“Picked up a coffee and sweet treat, ended up staying for a sandwich as I heard another customer saying great things about theirs. They didn’t have the one I wanted already prepared but Rob went above and beyond making a fresh one for me! All the staff were very pleasant with a great atmosphere in the cafe and a beautiful covered patio outside.

“We had lunch at the Mill St crepe. Service, staff and food was amazing. The savory and dessert crepes were delicious. We could have had seconds. Mushroom soup was fresh and tasty. Txs for wonderful experience and friendly atmosphere. Many more crepes to try on our next visit. 👌”

“We had our annual Christmas party for our local team, The Almonte Silver Blades 60++ hockey. Since some of our players needed special dieteray needs, the staff was more than accomodating and met the requiremnt. Quit a feat when you are feeding 40 hungry players, Everything was as we ordered, and the tow gentlemen preparing the sandwichwes were very cordial, helpful and attentive to detail. Kudos tho Jay Patel and his staff. Well done.”

“We recently tried a local restaurant that was recommended to us and subsequently pledged to become regulars after our first visit. Our table side guide, Paulo, was wonderful. He conveyed what Chef MJ was presenting in each carefully prepared dish. I highly recommend the pairing option asthis made our experience extra special. He said, "Since returning back to Canada, I've never had any Indian that comes close to the food I had in India until I tried this!" “Amazing people, fantastic food, the atmosphere in the huge parking lot is excellent, low key and quiet :-) They close for the winter when the risk of freezing water pipes increases, and they open up in the spring with a warm greeting and yummy food. 100% recommend.”

“The best pretzels, we love the classic and cheese with mustard dip! Also the Bavarian cream custard or raspberry doughnuts are very tasty! Worth the drive and lucky we don't live too close for our waistband. Also, the owners are always so friendly and kind!”

“My wife and I have tried soo many chip trucks and nothing even comes close in comparison. Typically you get quality, quanity, or none at all. Here at Crispy Spuds, its nothing but perfection. Wife and I have eaten here 4 times and not a single complaint any of those times. Portions are big, quality is perfect and so many different options. Try everything!!”

I witnessed this Young mom with three disabled kids and a teenage helper all had their meal taken care of thanks to the Generosity of Roop owners of eataria He even has a sign in the window that offer the free meal .,never seen this before wow”
