“As someone new to the Ajax area, I can confidently say this Subway on Rossland is an absolute gem, and it's quickly become my go to spot!

The staff and the owner here are truly exceptional. They are extremely friendly, caring and always offer kind, personalized customer service. They remember me and my usual order—it makes a big difference and shows they genuinely care about their customers.

The quality of the food is consistently top-notch. My subs are always made perfectly 🙏🏾

“Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki foot long and was delicious. Well made and tasted great.

The staff making the foot long was nice and patient. Service was excellent.

My sister and I both agreed this was the best subway sub we’ve ever had. You nailed the topping and sauce portions, the sub was evenly cut, and nothing was falling apart or spilling out with every bite (which is rare). You clearly know how to make a great sub, keep it up!!“

“I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for years, and I’ve noticed that lately, good customer service is becoming harder to find. At many locations, employees seem rushed, and the personal touch just isn’t there anymore. That’s why I was genuinely impressed with the service I received at this Subway.

“The subs ordered were from a mobile order but easily the best sub my mother and I ever had. The perfect ratio of cheese, chicken, vegetables and sauce as the subs normally received are too soggy. I called the location and found out Prabhjot had prepared our footlong subs she is very kind, has exceptional customer service skills, and makes an amazing sub. I highly recommend everyone visit this location!“

“My experience at this other Subway location was fine, nothing special. There wasn’t anyone at the store at that time. However, it was quite clean.

Just ordered a vegetarian footlong sub along with the newly introduced Nachos.

Usually, the person making the sub would ask for the bread preference but on this occasion, he didn’t and grabbed the bread that wasn’t my choice. I asked him to correct it. He seemed a bit inexperienced but that was okay.

The footlong nachos made by him wasn’t the same as shown on the restaurant’s advertisement banner which was unexpected. It was pretty average in appearance, taste and quality.

“Came here recently and ordered a chicken bacon ranch 12 inch sub I hadn’t had subway in a few years.It was a good sub, perhaps a little dry even though I got chipotle and ranch sauce.Location was very clean and the woman behind the counter taking my order and making my sub was very very nice.100% would come back here!“
