“people working here always friendly and trying to be helpful they always try to go above to make sure I'm satisfied and have whatever I need every once in awhile there's going to be a mistake that's just part of life you cant get it 100% every time it's what they do after the mistake is made that's how you should judge“

“My grandson and I were visiting the brick town area this morning when we decided that we would stop in for a coffee and Raccoon cake pop.
I Was unsure of how to word the coffee that I was craving so of course I didn’t order it right. That’s when Anderson (one of the workers) Stepped right in to ensure that my coffee was pleasing to my taste. Daniel was quick to assist as well. I really wanna say thank you for making my morning pleasant so that I could start my day off with my coffee.. I would highly recommend this Starbucks if you’re visiting the Bricktown area in Oklahoma City“

“Great location. However, because it's run by the hospital, it is a little different from other locations. My daughter works for them but can not use her corporate discount at this location. Aside from that this place is great and the workers are so good to their customers!! I always leave happy with my purchase.“

“Drive thru moves quickly, employees have been nice and my order has been accurate. I love this one and I choose it over the one closest to my house…. Mostly because of the accuracy. It’s great to have you coffee order correct when most ppl are going to work in the morning and don’t have time for it to be remade. I hope they keep up the great work. “I loved going here , and having Kindyll make my drink. Sadly they don't sell pizza no matter how many times I asked . But the coffee is so delicious that it makes up for it . I would definitely live here if I could . Love the people and the coffee. Everyone was so nice and caring.

“Employees are very kind and efficient at this May location. A fairly new Starbucks for this area and much welcomed. The location couldn’t be any easier to get to being right off the highway and May. Love the big open floor plan and mobile pick up is always a breeze. My new favorite adder for my shaken espresso is the blonde espresso shots. Really sweet and rich. Great experience at this Starbucks location off of May!

Dietary restrictions: I am extremely lactose intolerant, and they are always amazing about making sure oat milk is in my shake and espresso.

Parking: Tons of parking in this retail area. Big parking lot on the side and back for Starbucks and additional parking elsewhere too.“

“The coffee and Frappuccino are delicious; However, pumpkin bread is always served cold to me. I visit this store daily at 10:00 am. because it is the closest to me, but I don't know how to get my bread served hot or warm, not iced.
I'm sorry to say this, but I have to gently warm it each day using the warm air from my car.“

“I've loved & craved Starbucks coffee for years. I need my coffee roasted dark for both my own personal taste & so that I don't get stomach upset. And Starbucks does it just right. They also have blonde roast for those who like it that way. My new favorite drink is the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso w/ nice high caffeine content and a beautiful flavor. Yum.

“I like that this is one of the coffee shops that has inside and outdoor seating. It seems a lot of them are moving to take out only. The bathrooms are clean, and it's relaxing to sit and read a book or have a conversation with a friend.“

“Sad to say all the Starbucks are different more like McDonald's the people that work there are not Starbucks people that you normally expect there for the price you pay for a drink they're not friendly they're not knowledgeable of procedures they don't act like they want to be there that's not a Starbucks person I know with the shortage of employees have to take what they can get but still“

“Normally the morning crew is amazing! I came in today and ordered my regular. Asked for caramel drizzle around and on top. And since I'm paying $0.60 for the drizzle, I don't think it should be an issue. So they handed me my drink and it was only on top. So I asked them to remake it and put it around the cup an on top. They gave me such a a dirty look and looked so annoyed. Ugh. So better crew!!!“

“I am not a frequenter, but I do enjoy the occasional Starbucks delight. I swung through the drive thru for a quick breakfast. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich and a hot chocolate with no whip. $9.99. I used a $10 gift card I earned by submitting everyday receipts on the Fetch app. Super easy. My only complaint is that Starbucks is too expensive for what you get. Otherwise, I’m a happy customer.“

“I have been going here every day for years. It is busy sometimes but it's also right off the freeway. The employees are wonderful and do their best to accommodate everyone. There are times, like today, where you get a horrible customer, who will then write a bad review (she literally kept changing how she wanted the drink made after they would start making it, then grabbed someone else's drink) If you're like this, please stay out of any public place. You need to learn how to be a good human. Great place and great service“

“I came in last night and only saw two girls working but they were so nice and greeted me when I walked in. I wish I caught the other girls name but a girl with the name Kayla came took my order and she was very patient and even helped with suggestions for my chai. I don’t like coffee so I feel like I’m limited on my options here but love the ice chai. She told me I should try it with the foam and it tasted great!
