“Godwin is an absolute gem. Very fast and quick but extremely respectful. 11/10 service for sure. Most places rush and make me drop my change as they toss my drink in the window he patiently waited to hand me my straw as I rushed to take it from him, he said something telling me it’s ok no rush but was still only at the window for 25 seconds around 4pm, he was so respectful and very well mannered.“

“I didn't leave a 2 stars reply here as I didn't even make a visit to this location of Tim Horton today. I got a follow-up response from the owner, kudos to the person (always smart to follow up on customer's feedback however ungrounded ), I get to rectify this erroneous rating. I'm giving a five-star because I've always enjoyed the service at any Timmys I go to and this shop makes the effort to following up on a 2-star rating speaks volume to how much they care about the customers and the brand.“
