“They were super busy with line wrapped far into the street. however they worked quickly and efficiently. The Baristas made my coffee perfectly. The Drive thru work was a little rushed but did his job well. I wanted to pay it forward and had to get him to look at me for 1/2 a second to pay for the car behind me. Other than the rush. everything was great!“

“I love this Starbucks the best they always make it just right I seen them mess up a order and completely redone it then the poor guy messed up mine and they fixed mine with that now it was the busy I have ever seen in there I didn't get her name but thank you for making my day start off right and to the newbe keep trying and keep your head

“John, the older gentleman at the window, is one of the best employees at Starbucks, and we have been to them all. I appreciate the attention to detail. Some may call them the little things, but those little things always get forgotten: the stoppers and sleeves for the hot drinks, the napkins and additives for the food. To top it off, he's always very professional and polite. It's refreshing to see older people at the window as well. They seem to be more engaged, in my opinion.

“Always a great coffee. That’s why there’s one on every corner. I had an upside down caramel macchiato. That is always my favorite. Met someone there to talk and it wasn’t too loud. But the country music they were playing was annoying. Should have been Christmas music at best or barely able to hear it. Music was the only complaint.“

“Prefer this location for staff, timeliness and access. I have the other location in MWC about the same time/distance from me. But, personally I prefer this location. I much rather take the more peaceful drive on 240 to this location and interact with friendly staff and receive my drink in a timely fashion compared to the hectic route of I-40 and it's construction frenzy they've had up for over 3yrs and to a location that's overwhelmed, not so friendly, and waiting for unreasonable amounts of time and the congestion of the location of the restaurant and entrance/exit. Zoning failed for sure on that location. Not realistic at all.“

“I love this location it's my regular location they always have my order prepared correctly they are always so nice and sweet I can always be happy and cheerful when I get here for coffee and most of my stress is relieved with that first sip feeling I love this location and my barista so much that I actually made them buttons they do not need to change a thing because they are always so friendly and willing to provide“

“We’ve been going to Starbucks for 25 years and our visit here on a stop-over from out-of-town has literally been the best Starbucks experience we’ve ever had. We were greeted warmly and genuinely, our orders were made perfectly, the team was busy but obviously working really well together, AND team members recommended local walking trails. The store was very clean and modern. Then the district manager came over to speak with us. His kind demeanor and professionalism demonstrated why his team is so strong. Huge thanks for an incredible experience!“

“I work at Louie’s right by the target/starbucks and have been going in a few times here and there for morning coffee and the employees are so awesome!!! They’re nice and friendly and my drink is the best I’ve had from any Starbucks in the metro area. Love this location!!“

“JUNE 2024: The wife and I stopped here on a relatively quiet Sunday afternoon to enjoy the spicy strawberry cooler drink and a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino.

Pros:
* Convenient location that was close to our hotel, and within walking distance to all the Bricktown amenities.
* Friendly customer service that served pur drinks quickly.
* The Renaissance hotel is really amazing. Putting a Starbucks and a steakhouse inside made sense.
* Clean area
* Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor.

Summary: I will be back whenever I visit OKC again.“

“The 5200 N May location has the kindest staff that go out of their way for a one of a kind customer experience.

I was sitting in the lobby with my mom after a serious Christmas shopping spree when a customer mistakenly ordered the wrong drink. She politely asked for the hot drink to be poured over ice but instead the barista crafted a brand new drink. The customer continued to state that it wasn’t necessary but the barista kept saying, “Absolutely no bother at all. Pouring over ice just won’t taste right.”

I was so impressed because this element has been lost from customer service for such a long time.

And the line was exceptionally long but she took the time to correct the situation and with a very pleasant demeanor and disposition. She was a tall young lady with black hair but I couldn’t see her name tag.“

“Starbucks is Starbucks. The drinks are mostly the same. Service here is very friendly. When I got in, it was very busy both inside and drive thru, team members still greeted me with smiles and very attentive. Store and bathroom are both kept really clean too!“

“First time I’ve ever gone to this location! Seemed like one girl by herself but maybe another person in the back but we got there at 9:37 and she took our order with a great attitude, made it swiftly and made it SO delicious. I wish I remembered her name but she was so so kind and definitely deserves some recognition. “Absolutely blissful and joyous experience. One beautiful, stunningly dazzling young woman named Zoe greeted me at the register with a warmth I haven’t felt since being in the womb of my mother. I instantly felt all my worries melt away and the stress of my grandmother actively dying in the hospital disappear. She took my order and her voice was that of an angel. The service with which she prepared my food and drink was so fast I almost didn’t even see it happen. The taste and quality of the product was superb and absolutely divine. I cannot wait to come back here and be served by Zoe once more. God bless“

“Their drinks are great, their food is terrible though and we tried numerous items from a wrap, a breakfast sandwich, their egg, potato, cheese and chives thing and a apple croissant danish. The only thing either of us finished was the apple croissant. Our frapacchino's were fantastic though.“

“I've loved & craved Starbucks coffee for years. I need my coffee roasted dark for both my own personal taste & so that I don't get stomach upset. And Starbucks does it just right. They also have blonde roast for those who like it that way. My new favorite drink is the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso w/ nice high caffeine content and a beautiful flavor. Yum.

Parking: Parking is never a problem

“The coffee and Frappuccino are delicious; However, pumpkin bread is always served cold to me. I visit this store daily at 10:00 am. because it is the closest to me, but I don't know how to get my bread served hot or warm, not iced.
I'm sorry to say this, but I have to gently warm it each day using the warm air from my car.“

“After a terrible experience at another coffee shop, this Starbucks location made my morning right. The barista greeted me with a smile, and made sure that my drink was made to perfection.

“This particular Starbucks on i-240 & Penn makes the absolute best drinks of any Starbucks in the city! Every drink I order from there is consistently and exceptionally good. Not to mention the staff is always so friendly, unlike most other stores, and it's always clean inside.“

“I fly in and out of Will Rogers Airport quite often. Every morning that I fly out, I use my mobile app to order. The mornings are generally excessively busy will morning travelers and this Starbucks is very busy. They seem to put excellent systems together to get drinks and food out promptly. I always receive the items that I order shortly after I submit my order. I am grateful for the hard work that the staff here provides to get orders out.“

“Brought my Dad in store today around 12pm. The store had 4 people people sitting/working. There was plenty of other seating available. We ordered the pumpkin cold brew x2, a cream cheese pumpkin muffin and lemon iced cake. Service was friendly and expeditious and the beverages and sweet bites were delicious.“
