flat top. If flame is your thing, the burgers are good. However, you will have to check whether they are actually open. Despite hours posted online in various places and posted at their own front door, they appear to close at other times. Everything (including their own door) says lobby open until 10:00 but they closed more than hour early today. Not first time. If short staffed, post a note; people can be understanding but to just let people encounter inconsistency is not right.“

“I travel quite a bit for work and every time I have stopped in at this Del Taco Not only has the food been great but the attitude of everyone working has been very welcoming and happy. No matter how busy they are they always try to make you feel like you are welcome. I grew up in the southeast and we didn't have any Del Taco restaurants so I am glad they are branching out more to that area also. It's hard to beat a staple like a crunchy taco with meat, lettuce, cheese, tomato, sour cream and taco sauce and they do a great job. I always make sure to thank the staff for a great job. “What can I say? I’m a Cane’s girl but one rainy day I pulled into Chick-fil-A and I was fascinated by the systematic efficiency. So I went back a second day and the level service mirrored the level of service of the previous day. Feeling that this couldn’t happen again, I continued to go back. I was greeted by the most courteous and helpful young people.

They run that place like the TSA at the airport. I have only been there once and no one asked me what sauce and then in the end, I saw that all the attendants were running back and forth for sauce for all the cars. I assumed that was a training day, as I saw some new faces. Everyone is allowed one of those days.

The waffle fries are always a pleasure and I guess my biggest complaint is looking at what color they decide my car is. It is always says “Tina black sedan.” “Tina gray sedan.” “Tina brown sedan.” It’s made me want to research exactly what shimmery brown/gold speckled color is called again 😂“

“Friendly staff. Drink prices have gotten crazy high and that often leads to no tip. Usually they do good. Sometimes the food is bad. Got a beef jerky hotdog with a little bit of cheese. At least the bun was good. This location is a Five most of the time but sometimes it’s a One. So probably a B- overall. Which is 80%. Which is four out of five. So four stars. You will be pleased most of the time… like eight out of ten times.“
