“Cafe Postino has been our favourite restaurant for many years. The food, the atmosphere, the service have always been top notch. So it was a surprise that my husband was disappointed in his recent Sunday lunch. My husband had ordered the Gamberoni, only to find that it was mediocre in taste and not worth the price. On the other hand, I ordered the Chimera Pizza, and it was delicious. So perhaps it's time for the Gamberoni to be removed from the menu, as it doesn't seem to reach the very high level of the rest of the menu items.”

“All food should be wrapped in plastic or in sealed case as there have been flies several times I have been there. I love this place but the flies are gross and they were landing on muffins on top of case.”

Chicken Caesar wrap was pretty mediocre / a bit disappointing, but the Nitro Cold Brew was great, appreciate water being readily available, and staff were very kind (and I saw them extend that kindness repeatedly through customer service to those around me). I would visit again for the coffee and atmosphere.”

“Was at Mammas Place on Family Day. Great service and great food as always. The only issue was a rude customer that was very mean to the lovely waitress over $1.50 that he thought his pizza was overpriced . Really buddy? Not ok to be mean to a family business over taxes that she has no control over. The lovely waitress handled the situation well and I was impressed with her. I have been going to this restaurant for decades and always a place I highly recommend. He should go else where ..he is not a customer any business would want. Thanks for all you do to the staff and owners at Mammas Place. Keep up the good work. Cheers”

“We had lunch at the Mill St crepe. Service, staff and food was amazing. The savory and dessert crepes were delicious. We could have had seconds. Mushroom soup was fresh and tasty. Txs for wonderful experience and friendly atmosphere. Many more crepes to try on our next visit. 👌”

“We had our annual Christmas party for our local team, The Almonte Silver Blades 60++ hockey. Since some of our players needed special dieteray needs, the staff was more than accomodating and met the requiremnt. Quit a feat when you are feeding 40 hungry players, Everything was as we ordered, and the tow gentlemen preparing the sandwichwes were very cordial, helpful and attentive to detail. Kudos tho Jay Patel and his staff. Well done.”

He said, "Since returning back to Canada, I've never had any Indian that comes close to the food I had in India until I tried this!" “Wish I could give the atmosphere and service a 10. One of the most ascetically pleasing and pleasant little coffee/botanical shop I have had the pleasure to visit. The great service can be attributed to the owner and staff; who after only a couple visits had already remembered my order and always greeted me with a “good morning and a smile,” which is on par with everybody in this lovely Town of Pakenham. Highly recommend, even if you do not drink coffee. There is something here for everyone. The shelves are filled with beautiful plants, art, artesanal goods and other pieces of interest. I promise you won’t leave empty handed and you won’t be upset about it.”
