“Never had the chance to try Chinese skewers before. But this place did the job. Went with a group of friends to find a place to eat walking distance from his home. Skewers were great, ordering food was very easy using the QR code. Food came out relatively quickly after ordering.

They offer a decent wide selection. The salads we ordered were also very tasty. Staff were friendly and did a great job. Overall I think all of us were pretty happy and satisfied with dinner. Even though I live far from this place, I would not object to eating here again if I am in the area in the future.“

“The Chicken Place has always been mine and my husband’s favourite place to eat in Aurora! So we decided to get them to cater our wedding that we had this September. Our guests absolutely loved it! The food was (as always) positively delicious! The food came right on time, perfectly cooked/transported/ packaged and easy to serve! We are so thankful to have such a wonderful and delicious memory of our first dinner together as a married couple. Thank you so much to the very kind and talented staff at The Chicken Place Aurora. “This specific location is one of me and my partner’s go to spots. Not just because the meat is prepared better here, but because of Deborah’s service. She always greets us at the door and remembers every tiny details. Moving the chairs so we can sit same side, provides us extra chili powder (highly recommend to sprinkle this on every piece of meat), “everything the same?” after we place our order and our excitement for the complimentary marshmallows at the end. Deborah goes above and beyond for this location. Shoutout to her for always carrying the whole restaurant on her back.“

“The BBQ is amazing. I recently tried a different BBQ food truck and was reminded how Amazing 2 Dudes is!!! Would recommend any of their food but my favorite is the potato's and the banana pudding!!“

Special shoutout to the pork bone soup which my husband could not stop raving about. The waitress was so kind to our family, going above and beyond the definition of great customer service. “I will be very fair about my experience. We went there at 8:30pm. There were only 3 table of customers which included us. We ate til 10:30pm. Here is why.

The first order came fairly quick, but the 2nd order took a lot longer. We learnt our lesson so we immediately made 3rd order but still took a long time. That’s why we ate for 2 hours. I actually got hungrier waiting for the 2nd.

I would recommend you make large order on your first, but then again you are running the risk of your food getting cold but trust me, your 2nd order will come a lot later. You will have to push the waitress for it or your 2nd order will take forever to come.
3 table 1 waitress and the kitchen is having a hard time to keep up. If you decided to go and see 3+ table of customers, then you better make large order on your first.

Now serving speed aside, their food is great. But some food item on the menu is out of stock which is a bit disappointing.

I wanted to give 3 star but all you can eat skewer is pretty rare and besides I did ate over 60 skewers myself and wasn’t kicked out.

Here are some of the things, expect certain orders end up not coming.

They have a rule, they’d start charging over 100g worth of food not eaten. So before you make your order, ask the waitress if all orders came. That way you can keep track of your orders. (Some order end up not coming then you can reorder it or skip it)

It’s been 2 hours since I left and no stomach ache so the foods are fine.

It is $29.99 all you can eat starting 8:30pm which is reasonable. I would rate it 3.7 which is fairly close to the average rating.

I would definitely revisit the place some time in the future, since the serving speed, lost order and lack of supply can all be fixed by making huge order on the first one.

But remember don’t waste food even though it is all you can eat, that’s just courtesy and respect for foods.“

“A small but busy place for Korean fried chicken, stone pot rice and pork cutlet😊 The stone pot rice with beef $23 is our favorite, the beef is so tender and tasty😋 No 2 on the menu us the one with eggplant at $19, a little spicy though. The pork cutlet king $23 is huge with 3 big pieces which feed three people. Their fried chicken is juicy and flavorful as well. We always order the 7 pieces with green onion, very consistent and solid every time. The space is very small, can fit in 8-9 tables, so get there early to avoid line up. The atmosphere is like small bar, with open kitchen, very welcoming and upscale. The service is ok, can be better. Overall, it is a solid Korean restaurant, with limited menu choices, but consistent, tasty items that they offer.“

“Picked up a BBQ pork lunch special on a whim, preferring a locally owned spot compared to the pizza pizza next door. Gotta say was very impressed, the flavour on this food was phenomenal, service was polite & quick in and out the door.

Overall a wonderfully unexpected experience.“
