“The owner and staff are great people and make every visit enjoyable. Nice place to eat and good variety of treats for your pooch to eat there or bring home. My 13 month old puppy LOVES going there and has a blast playing with the other dogs and getting spoiled.Parking: There is street parking but some areas are 1 hr limit 8-4 M-F. Across street from shopping center so plenty parking there too or behind businesses off West 1st.“

“I had the best oat milk matcha latte there that I have ever had. It was so creamy, that it was a meal in a cup. It was so pretty that I almost didn’t want to drink it, but I’m glad I did as it was as delicious as it was pretty.The owners are kind and friendly and the overall vibe is of welcome and inclusion.Inside space is limited and by my experience, university students seem to linger to study, which means that the few available tables are taken for an unreasonable amount of time, leaving new customers with drinks with no place to sit.You might have to drive around a bit to find parking, but I was going grocery shopping after so I parked at Food Basics and walked over.There is a metal city bench out in front. I’m not sure if there is any other seating outside.They have nice merchandise for sale, too.I highly recommend Phin Coffee.“

“Ordered dinner for before the superbowl, when I picked it up staff was friendly, was ready a couple of minutes after I arrived, I was early. We received everything we had ordered and everyone enjoyed their meal.“

“Have been to the location in Dundas and booked the truck for a party. Nothing but good things to say about both. Jen is fantastic, and warm. The kids loved the ice cream truck and I have enjoyed a few breakfasts and sweets from the restaurant. Worth the visit, and if you live in the west end, definitely look in to booking the truck.“

“My favourite coffee spot in the city. Wonderful and TALENTED staff! Consistently delicious espresso drinks, never too bitter or acidic, perfectly balanced for my taste. Atmosphere is wonderful with floor to ceiling windows as well as both beautiful and comfortable interior design. “I had the breakfast poutine (minus the egg) this morning and it was superb. Very large portion, beautifully crisp fries and the amounts of cheese curds, bacon and sausage were very generous. We will definitely be back!“

“Unfortunately never got to sit in and eat any of their food despite repeat attempts. It seems to be the only place in Hamilton that does not understand the basic concept of holding tables/reservations/taking a name down to ring them back.I was told that if I need a table either I wait 20 mins right there, or go away for 10 mins and come back and then go away again if there’s no table. But nobody could guarantee me that since I came first could come back in 20 for said table and probably do something productive in the meantime. Get with the times folks.Yes this is a 5 star review because I can’t rate the food without eating it and I’m not an a$$h0le.“

“Cute little cafe in the heart of Hamilton where locals spend cozy times trying their homemade sandwiches. I tried the cappuccino and chicken sandwich. They also have almond milk if you are lactose sensitive. The staff was working efficiently during the solar eclipse crowd rush and I must say they were doing it with a smile on their face. The women behind the coffee bar is a beast in serving coffee in record amount of time I. E. Within a minute or two. Great place for local artists to showcase their art as you will find various artwork with artist details hanging on their wall. I would like to visit on a calm day to take all of these in.“

Really worth it stopping by. Even though it was busy, staff made sure we didn't have to wait too much for our order. Will definitely come back again.“

“Great place. Highly recommend. First time at a shisha place and I had a great time. Friendly , welcoming , quiet , private. Fair prices , good seating , bathrooms clean. Overall atmosphere clean as well. Big variety of food and drink choices. They take reservations. Booths/tables spacious and comfortable. “Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“Once in a while I try going to another coffee shop in town and am IMMEDIATELY reminded why I always end up at Jitterbug Cafe. It's such a friendly atmosphere, service is great and the food is great (especially the summer salad!!). Why do I even try other places? I won't make that mistake again. Sorry not exactly sure what it's called but definitely main ingredient was lobster and first time ordering this sandwich.That's what happens when you're hungry and the lunch was really good that you'd forget it's name. ? Place was very busy at lunch. Staff were highly attentive with each customers orders in a timely fashion. While dined in I saw their catering menu and seems like well worth a try especially that holidays is fast approaching. Definitely one of my go to places for lunch when within the area.“
