Chick-fil-A is described as the cleanest location, with clean restaurants and a staff that looks happy and healthy. The team and franchise owner take pride in what they do and the service they provide. The food is always great, with healthy options and a seasonal menu that is always something to look forward to. The family meal is a go-to for easy after school dinner. The spicy Chicken and Waffle is delicious, though the chicken was a little too crispy but yummy nonetheless. A dairy intolerance was accommodated by customizing a cold brew to try the new s'mores flavor, and it was made sure it wasn’t a big deal to ask. Service is always excellent, with fresh and hot food and friendly staff from the moment customers walk in. The leadership is top notch. The register service was amazing, with a smile, patience, and a genuinely welcome feeling. The sandwich presentation was spot on, from the fold on the packaging to the way pickles were added and the bun was presented with the chicken being centered correctly. It is super busy, which means it is a great place to eat, with a prime location near 12th and Utica just outside of downtown Tulsa.
