“They have great food there but don’t go there hungry. You will be waiting forever for your food. We had many instances where we waited way too long for our food that we just decided not to go back. We stayed away for awhile and thought to give it another try tonight. Not only did we wait forever for our food, others got seated & served before us. I waived the manager down and she gives the excuse of the waffle maker being broken then the waitress says it was because they got our slips mixed up. They gave me antra salad to make up for it and my kid got sprinkles on his waffles. No discount on the bill. I loved going to this place but we will not be visiting Symposium again“

“Our server, Salin, was fantastic. The food and service were excellent. We were a group of friends visiting from the US, and the way they handled such a large group was impressive. Another staff, Amir, was also very friendly and gave us great tips on getting around Toronto. Will recommend this place.“

“After a very busy day at work and having zero energy, I felt like having an awesome Majoon. I went there for the first time, and the lady was very nice and welcoming. She made me some rocket fuel, which tasted like heaven and nicely decorated! I’ve just become a regular customer.
The taste and quality are very good.

“Hey friends go eat at the The Little Griddle across from In Harmony Dance so good!! All homemade food, custom orders, super nice, great prices!! It's my new favorite family owned restaurant!! Here's what my friend and I had today!! ( gluten free, vegetarian options) Owners Alanna and Tyler are very caring people and go above and beyond. Food allergies and special diets they always make everything safe for me. The food is amazing and the staff are fabulous.“

“We had food catered for a drop in birthday party including great appetizers like sausage rolls & bruschetta made in-house, and elaborate charcuterie boards. It was all packed perfectly and on time for pick up the day of the party. The bread was still warm! We had 3 different cakes and all were awesome, especially the carrot cake. Ashley was very easy to work with and helped us create the quality casual atmosphere we wanted and menu we needed. We were able to enjoy our guests without fussing over food and felt are guests were getting special treatment. Definitely would recommend!“

They also offer a private room, which is perfect if you want your own space to play games of your choice, enjoy music, and have a great time. “Super tasty food and drinks, despite the higher price! The seasonal fall drinks are really good and cozy (the pumpkin chai was delish). The space is really nice, too, and service is lovely. The bookshelves are such a great idea and filled with awesome finds. I love the fact that I can bring and use my own cup… and the little discount associated with this! Covernotes is always sure to be a cute and yummy stop, alone or with friends 😌“

“Atmosphere was amazing to read books, study and just to relax. The lady working there is very nice and attentive to your orders. There is a bell for assistance and not even 5 seconds after I ring she came out to assist. Overall amazing place and service.“

“The pastries here are exceptional, super fresh, flavorful, and incredibly diverse. While they are connected to the Greek chicken market next door, they have a strict no outside food policy, so you can’t dine in with your meal from there. However, if you’re strictly looking for high-quality, delicious desserts, this place is a must-visit. You won't be disappointed“

“This is a MUST GO TO Restaurant. I went for breakfast on March 20/23. My experience started with the best service from General Manager Gary Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and fast. The breakfast menu has everything. I love Eggs Bennie. While my style was not on the menu, Gary made it happen anyway. THE BEST EGGS BENNIE EVER! Gary recommended the Banana/Orange/Strawberry juice (it says fresh on the menu). I asked if it was "that grocery store brand" that shall not be named here. He said NO, we made it fresh from real fruit in the blender. It was like a smoothie from heaven. I will return often. While I live about 30 - 40 k from this restaurant (I had an appointment near it that morning) - I will be returning again and often. Next time I'm bringing my wife - She'll love it. Thank you Gary.“

“The chicken cutlet is juicier than expected but kind of thin. Omurice and the egg were quite tasteful. For my personal preference, I would like the egg to be less cooked. Presentation wise I give it 5 stars. The only thing is there is not much ventilation in the restaurant. Felt like AC was down.“
“I think that this is the best snack bar/cafe in an arena in all of Ontario! great selection of baked goods, great coffee (and espresso drinks!) So nice to not have to leave to go to a Tim Hortons and the prices are very reasonable. These guys do it right!“

The actual coffee was nothing special, which was disappointing, but we loved the matcha and looking around at the decorations and books in the shop.
Depending on the time of day you go it can get busy.“

“I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to order a cake. I was extremely happy with my experience. They made the cake design exactly how I wanted it, and it looked perfect. The taste was amazing and very fresh, not too sweet or dry at all. The price was fair, and the cake was ready right on time.“

“Really awesome place, I wish there was more places like this. It feels like the owners/staff really care about the service and atmosphere. Solid collection of games, and I love the community style programs they have throughout the week. Highly recommend. The food and drinks I've had are decent. Nothing special, but certainly nothing bad. The coffee, the fries, and the milkshake were also solid. I definitely will continue to get them when I go.“
