“I recently visited Pizza Hut in Bowmanville for the first time and decided to try the Big Box deal. I ordered one Veggie Lover’s pizza and one cheese pizza. While the pizzas were great, I noticed a gap in the side options. The current choices, like wings with garlic bread or cheese sticks, cater mostly to non-vegetarians. It would be great if Pizza Hut’s head office considered adding a vegetarian-friendly side option. On a positive note, the store staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to offer alternatives to make things work. I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and warm attitude. It’s refreshing to see such excellent customer service, and it definitely made the visit enjoyable.“
