“I had a 5 star experience at Kelsey’s Roadhouse on Queen Street . From the moment we arrived, the hostess was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a genuine smile, was friendly and professional, and made us feel welcome right away. Even while managing a busy front area, she remained organized and attentive, which really set the tone for the rest of the visit.

The overall service was excellent from start to finish. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, checked in at the right times, and made sure everything was taken care of. The team worked well together, and the atmosphere felt smooth and well run.

The food was just as impressive. Everything arrived hot, well presented, and full of flavor. Portions were generous, and it was clear that care went into both the preparation and presentation.
