“Went here for the first time tonight for a birthday dinner with friends and had a great time. The food and drinks were on point! Yes, everything was a bit pricy, but it tasted fantastic and noone had a single complaint about their food or drinks. Our server was great for being at our table almost instantly, giving us time while waiting for others to show up, and the most impressive was listening. I mentioned it was not only my birthday, but anothers the same day and one a few days ago. They ended up coming out with a birthday dessert for all of us at the end of the meal. “Personally I think Barrie Burger has the best burgers in Barrie, and have for many years. I just wish their fries were a little better, but I go with onion rings anyway, and they are excellent. “We visited Harvey's on Thursday, June 18 at around 9:30 p.m., and it was easily the best Harvey's experience we've ever had.

We ordered buffalo chicken strips, a burger, a couple of hot dogs, a poutine, and two drinks, and every single item was excellent. The chicken strips were juicy, perfectly cooked, generously coated in buffalo sauce, and absolutely delicious. The poutine was fantastic, and the burgers and hot dogs were made with care and loaded with toppings.

What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. You could tell they took pride in preparing the food properly and making sure customers had a great experience.

This may have been the best fast food experience we've ever had. A huge thank you to the team working that evening. They deserve recognition for the outstanding service and food quality - it was a gentleman on the grill and a lady taking orders and topping the burgers.

“Really cool experience!! The mats actually rise up and tilt to match lies on the screen. Putting is a little difficult but with time like anything you would get the hang of it!!! Great food and great looking staff make it a fun day/night of golfing on any weather“

“Burger Royal does have really good food. I will give them that. But their service is terrible. I went in the other day and was told my burger would be 10-15 mins and it took them 28 mins to make just a cheese burger!!! Nothing else!! This isn’t the first time this has happened. This has probably happened 4 or 5 times over the last 7 times I have stopped in. Those are terrible averages. They only had 3 ppl working and they were clearly under staffed for being around dinner time. Not to mention there was no fifth gear they were all stuck in first gear. No hustle, just dragging their feet. It was sad to watch how slow they were for how busy they were. It was painful to watch. They clearly don’t care about customer service. I feel like when ever I decide to give them another shot its the same disappointment. Burger Royal is making it much easier to not go there even though they have good food, they really lack in the service part. Great food is nothing without proper and professional service!! I hope they can get their act together!“

“We just had the breakfast at the Yonge Street Barrie location. We had the breakfast sandwich with hash brown and coffee, and I will say everything was so fresh. The egg sandwich had butter on the English muffin and the egg was fresh, the bacon was so crispy delicious, the hash brown was hot and the coffee was so good.

“We had a wonderful meal tonight! The burgers and fries we had were so good. The friends we went with had a chicken burger and brisket platter which were also really good. The dipping sauces were top notch and we learned that most of them are made in house. And the milk shakes at the end of the meal were amazing, too. The staff were friendly and we also really liked the open glass doors to the lake! Such a nice little breeze coming in throughout the meal. Great place to grab a bite!“
