“Last night's dining experience at Willibalds was nothing short of incredible. The "Spirit Dinner" featuring a 5-course cocktail and food pairing was a unique journey through the restaurant's distilling history. Each course, inspired by their vodka, gin (x2), whiskey, and beer, was a masterpiece of creativity and flavor. The presentation was impeccable, adding to the overall experience. The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the warmth of the environment. This was by far the best pairing event I have ever attended, excelling in every aspect from the cocktails and food to the service and ambiance. Willibald's truly delivered an outstanding dining experience. I hope these special entrees make it to their regular menu! It’s a great spot with friendly staff, tasty food (Fancy Frites with Parm and aioli) and I appreciated that they had a delicious dark beer (Smokey Oat Porter). We left with a T-shirt and a six pack of the Porter and will be back to try their pizza!“
