“I genuinely really enjoyed eating here and it completely blew my expectations. The staff were so nice and welcoming, I feel like it’s worth noting that they did a great job.

It was my first time and we got the half & half with green onion + supreme flavour. Both the flavours were really tasty. The chicken felt fresh and crispy. It was way less greasy than I thought it would be too. I also thought their highball was super tasty as well. We also got the chicken dumplings and they gave us cheeseballs to try! The cheeseball was so chewy in texture which I loved a LOT (like a mix of mochi and cheese in the middle).

I think it’s on the pricier but I’d still recommend coming here!“

“I got the tteokbokki from BBQ Chicken and it was so good! The sauce was rich, spicy, and perfectly balanced — just the right amount of heat. The rice cakes were chewy and fresh, and the portion size was generous too. Definitely craving it again soon!“

“second new restaurant in Bradford with poor customer service! So, my husband had a floater in his beer, they disagreed but reluctantly gave him a new beer. there was a beer and wine special, we were only told about the beer. I asked for flats only and was told no guarantee would probably get one or two drumsticks - I got two flats... (see photo). waitress said "oh sorry" . waste of 14.99 for 8 wings. my husband overheard the waitress tell the Manager and he said "oh don't worry about it they won't be back anyways". he is correct!!“

“I had a great experience at Swiss Chalet! The food was delicious, especially the rotisserie chicken, and everything came out hot and fresh. My server Snobi was excellent—very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Great service really made the visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Went there on a Monday night for Big Mary night, when I got there, there was noone in the store at all I made my order and people who made their order well after mine ordering the sandwiches as I did were getting their order well before me which makes no sense. My order was sitting while this all was happening you could see it.

The chicken on the say was not good order 4 sandwiches and the all were over cooked as well.. usually it's good.“
